@ROOBIO I did not take higher doses but it was a good approach. I was slowly introduced to 5 meo. I even learned the power of it on low doses. I am somehow in the same boat as you. But I am a step further with taking 20 times low dose already. It took a little fear from me. One day I will be ready for a mid dose. I think you will too

@Endangered-EGO My girlfriend has big trauma in her,has suicidal thoughts, is hyper sensitive to all things ( No tolerance to alcohol, light sensitive and so on), has many allergies, heavy headaches, migraine attacks on almost daily basis, was diagnosed with psychosis, sees ghosts (people, animals who do not exist) everywhere, had Fibromyalgie where she could not use her arms for normal tasks for two years. Then she started using psychedelica. She took heavy doses on every weekend for 5 month so far. Had regular ego deaths, mystical experiences and so on. She went to hell and to heaven. Both was necessary. To make it short: psychedelica saved her life. It cured her Fibromyalgie (which is almost impossible to cure). She is free from migraine, her headaches are reduced, she is no light sensitive anymore. And the trauma she had is seen from a new perspective. It looks small compared to the things she experienced on heavy dosages. She still suffers from trauma but she released a ton of negative energy out of her system. So you see, psychedelica can even be good for those who should not use psychedelica at all in the common sense. So I hope I opened your limited perspective a bit. I am sorry for you, that you had such a hard time with psychedelica but everyone is different. What is bad for you, is good for another person. So don't be so dogmatic about it.

Martin Ball clearly says also that the ego-you does not create all of reality. Listen again he says "each one of you" so he speaks from the ego perspective. I think you misunderstood him. Leo, you once recognized by yourself that the biggest misunderstanding is always from which perspective you speak (Absolutely vs relatively, ego-you vs god-you). You now misunderstood martin Ball because you thought he speaks from god-perspective. Dont be surprised if many people here also misunderstand you if you do not clearly say from which perspective you speak.

I gave my girlfriend 5 meo dmt 3 mg rectal. She felt almost nothing. After 30 minutes she said 5 meo told her to take 1 cp AL-LAD. She took then 240 microgramm. she had tolerance, because she tripped on 200 micro rectal lsd 1 week before, so 240 microgramm is not much. However this was her strongest trip ever, she really thought she was dead, jumping off the window. But she was saved because I came from the future, took a trip by myself to travel back in time to let this not happen. The trip was more like a bad trip. Next day she was happy and dancing around as nothing bad has happened the day before. I find her Al-lad trip very unusual. That sounds not like AL-LAD at all. Normally you dont have trippy thoughts with al-lad. Could it be that 5 meo influenced the trip strongly? Do you take lsd or other substances after a small 5 meo trip? I heard it is good, because 5 meo solves blockades and the next trip will be more pure.

@Brivido Did you integrate the experience and insights from 250 micro LSD well? I made the same mistake. I really wanted to know. My first time lsd was 210 micro, way too high if you are not prepared (I thought I was). after one week everything was fine again and I felt quite normal, but then I got mild flashbacks on daily basis after some trigger points (some spiritual texts) and when my life turned bad (family problem). 1 year later I was fine again. Made break of psychedelics in these times and was too afraid to took them.

@Gianna I tried it out and it is too weak compared with lsd It is fine to mimic psychedelic effects with other Tools. However they are so weak it takes long time and patience to get resultes
