Hey @Leo Gura, I love looking at the astrology charts of significant human beings. It is very useful for helping me to get an idea about how their mind works. I calculated Ken Wilber's birth chart (https://astro-charts.com/persons/chart/ken-wilber/) and I thought that it was very interesting to see how he has so many Aquarius placements. Aquarius is the sign that is most interested in creating revolutionary and cutting-edge mental models for the purpose of uplifting all of humanity. It's also interesting to see how his moon sign is Pisces which suggests a very deep and mystical emotional life. My moon sign is also in Pisces and it feels like a constant emotional longing for an escape into Void. Anyways, you're someone who I look up to, and I'm curious about how your mind works. In order to calculate your birth chart, that would require your birth time and also birthplace (for sake of time zone). I also understand that all personality type systems are limited and cannot ever create a holistic understanding of a person's personality. I also understand that sharing your astrology chart might lead to people projecting qualities onto you that you don't actually have, or thinking that they know you better than they do. That being said, I think that it will be fun and interesting plus I don't believe that this information can be abused in any way. Thanks for reading this!

The ego cannot possibly have the quality of awareness. One finite object cannot be aware of another finite object. The only possible thing that can be aware is Pure Nothingness/Infinity. Just like how a movie can only be cast to a blank screen. If there is already an image on the screen before the movie is projected...the movie would be ruined. In the same way, the only "thing" that can be aware is the Thing-less. That which is beyond things. -

Self-explanatory. Pure mastery.

@Eph75 Yes, thanks for this answer. Growth in all lines in required. However, Ken Wilber does mention in the Religion of Tomorrow that the cognitive line is usually a prerequisite for moving fully into a stage. Although the cognitive line alone is not sufficient for total embodiment. As a general trend. The male brain prefers to work with complex and logical systems with many moving parts. While the female brain prefers to create emotionally driven stories, narratives, and is much better at relating to other people and being compassionate. These are just trends. There are many exceptions to this trend. Realizing the asymmetries between men and women allows for more nuanced analysis of life and reality. Compared to just saying that "everyone is equally good at everything." A stage blue statement would be. "Men are obviously more logical and competent than women are. That's why women are the inferior gender and are second-class citizens." I didn't say that. Men and women have equal value... but evolution has created asymmetries in their strengths and weaknesses. -
I'm a pretty analytically minded guy and I find the movement into Stage Yellow to be very natural stage. I've always been good at holding multiple perspectives at once and understanding systems. Do you think that it's easier for logically minded people to move out of Green and into Yellow? My girlfriend is very solid Green and has been for a while and is starting to move into Stage Yellow. However, she doesn't really like to read too many books and I can't see her becoming interested in a lot of the more heady topics that Stage Yellow ppl are typically interested in. How do you think Stage Yellow manifests itself in more feminine and emotionally minded women? I doubt that they will be reading books about The Structure of Scientific Revolutions... How can you tell that a more feminine and emotional woman has entered Stage Yellow?

The best way that I can describe this book is that it's "an adventure." Definitely one of my favourite books that I've read so far, I would recommend it to anyone who has the patience to actually try and understand the analogies and metaphors that this entire book consists of. There is occasionally some difficult language but I firmly believe that anyone can understand this book if they read slowly enough and take the necessary time to think about what they have read every few pages. Overview: Kastrup details the logical flaws of materialism. Then he presents the alternative, idealism. Then he uses idealism to explain everything from paranormal phenomena to elves to UFOs to psychedelics to the ego. He literally explains everything using the metaphor of idealism EXCEPT for how reality BEGAN. I am very unsatisfied with his version of the creation story but it is only a small paragraph out of an otherwise exemplary book! Read this book if: - you like learning about the brain - you like metaphysics - you are interested in spirituality and would like to see an almost scientific and logical description of the nature of reality - you are skeptical about the credibility of modern science - you like psychedelics - you want to experience a very sound description of why mystical and non-local experiences occur This book is extremely profound and you will have deep insights at every single page if you take the time to contemplate the reading. Worth your time!

Precognition, psychics, prophetic dreams, people with clairvoyance, all are proof that time is not a linear thing. Time only appears to move from past to present to future... however with closer investiatigation it seems like past, present and future are all muddled together in a kind of temporal soup ?;) -

Good question. What I've read about Dzogchen masters who dissolve their bodies in meditation after 7 days. Nothing is left of them but hair and fingernails. Allegedly they transcend into the "light body." Who knows man. This mahasamadhi stuff always confuses me. -

What if reality was NOT an illusion. How could that work? How could something such as reality actually exist in some physical 3-dimensional sense? What would ground reality? Leo's metaphysics is so precise because if you dig deep enough, it makes perfect sense. All other metaphysics are totally incomplete and deluded. Not because Leo is some special guy... he just knows what's good. -

I'm just about to break my 3.5 day water fast. I'm breaking it with some lemon water, waiting 30 minutes, then some celery juice. Then I'll probably have some fruit. Goal: To give my digestive system and my stomach a break. I had been eating out too much and I was feeling it affect my cravings and my mental clarity. I had been using food as a crutch to help me deal with feelings of stress and uncertainty. Day 1: Super easy. I've done 1 day fasts before. I felt normal. Day 2: I couldn't workout in the morning as I usually do, lower energy. I still had plenty of energy to get a lot of work done. Mental clarity increased. Body felt weaker. Day 3: Body felt super weak. I still managed to do some work on my laptop and read a lot. I was basically bedridden for most of the day. However I did get outside and walk for a total of 90 minutes. That may have been too much exercise but I felt okay. I started supplementing my water w a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and that helped w my low energy. I was feeling light-headed whenever I stood up. Mental clarity was amazing. I felt like I was in the middle of a Vipassana retreat. Mediation was also easier. I also found that reading books and focusing was easier. I was able to read for hours when normally I have too much energy to sit down and read. Fasting is a great combination of physical weakness and mental clarity where there's not much to do except read books and meditate. I was having very strong food cravings on day 3. I was basically thinking of food all day. So I'm deciding to break my fast because I am feeling like I got what I wanted out of the experience. I could definitely go for a bit longer, but I would basically just have to sit on the couch all day. I miss having energy to do stuff. I was thinking of doing a little fast for a while and Leo's video kind of just pushed me over the edge. So thanks for the inspiration! I learned a lot about water fasting from Dr. Alan Goldhamer. Lots of awesome info he shares about the benefits of prolonged water fasting. Anyways, that's my experience, I'm gonna go have some celery juice now! ?

Some men interact with the world in a logical and calculating way. They need logical step-by-step instructions to do what girls feel should be easy and natural. In the end, all behavior is manipulation, whether you are comfortable with it or not. When a baby cries it is manipulating its mother to give it attention. When you laugh at a joke that isn't funny you are manipulating the other person to like you. Trust me. Many men are completely autistic when it comes to expressing their feelings to women and they need some logical instructions to make it natural.

Kissing is a natural result of sexual escalation. Start with non-sexual forms of physical escalation like touching her on the arm, being playful and flirty. You can put your arm around her, grab her arm and put it around you. Make fun of her and pull her toward you. Tickle her. Pick her up. All the time joking around. Basically, you are getting her comfortable with touching and being close to you. You can't kiss the girl unless she is allowing you to touch her and hold her. The best way that works for me is to be in a situation where we can sit beside each other with my arm around her. And, all the while being playful and non-serious, you are basically getting closer and closer to her. The whole time you are being conscious of how comfortable she feels. If she gets stiff and pulls away, then stop and recalibrate. Basically, if you escalate properly, you'll feel a force pulling your face towards hers. It will be natural. Kiss for a few seconds and pull away, laugh and say something stupid then keep having fun as if nothing happened.

@Thetruthseeker I was on the summit as well and was equally disappointed. I was actually SUPER disappointed. Angry even. You're right, I would've liked if Eben put their focus onto making a good summit instead of spending 6 hours trying to sell me something that is promising to help me do what I paid the original 2k to do.

I lived in Wat Chom Tong in Thailand for 6 weeks for free and I potentially could've lived there for years if I wanted to. They teach Burmese-style Vipassana (mindfulness with labeling). They have some international teachers who speak English so I guess you would have to email or call them. I got set up to go to this place through my vipassana teacher who lives here in Toronto. With my friend, I literally flew to Thailand and navigated my way to this monastery and lived there for 6 weeks. The only cost of living there is that you have to meditate A LOT. -
I think he mentioned that he wanted to share it in a future video. However, I would also like to be pointed towards some resources that I can research for myself in the meantime.

Find yourself a girl that integrates the healthy aspects of the Divine Feminine (full spectrum expression of emotions) without being toxic, undeveloped, and unconscious. I did it! Although it took some work My girlfriend is still a crazy bitch now and again but she's actually conscious of it. Healthy girls aren't boring. A girl with a properly integrated feminine is a wild slut for God.
