Hello, are there good informations/guides out there which really help with prevention of getting ill with viruses and bacteria? I want to follow the pareto principle (20% of the preventions should help you to get 80% less infection rate) and dont want to follow blindly every hygiene rule. Are there guides out there which show which steps are the most effective and efficient ones?

Why Do you always speak about purity is not good and so on, in my country I have easy access to hightes quality of lsd. Also you claim Research chemicals(allad etc) with similar effects to mdma are poor quality, you need to know they are the most purest. Directly from big Labor lizard lab and well teste. Lsd is not a substance which will be mixed with other stuff. With little Research you can prevent you from getting shit. I never would touch anything from the street market. I feel you are impulsive, very self confident. This reminds me if my brother who abused drugs like alcohol. This fake self confident Was drug induced. I just ask carefully if you abused drugs in your life. Lsd once a month should be fine for most. You blame lsd for your "Brain damage", are you really sure that this was the cause? You are talking about kundalini awakening. If you really have awakened your kundalini this will reconstruct your whole Brain without drugs. This process takes months to years until finally completed. Until this is finished there will be times where you cannot function because your Brain is under reconstruction. You write you had some very deep Spiritual insights but you dismiss them as just hallucinations? So you think this whole spiritual stuff like God realization is just fantasy because you read it in books and then Frame the drug induced experience with it? Your logic is right, something which is infinite more Potent can have Serotonin syndrom effects. But be open minded that you can be fine if you approach this intelligent(no over dose). I Googled lsd and Serotonin syndrom. Nothing really out there. Lsd is not Mdma you know, it is proved as non toxic but of course with rectless usage you can damage yourself somehow. But this you can say to anything so this is no big insight

I also would recommend a somatic therapist. Spirituality will not fix this really from my experience. Also consider that you may have low serotonin. You could have depression also, not just Anger issues.

When will this happen? And if you jump in their experience, can you as god decide to do something different? For example I beat you right now and I see you running away. When I as God now choose to experience your pov after I as human die, can I then decide to fight back instead of running away? But then God should relive also the last life again, because now you made different move. This changes the life of the previous life.

@Inliytened1 if I as limited human talk to another limited human, will I as God experience this another perspective? Will I ever see through his eyes? If so, will it 100% happen? When will this happen? One by one or simultaneously? Will this happen in the same consensus reality for all imagined beings living right now? Is there then an imagined interaction taking place with imaginated consequences? A imaginated sharing so to speak between these two experiences(living through one human perspective and then living through another as God) ?
