I know Indian yoga is deeper but most people do yoga not because of union but because of gaining health and happiness and that's exactly what I mean by this word and that is common sense here. If one takes off his VR headset the virtual park still exists in others VR headsets. But would you describe this park therefore as external reality?

Even if I create imagination of a building and if I don't look on it it doesn't exist for me, it still exists as a copy in another gods mind. It's like you play online game and turn your PC off. Your virtual world disappears but on other PC s a copy of this virtual world runs still. By the way if you don't look at a building technically speaking it still exists in your subconscious mind.

@Davino for some it can.for others not What I recognized is that nausea only happens to beginners. If you trip a lot the nausea will be non existent.

I work now as a software developer, which can be pure art if you design new software from scratch (not only maintenance work).
