@Forza21 this Part is also the only one which I Did not understand. Leo Talks in one sentence you are everything, every imagine being, nothing is outside of you. On the other hand he says that what you see hear and feel right now is all there is. Everything else dose not exist (like in Video game a frame). This would mean that if I as imagined human Look at a wall right now, the entire Universe with all its Planets and creatures Do not exist. Just the wall. @Matthew85 no but after my low dose 5 meo sessions ( 3 to 10 mg rectal) hearing music blows my mind. This effect holds on until next days until it gets less and less. I get goose bumps, it is like looking how beautiful music is and this blows my mind Sometimes hearing music directly after 5 meo is too strong for me, it is like every beat burns in my head.

5 meo after effects for me have the most music enhancement of all psychedelics I tried (Lsd came close to it)

Hello, my girlfriend took many psychedelica every week for month. She is deeply traumatized from high school bullying and other things but psychedelica helped her a lot to release some negative energy. Her first LSD trip healed her migraine forever. Right now she is at home in her country (no access to psychedelica) and has nothing to do. She sees suddenly all her shadows in her life openly like a book. She said this is very important for her and she cannot talk about the shadow experience because it is too heavy. This is since one month so. I ask me if this is normal shadow work or if she does something wrong. Because some issues she told me are a little worrysome: she said right now she can go deeper than on any trip with lsd, mushroom, mdma and so on she is connected to universe. She cannot talk about it. She cannot speak to any human being since weeks, it cost too much energy she cannot leave the house, she cannot move She vomits sometimes from too much emotional pain she has constant panic attacks even the word panic gives her heart beating if there is any stressful situation she feel she could die from the stress. she is at her limit However all these difficulties she describes, she also says this phase she is right now will define her destiny for the next 5 years She WANTS to see the shadow in her She also is of course sad and angry about her, that she cannot do anything right now because this shadow work cost so much energy Is that normal shadow work or something else (dark night of the soul)? How long will this take, what are your experiences with shadow?

@Nahm I forgot to mention She uses some online therapists already in Japan but many have a low understanding of psychology. It is like watching some low content on YouTube about resolving trauma. Maybe She wants to take your offer(if it is still avaible). If you speak very simple words with her on english She could understand you. Your writing is highly complicated for me to read, I always need more time to read what you really want to say. I hope speaking can Do it for her

You all think that a therapist can help. But She visited many therapists and some therapists damaged her even more with their low understanding.

Ok @Nahm She can just speak some words Englisch but maybe a talk can help What I mean by Spiritual that she is experiencing normal day like being on the peak of an LSD Trip right now. Before She was using psychedelics She said She is naturally on 100 micro lsd. Also She can channel many gods(Jesus, Zeus, Poseidon, Maria, Buddha etc)

@Yali it is not different if you have 5 retreats which you would not count really. When is a retreat a retreat.
