Just put this piece of paper in your finger and put it deep in your ass? How deep? How long was the trip (you said you falled asleep, maybe the trip went on) What do you mean it was smoother and clearer? Less visuals? Less trippy thoughts?

@Aaron p Ok thanks for your advice. But what about the heartbeating reaction for 2-3 minutes? Should I really jump to 15 mg in next session or should I try 10 mg again until this heart beating reaction stops? On big doses like 20+ mg I think the ego dies so quickly there will be heartbeating reaction just for some seconds. And what is when my ego still resists on 15 mg because the dose is not strong enough to kill it. Maybe a jump to 20 mg would make sense here to avoid these problems.

@Leo Gura I understand. On high dose there is no time for fighting and I get the experience. Eighter you are God or not. There is not much in between. But I have to sacrifice as you said. I dont want to be shocked and mindfucked for month. hope there is a way in between where I can be prepared for this breakthrough experience. This must be possible. Is there some value in it to go this slow baby step approach I am doing right now? Tested today again two times rectal, 2 hours were between these trips. Here is the first one: Set/Setting: in the evening, 5 hours no eating. Had a good shit before and in shower cleaned my ass. Took 7 mg hcl. During trip: After 5 minutes a litle tingeling maybe. Almost no effect. That was frustrating. Two hours later I tried again: Set/Setting: I had a little headache, maybe because it did not work before but I tried nevertheless. I took 10 mg hcl. During trip: After 5 minutes the effect came very fast. My heart was beating faster and faster, it felt like a panic attack. I could hear my heart beating very loud. This was uneasy, I did not know what comes next. My eyes were closed the whole time. A little fear arised, but this did not matched with the strong body reaction. I was not mentally really in panic but my body clearly was. For no reason. That was interesting. To go through this "panic attack" I concentrated on my breath and waited until the effects were gone. This was over after 3 minutes. During this time my thoughts were "I am not ready for this", "I dont want an ego death right now, because this is the point of no return", "I dont want to experience God or infinity, that is too much right now" Looking back on this: on the one hand I am happy that plugging works again. On the other hand, this was not pleasant at all. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do next? Should I do 10 mg again, I dont know... I just wanted to test 5 meo a little. I want this energy I had on 4 mg. This was so beautiful. Now on 10 mg I get a panic attack...

I have a syringe with 5 meo hcl mixed with 2 ml of water in my fridge since one week. For how many days can I store this? (I know it is not the best method to store 5 meo, just prepared one for plugging)

@Aaron p Great report, I envy you Sounds like these doses were not total overwhelming for you s that you dont freak out. I researched more about plugging. You really need to shit out everything directly before pluggig otherwise the fecal will absorb this substance What is in your fridge???

Tested again rectal, this time 11 mg hcl. Set/Setting: in the afternoon, 5 hours no eating. in lying position. My mood is not so good. But again, I tried. During trip: very subtle little energy after 5 minutes,. This time I would say there were almost no effect at all. Next time I will try 15 mg for sure.

@Aaron p I always shit before. lol how can I catapult into a heavy breakthrough if nothing happens. I plugged already 6 times and just one worked. I need to raise up the dose and I do this in baby steps ( + 1-3 mg)

Tested again rectal, this time 13 mg hcl. Set/Setting: in the morning, no breakfast. in sitting meditation position. I am not in good mood but tried anyway. During trip: a little energy after 5 minutes, nothing more than I would get from normal meditation. This was total weak.. One time plugging with 4 mg worked perfectly. So how can it be that this 3 times bigger dose than the one which worked, is so weak. Is mood a real big factor?

I was this time lying in surrender pose on the floor. Last time with 4 mg I was sitting. Maybe sitting with crossed legs like I do on kriya yoga is more powerful. Any other options on this? I know Matin ball said lying on the floor is best. But maybe this is not right for everyone.

Tested again rectal, this time 10 mg hcl. Set/Setting: in the night. I was in bad mood before. Ate heavy food on this day, but did not eat for 5 hours before the trip, a little headache. Laying on floor in darkness, eyes closed and waited for the effects to come in. During trip: a little energy after 5 minutes, I could raise this a little with positive affirmations and deep breathings. After 20 minutes there were no effects anymore. Overall this trip was like a good meditation session. I was not afraid at all and nothing special happend. Leo was right, 10 mg hcl rectal is nothing profound. This trip was much weaker than my 4 mg treshold dose. Explanation: mood is important, maybe also no heavy food on this day, 5 hours no food is not enough maybe

@Aaron p I see you are in for a breakthroug. Nice! Ok 30 mg are too much for plugging with no effects. Maybe I will switch to vaping if I go higher doses. I can see the advantages for breakthroughs, If it is so short, at least you have almost no time to freak out.

@Leo Gura What holds me back from this is, I am afraid of ego death. That after this Event nothing will be the same anymore, no turning back and maybe insanity awaits. You wrote even an articles about it. I heard there are many degrees to ego death. would like to test the waters with ego death if that is possible with 5 meo. Or is it like on or off? Eighter you are death or not from one second to the next. This Event scares me I want just as much as I can handle. @Aaron be a brave plugger, have a good shit before. @Ar_Senses Very good observations!! I had similar thoughts on Octvio People here dont know that these people Octavio retreats are HARDCORE Red Addicts. These have build super egos. Of course he understand their ego and how to crush it, because he was one of them. I would trust Octavio more than anyone, after helping 8000 people he knows what he is doing. Dont judge him, not everyone on the path is a spiritual Mojo hippie who needs to be treated like a princess. Some people need to be kicked to wake up

So here comes my fourth try. I just did 5 mg hcl plugged yesterday. What can I say, I finally crossed the threshold dose!! This is how the trip started: First silence, more silence, I felt a little afraid..what might come? I am afraid of ego death..it is so silent now. Then after 15 Minutes in waves there comes energy, AWESOME ENERGY !!!! Just pure ENERGY!! Like my head is like a lamp and energy rushes through body, especially around my head. No special insight. No visuals. Just enjoyed this. I thank God for experience this energy. Tears came out of my eyes... After 40 minutes it went off but this energy accompanied me for some hours later and it felt fantastic. I am very happy for this experience. All in all this substance is quite amazing on low dose.. Nothing to be afraid of, really. But still cannot think of higher doses right now. More low doses will come until I am total ready for a normal dose. So plugging works very good for me as a beginner, just don't do less than 4 mg because then you may have almost no effects.
