For what I feel is that 5 meo would be perfect for an active kundalini if you will test the waters. @Breakingthewall reality could be more broader defined. You could say about broader reality. Yes your reality is just whats in your field of consciousness. But you could also include energies (ukraine war) which are not in your field of your human consciousness right now to reality. This would be a broader description of reality

Hello I have Ketamine R-Isomer (shards) and I never tried Ketamin before. My plan is to plug 40 mg as a starter dose (I dont want to be overwhelmed but I also want to see effects, hope this dose is good). On the internet there is not soo much information about how boofing Ketamine works. Some people get blood in their ass, so this is not good. So these people heat it up before in a spoon and then mix it with 0,1 ml water and plug it. Is this a good idea? Or is there another way to prevent that ketamine destroys your ass? Did you mixed it with vinegar, @Leo Gura Just want to know your opinion on this.

@ilke 100 mg =115 + 0.1? I think you can plug it. But as first timer 115 mg keta could be too overwhelming. 80 to 100 would be better

So things happened to you in the past. but as soon as time moves on, the past does not exist anymore. just in your imagination. the imagined past can only occur in the now. So right now if you think about the past, you dream the past into existence in the now.
