Some keywords have high ctr and website with good DA, PA and following EEAT gets top position. If competing websites doesnt has same above mentioned things as your then it must be do to amount of money spend. Do more keyword research and find keywords with less competition and invest on that and see if there is conversion.

I had a meeting with dentist and I had been told to get a root canal for one tooth. I had years before done a root canal on one of my other tooth and its still there and I am not aware of any health issue coz of that. But now am seeing a lot of people talking about health issues after doing root canal for years and when they removed tooth fully they where free from it. So are root canal safe, if not are there any other option?

I started seriously working after I turned 30. But its going good now. My career trajectory in 20's where really bad, no vision, no purpose wasting time sleeping. But I also meditated a lot, also did lot of psychedelic. Here I am at 33 having a good vision and purpose for future. I know my current career is not my future, but still I love working on it. What I am trying to say is for some people they find great career early in life and for some it will be pretty late, it doesn't matter. Your time is different than others and when it comes it will be best thing. Before it comes work on yourself.

After reading through almost all comments here regarding Palestine and Israel, and watching many videos, I realized I cannot take one side and Its really hard when most of people you know and people in political space in my state and country are divided between either one of them. Damn why can't I choose one, and more I read about the issue more I realize I understand nothing about the issue. I don't know how it will resolve or will it even resolve in my lifetime. China only work, If it benefits them . If China intervenes now and war is stopped it will huge victory for them against US. World will shift towards them. (It will also help India in some way, cause Saudi can resume talks with Israel and middle east europe corridor plans will move forward. China doesn't want that obviously) But will they? They have taiwan to conquer in few years. Then America and west will intervene.

Nothing much of that is happening in India as guy thinks. His logic can be applied to India as well, when a Hindu govt came to power, Muslim friends thought they will act like Muslim rulers of past did. Nothing like of that happend yet. In a crowded country with different diversity of religious folks, its normal to have hate fights and killing, it was always like that in India, but never to any full collapse of system like in middle east.
