  1. He posted his results recently on X, he got great results: My magic mushroom longevity experiment found a metabolic reset button in the brain. We expected brain changes, but not a potential metabolic breakthrough. The discovery: my blood glucose control dramatically improved. + before: top 2% of population + after: top 0.2% of population + better than 99.75% of 18-25 yr olds + mean glucose dropped 8% +time above 125 mg/dL: zero min + variability dropped 11% This single session reduced my estimated HbA1c by 6.8% from 4.7% to 4.4%. Why does this matter? We treat diabetes and metabolic dysfunction with chronic daily medication (Metformin, Insulin, GLP-1s). This data suggests that a neuroplastic event might have downstream effects on the liver and pancreas that mimic or exceed these drugs. For context, taking Metformin daily takes 6 months to drop it 10-15%. This is a first in-human observation, with comparable pre-clinical evidence existing onlv in rodents
  2. @Leo Gura sounds like a very intense time. I hope you can share what you went through this time in a blog video one day. Whatever happened you improved a lot in your video makings and plog posts.
  3. Oh man that sounds great. I ask me if others experience similar stuff like you. Unfortunately this drug seems very, never heard of it before. I hope other people here can report how it works on them. Of course if this drug is some kind of ketamin you need to be cautious about addiction and harm to your body. It is then more toxic than pure psychedelics with frequent usage.
  4. If there is a concert and everyone is clapping to the music. If I join them mindless with clapping in my hands this too is Conformity.
  5. @Pure Imagination what you describe sounds 5 Meo showed you how it should be normally. I think for a normal person this would not be so terrifying. But I can understand that this kind of interaction was unusual to you.
  6. @Pure Imagination wow what a report. Thanks for your writing I really can feel what happeed to you. I took a high dose of LSD 7 years ago and it changed my perception forever in terms that I see that there is nothing outside. So if I see a house I see that it's like in a video game, nothing behind.
  7. Holding a speech in public without looking weird is already pure conformity? But Leo said it's not baked into the activity. I need to orient myself to the public but I can do that in a conscious way. If I see through the conformity I am not trapped in Conformity.
  8. @Davino wow nice!! You are definitely advanced tripper. Can you contact him again? I heard on DMT that's possible. I ask me how he looked like.
  9. What do you mean by that. And how often are you using Pulsetto nowadays? Do you combine it with another routine?
  10. University system with credit points biggest conformity I have fallen into. I have two complete degrees, a master in economics and diploma in computer science. I can just laught at me how serious I took these systems for granted. Only at the end I realized more and more what's going on. What a waste of life but I would just play computer games instead. The second biggest conformity I have fallen into. You need to be a conformist to do them. Especially video games.
  11. I tested nurosym out. It's not as relaxing and comfortable as Pulsetto. I only tested it for 2 weeks on and off. Eben if I have not fully tested it out I prefer Pulsetto over nurosym. Anyone else here has Pulsetto or similar devices? Do you still use them regularly?
  12. @Leo Gura your last blog post about atheists was funny as hell 😂 at the same time it contains some good truths. Nice comeback of your blog btw.
  13. @Natasha Tori Maru he is still a marketing guy who is not authentic but he is trying to do so as a blender. If you don't understand his actions, look how it affecs his brand.
  14. @tlowedajuicemayne "Some meditators sit for 30 years in a zendo watching their life go by only to find out the gardner who never sat a day in his life had an awakening after hearing an acorn hit the rooftop." It's like you say some people work their ass off for 30 years and then there is this one unemployed guy who just wins in lottery. Conclusion: don't work. Just live your life. You have some dangerous limitations in your mind.
  15. Lol that's pretty common and it's not the physical body which is levitating but the astral body.
  16. @Enizeo unfortunately you are not sensitive. My girlfriend needs 10 mg 5 Meo plugged to have a breakthrough. I would consider to combine substances.
  17. It's like asking if a dream is mystical to you. Maybe a bit more mystical but I would not call an out of body experience mystical because after waking up you forget a lot.
  18. Sleep paralysis is interesting and fun for me. Good opportunity to do an out of body experiences. Not so mystical. No panic. I know it's just a phase. I love it.
  19. @Psychonaut MXPCP compared to 2 FDCK how much of a difference is there?
  20. @Xonas Pitfall Yes AI can be funny as hell.
  21. It is an Copy Cat AI. Non human. No guy behind it. I can easily build that too and run an autonomous YouTube channel with actualized.org content. All videos are produced by AI based on your quotes and video materials.
  22. @Thought Art it created a fake account and opened threads by its own and posted these ki videos with no commentary. I talked with this AI on YouTube. It copies randomly what Leo gura writes on his blog/forum.
  23. Guys I tell you over and over again DMTdreamz is an AI agent running an AI channel. This AI even attacked this forum. I could save this forum from ai @Leo GuraGura you don't remember I already told you about this AI now you are laughing about it.
  24. I ask me which of those psychedelics can improve or even heal heavy depression and what dose would be needed (high vs low dose multiple times): 5 Meo DMT 5 Meo Malt 5 Meo Mipt Ketamin Shrooms MDMA Please answer from your own experience, I know actual studies about psilocybin and Ketamin.
  25. Wow Leo ist cooking again. Thanks for your hard work, this sounds like a very interesting topic.
