@Fluran @Fluran I mean can you feel negative psychological effects days after the trip is over?
-
@Fluran so days after the trip is over you get reactivations during the day where you " loose reality" ?
-
@Fluran why Do you get depressed after higher dosis?
-
@Thought Art the first time I took lsd. 220 micro on a good sunny day. Before that I did allad and I was surprised how more serious lsd is. This was totally overwhelming for me. My whole reality was kicked out of the window. I was never laughing again on psychedelics after this Trip, maybe because I see how serious it can get.

@Leo Gura no I dont think that. But here in this forum I am the only one with over 30 5 meo minidose experiences. The Minidose Trips change a bit over time (less heart beating, less localizing problems, less nausea) . So I see a developement My goal is a Mini breakthrough (I hope this is even possible..)
-
@Leo Gura I think it is possible to just have mini breakthroughs. Just see a little bit of the light for some minutes ..

OBEler replied to Kimka's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Kimka I recommend 5 meo dmt. There he can see that he and jews are the same. And maybe introduce him to actualized.org. Maybe leo's Video can give him New perspectives. But I feel he will hate it. -
OBEler replied to Kimka's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Kimka 4 @Kimka I am very sorry for you. A mental ill Partner will make you a hard time. Maybe it takes 5 to 10 years to get him out of this fucked up mindset. Watch out for codependency I am so sorry for you If he only could do more psychedelics. Then at leas you can hope that he will have a breakthrough where he sees his toxic mindset. -
@acidgoofy my goal is not a breakthrough. My goal is to go to my Personal Limit. I just want to test the limits and if I feel that the limit is reached I stop then.. 5 mg steps would lead to a forceful breakthrough where I cannot step back. I just want to test the waters as soft as possible

@Alfonsoo there is something on it. My first times where I did non know anything were so different than trips today. I have now so many expectations and fear issues. Back then I laughted often so hard and was full of curiosity. Now trips are more serious, I am less curious and dont laught anymore..

They dont posses these beautiful colours. Your mind creates these colours. You therefore make them beautiful

OBEler replied to Mips's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mips I have a way which takes the fear out of 5 meo dmt completely. Take Mdma (120 micro or more ) and then take 5 meo direct after the peak of Mdma is over (1.5 to 3 hours in). Some 5 meo facilitators did this combination also on hundrets of people and they think also it's the best way to do this for beginners -
OBEler replied to UpperMaster's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@UpperMaster aah I see then later, . You are young and found self actualization/spirituality. You are damn Lucky if you start in that age. The older you get the harder it will be -
OBEler replied to UpperMaster's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@UpperMaster I would take psychedelics. Without psychedelics you will have an extra hard time to understand the teachings. I know it sounds like a magic shortcut but if I had not taken them, I definitively would understand less. You need a lot of practical experience with psychedelics. -
OBEler replied to Keanu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Keanu I think from all what I read from you you are not so deep as you think in your developement and need a lot of work. Sure you are more conscious than an Eckhard tolle Reader but I feel you dont understand how deep this goes. I hope you will not see this as judgment. I am just want to tell my opinion in most direct way -
OBEler replied to Keanu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo GuraHang in there. When 5 meo Malt is on the market again there will be some serious truth seekers there, ready to plug it. You must feel like Jesus who also was angry about all the unconscious beings around. But wait some more time. There are people here you dont know, which are serious about the real awakening stuff you say. My girlfriend had a full blown God realization (She told me last week everything about the one trip 6 month ago) with only 10 mg of an old 5 meo bag, which was her second try. Mystical experiences almost happens on daily basis to her. If She is hooked again on 5 meo, she will for sure be there where you are right now. -
@Sincerity from chatgpt: "Yes, the studies mentioned in my previous response do exist. However, it's possible that they are not readily available on the internet for various reasons, such as restricted access to scientific journals or being behind a paywall." Can anyone find them? I dont trust chatgpt
-
@Space Ok these Studies from chatgpt dont exist. I googled on Google scholar (extra searchengine from Google for Studies). Now is the question why is chatgpt generating these phantasy studies? Is there Anti drug propaganda programmed in chatgpt?
-
@Girzo they are Real, Google it

@eggopm3 ChatGpt has the answer on this: "It's important to note that the studies you have mentioned above are not conclusive, and more research is needed to fully understand the effects of moderate MDMA use on organ damage. The studies were conducted on recreational ecstasy users, who often take high doses of the drug and in combination with other substances and that is not the case for the therapy use of MDMA. The therapy would be conducted under strict medical supervision and the dosage would be much lower than recreational use. The therapy would also be conducted in a controlled environment and the patients would be closely monitored for any negative side effects."

@integral You forgot the point, that ChatGPT could be the ideal trip sitter: Trip: "I think I've taken too much, everything is swirling and I can't tell what's real." Tripsitter: "Okay, stay with me, I'm here to help you. Can you tell me what substances you've taken?" Trip: "I think it was 5-MeO-DMT, LSD, ketamine, 5-MeO-MIPT, and datura." Tripsitter: "Oh, that's a very heavy combination of drugs. It's important that you stay calm and let me guide you through this experience. Can you tell me where you are and what you see?" Trip: "I can't tell, everything is distorted and I feel like I'm in a dream. It's like I'm floating in space." Tripsitter: "Okay, try to focus on your breathing, in and out, deep and slow. I need you to trust me, I'm here to keep you safe. You're going to have a very intense experience, but it will end. I'm going to stay with you the whole time." Trip: "I don't know if I can handle this, it's too much." Tripsitter: "I understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, but you're going to be okay. Remember that this experience will pass. I'm here for you, and I won't leave you. Just keep breathing and try to let go of any negative thoughts or fears. Let the experience happen and it will be over soon." Trip: "Okay, I'll try." Tripsitter: "Great, remember to take it easy when the effects start to wear off. And let me know if you need anything else. I'll stay with you until you feel completely normal again." It is important to note that the combination of these substances is extremely dangerous and can lead to severe adverse reactions. It is never recommended to use them together, and should only be used under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Ok thanks to ChatGpt here are newer Studies on this since 2015: here are the results of the above studies that investigated the effects of moderate MDMA consumption on organ damage, specifically brain damage: Schmid, Y., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use is associated with alterations in brain structure and function." Neuropsychopharmacology, 40(13), 2963-2972. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to changes in brain structure and function, particularly in areas related to memory, learning, and emotions. Parrott, A. C., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use and cognitive function in young adults." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 29(7), 757-766. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to mild deficits in cognitive function in young adults, particularly in the areas of attention and working memory. Verkes, R. J., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use is associated with alterations in brain serotonin transporters." Biological Psychiatry, 78(8), 546-553. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to changes in brain serotonin transporters, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. Reneman, L., et al. (2016). "Moderate use of ecstasy (MDMA) is associated with brain serotonin deficits: a meta-analysis." Psychopharmacology, 233(11), 2037-2046. Result: This meta-analysis found that moderate use of MDMA led to deficits in the brain's serotonin system, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. Schilt, T., et al. (2017). "Moderate ecstasy (MDMA) use and cognitive function: a prospective longitudinal study." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 31(5), 557-564. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA can lead to mild deficits in cognitive function, particularly in the areas of attention and working memory. Schilt, T., et al. (2018). "Moderate ecstasy (MDMA) use and brain serotonin transporters: a prospective longitudinal study." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 32(4), 367-375. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA leads to changes in brain serotonin transporters, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. If we trust ChatGpt here, that is very concerning...

@Leo Gura Ok, maybe there are new studies out there. This study is from 2015 and the psychedelic research field skyrocked the last years. Maybe there is a new study on moderate consumption out there which shows different results
