Lately I have been interested in taking good care of skin. I am using vit c serum, mositurizer and sunscreen, also other body moisturizer, body wash etc. I look for products that say free from sulphate and paraben. What all other ingredients I need to look out for when buying cosmetic items as I dont want to put lot of chemicals that may bite back after long use?

This is good, if you have money to pay your dues every month. Otherwise it will be hard meditating when a pile of bills due are on the floor.

I wake up feeling good then I thought about yin and yang, this state is gonna go and I will be down, in few minutes I went down. I always have the feeling of when I am up, there is always down soon. I have tripped around 45+ in last 3 years and had some great realization like being God, I am only one here, I will always be here etc. All my trips where on Mushroom and lsd. There have been some developement in areas of life, somedays I can see my life from GOD pov without using any substance on other days I feel powerless. overall I dont find it satisfactory at my growth, there are areas where am still stuck like taking action on my purpose, feeling powerlessness, controling emotions in relationship, building career, or even healthy eating. I thought like psychedelics will help in rewiring my brain and also improve my base level consciousness.

I would also like to know how it have affected your creativity, whether it had helped open a new medium for you, improved your ideas, new way of thinking, enhanced creative flow etc

It showed me a lot of things, but most of my trips pointed towards being than taking action, so at base level its getting hard for me, like thinking mind point towards action but at meantime also remembering about being than action.

Here in my country, people seek alliances based on astrology, how there horoscopes matches etc. Astrologers to some extent can predict about personality, career, life expectancy etc but can it predict love affair between two people? @Leo Gura do you still think astrology can predict life and planets have power over you? And do you guys look at zodiac when dating and getting married?

I am in lookout for a good sunscreen without much harmful chemicals. Have been searching it for a while and could not find any good ones. Have u guys got any suggestion and also what all to look out for in a good sunscreen?

I havent been using sunscreen for 30 years. My skin till now has no problem like real sunburn or anything. But I feel my skin is getting little tired and gloomy after exposed to sun lately

I dont know if this helps but there was a sensational novel triology in india in 2010's immortals of meluha which was a national bestseller, it was fastest selling book in indian market. This happend because level of marketing done prior to book release was extraordinary. There where youtube trailers of every characters, this trailers where even showed in theaters. Making creative trailers (since its fantasy novel) will be great introducing your characters and even a short part of story.

@Leo Gura I saw one pic like this on linkedin where a white man posted holding a pluckcard like this to support his collegues who are fasting. Does things like this really help? Coming from a religious background I think it can make them more proud about there culture and religion and in the end, it result in they going to create there own buble of subculture.
