  1. @integral You forgot the point, that ChatGPT could be the ideal trip sitter: Trip: "I think I've taken too much, everything is swirling and I can't tell what's real." Tripsitter: "Okay, stay with me, I'm here to help you. Can you tell me what substances you've taken?" Trip: "I think it was 5-MeO-DMT, LSD, ketamine, 5-MeO-MIPT, and datura." Tripsitter: "Oh, that's a very heavy combination of drugs. It's important that you stay calm and let me guide you through this experience. Can you tell me where you are and what you see?" Trip: "I can't tell, everything is distorted and I feel like I'm in a dream. It's like I'm floating in space." Tripsitter: "Okay, try to focus on your breathing, in and out, deep and slow. I need you to trust me, I'm here to keep you safe. You're going to have a very intense experience, but it will end. I'm going to stay with you the whole time." Trip: "I don't know if I can handle this, it's too much." Tripsitter: "I understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, but you're going to be okay. Remember that this experience will pass. I'm here for you, and I won't leave you. Just keep breathing and try to let go of any negative thoughts or fears. Let the experience happen and it will be over soon." Trip: "Okay, I'll try." Tripsitter: "Great, remember to take it easy when the effects start to wear off. And let me know if you need anything else. I'll stay with you until you feel completely normal again." It is important to note that the combination of these substances is extremely dangerous and can lead to severe adverse reactions. It is never recommended to use them together, and should only be used under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  2. Ok thanks to ChatGpt here are newer Studies on this since 2015: here are the results of the above studies that investigated the effects of moderate MDMA consumption on organ damage, specifically brain damage: Schmid, Y., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use is associated with alterations in brain structure and function." Neuropsychopharmacology, 40(13), 2963-2972. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to changes in brain structure and function, particularly in areas related to memory, learning, and emotions. Parrott, A. C., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use and cognitive function in young adults." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 29(7), 757-766. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to mild deficits in cognitive function in young adults, particularly in the areas of attention and working memory. Verkes, R. J., et al. (2015). "Moderate recreational ecstasy (MDMA) use is associated with alterations in brain serotonin transporters." Biological Psychiatry, 78(8), 546-553. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA led to changes in brain serotonin transporters, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. Reneman, L., et al. (2016). "Moderate use of ecstasy (MDMA) is associated with brain serotonin deficits: a meta-analysis." Psychopharmacology, 233(11), 2037-2046. Result: This meta-analysis found that moderate use of MDMA led to deficits in the brain's serotonin system, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. Schilt, T., et al. (2017). "Moderate ecstasy (MDMA) use and cognitive function: a prospective longitudinal study." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 31(5), 557-564. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA can lead to mild deficits in cognitive function, particularly in the areas of attention and working memory. Schilt, T., et al. (2018). "Moderate ecstasy (MDMA) use and brain serotonin transporters: a prospective longitudinal study." Journal of Psychopharmacology, 32(4), 367-375. Result: This study found that moderate use of MDMA leads to changes in brain serotonin transporters, which may have implications for mood, behavior, and cognitive function. If we trust ChatGpt here, that is very concerning...
  3. @Leo Gura Ok, maybe there are new studies out there. This study is from 2015 and the psychedelic research field skyrocked the last years. Maybe there is a new study on moderate consumption out there which shows different results
  4. @Leo Gura Nice, as long as it was done consciously
  5. @Leo Gura Yeah with lots of use for sure, but we talk here about moderate mdma consumption and as you can see on the meta study I posted, there is nothing dangerous found so far
  6. @Leo Gura Did you shit out of love or out of fear? Was it automatic shitting? My worst so far: after one hour eating, taking 150 micro 1cp ALLAD, waiting for 3 hours to kick in. As it kicked in, I wanted to go out of the house, felt nervous. Went to the gym and trained the effects off. No insights, no visuals, no good afterglow and a whole day wasted for this (beside training). That was frustrating
  7. @Leo GuraIf you are referring to studies, can you show me? There are just a handful of studies out there for moderate mdma usage and from what I researched no one showed significant signs for any longterm brain damage. Here is a good study: "We searched for studies applying neuroimaging techniques in man. Studies were included if they provided at least one group with an average of <50 lifetime episodes of ecstasy use or an average lifetime consumption of <100 ecstasy tablets. All studies published before July 2015 were included. Of the 250 studies identified in the database search, 19 were included. There is no convincing evidence that moderate MDMA use is associated with structural or functional brain alterations in neuroimaging measures. The lack of significant results was associated with high methodological heterogeneity in terms of dosages and co-consumption of other drugs, low quality of studies and small sample sizes." From Neuroimaging in moderate MDMA use: A systematic review https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26746590/
  8. @Leo Gura Yeah I mean if you are off then that can be one effect some people have. If you have read some reports where people were less sensitive after just a handful of MDMA experience please report.
  9. @Leo Gura I heard a lot of stories about memory/concentration problems. Here in germany there is one guy Carl Philllip Trump (he is the cousin of Donald Trump), who abused MDMA in his youth and as you can see on this video he struggles with mental issues: But never I heard that MDMA rewires your brain, so that you are less sensitive. I thought MDMA makes you more connected to your emotions and therefore are more sensitive in this term.
  10. @Vincent S Why not more than 3 times, why not every year one time? I think that will be also ok
  11. @Thought Art hmm?? Why was he banned, he asked a serious question. He was in Stress, this topic can lead to unstability. Blocking someone for this is not really empathetic @Leo GurawhatsGura whats going on here
  12. @Leo Gura For me, 80 kg, 110 mg Mdma crystal is nothing really. A Friend of mine, very sensitive to psychedelics, had his best first MDMA experience with 120 mg Mdma crystals followed with meo. He was fine next day. Just a Warning here for some noobs, Mdma abuse is one of the most neurotoxic thing to your brain. Take long breaks (2 month minimum)
  13. @Leo Gura I recommend not starting low. Low Mdma is a waste since you need so long breaks in between sessions. Also I recommend combining it with 5 meo on your second try directly after the peak. It will be different
  14. @Leo Gura I think the more popular this forum, the more mature people will hear from this. Therefore keep the immature people. If you make this too elitair no one will know. How about a new section area where all misbehaved people can only hang around there until they show signals of improvement? Trolls under Trolls. Maybe they see then how annoying this is
  15. @Sincerity hahaha omg..what coincident.thats funny
  16. @Sincerity nice awakening! How was your Setting, Did you hear music all the time in the background, were you sitting with eyes open all the time? Were you alone?
  17. @Leo Gura @Gennadiy1981 Leo are you still exploring ketamin? It has enorm potential for reducing body tensions. That could be useful for body awareness
  18. @Gennadiy1981 In my opinion, if you dont use it everytime, drinking two Beer is more damaging It has enorm relaxing potential which holds on for a week for some
  19. Locking the thread was not necessarily. Why did you Do that? He honestly just tried to get it
  20. @Leo Gura please go to Joe Rogan or sadghuru and tell them about alien consciousness. The World need to know and especially sadhguru will be in on it. He had contact with alien consciousness already People will be ready to hear this
  21. @Thought Art this List is all just about you. Include the Environment (other people, clean air, water, noise free location etc)
  22. @Jordan nice insights, Thanks for sharing! On this dose most people would have a breakthrough, maybe try to use the Boofing technique on reddit for better absorption of 5 meo in your rectcrum. https://www.reddit.com/user/WeirdOneTwoThree/comments/98o55b/guide_to_per_rectal_administration_of_opiates/
  23. @vishnusavestheday dont be so triggered. be open to this symmetrical movement
  24. @Thought Art Video plz Back to topic, any one has some Trip reports about this 5 meo mushroom?
