  1. Just a friendly housekeeping suggestion, an opinion from conversations with many… if you don’t have the foundation of an effective daily practice in place, think twice about taking psychedelics yet. Also, that psychedelics are going to somehow ‘fix yourself or your life’ can be an extremely difficult trap to see through down the road. An emotionally & financially independent self reliant psychonaut is very much the ideal. Getting your Maslow pyramid in order and working your way up to a hero’s dose is not at all the same as trying to be like your hero by taking the same psyche’s or doses etc.
  2. The desire is looking, obviously. There aren’t any separate selves!
  3. “Ultimate Truth” has a sexy ring to it but, isn’t it really just, the truth?
  4. Don’t drink gasoline, that’s toxic. And don’t attribute toxicity to people, that’s toxic. Instead employ patience and actual understanding. The understanding then becomes as apparent as us ‘people’. Only the truth can set you free.
  5. Don’t under estimate the sneakyness of believing thought content - if the intention is peace of mind / peaceful mind / no mind / quieted mind. A thought is a thought. ‘Selves’ is not actual selves, but a thought “selves”, etc. ‘People talking inside your head’ is the content of thought (not actual people in someone’s head of course). Expression, and some time a lot of it in an ongoing manor is most effective. Especially with someone who already completely understands this from having quieted ‘the mind’.
  6. @Matt23 Yes I am literally saying fear is thought based, not feeling. I’m not saying ‘and you have to or should get / understand / realize this right now!’. But I am saying you can, and that it is true. Start with the simplest most fundamental aspect… anytime there is this experience, check and see if there is a corresponding thought about yourself as separate. What I found most helpful is using the backside of the dreamboard and writing the thought out. It is much easier to see the implied duality (myself and some thing - thus I am a separate thing too) at play in thoughts when it is ‘out of your head’ and instead, in front of you to inspect. The revelation is most worthwhile imo. Try to keep in mind the effort if you will here is to help. If it’s not helpful, there’s no need or requirement or anything of course to consider or entertain what’s being said whatsoever.
  7. A list of modalities.
  8. @Fuhnominul Maybe the synchronicity is what is all encompassing, already the case. Maybe the numbers are a hint of sorts, an invite to play with this synchronicity consciously, on purpose. Focus on something genuinely desired and believed to be possible, feeling that this is already that, and blow the doors off this whole situation. See what reality is capable of. See if it’s really as magical as that synchronicity & knowingness feels. I’d bet every thing that it is.
  9. @Javfly33 We been crazy all along.
  10. @Endangered-EGO Excellent. “The truth shall set you free”. Not surprisingly, very true. Sweet, sweet contentment.
  11. When he says ‘specifically the suffering of death and rebirth’ it is an experiential reference, not actual. I suspect that because this is outside of your experiential frame of reference, you therefore believe it to be literal or actual vs what it is in plain sight of your direct experience, which is a sharing of his experience(s). It is equally valid that the experience of death & rebirth are entirely without suffering. (⬆️ that is the small circle to your (at present) yang understanding.)
  12. Funny how “YOU ARE NOTHING!!!” is so on but sounds so off.
  13. Might as well. If God imagines everything doesnt that include that Love is imaginary? When imaging love notice there’s nothing actually there ‘in your imagination’ at all. Blanksville. Truly, love is unimaginable.
  14. The concepts of love are actually love. (‘Made of’). (Consciousness=Love+2)
  15. @Preety_India I don’t have a clue how I would go about loving myself, since I am already myself. Instead I pour that which is myself into this life / experience via a dreamboard, consciously creating life / experience. I’ve noticed telling the story of wanted becomes reality, whereas telling a story of a past creates the experience of the same, or, the same old experience. The dreamboard makes it so easy, effortless, to be focused only on what I do want. And it does indeed manifest as such.
  16. Focusing on what you don’t want, don’t feel like, is like vacuuming the floor without the vacuum being plugged in. You can do that, but nothing becomes of it. What do you feel like / want? Motivation is about the avoidance of what you don’t want, while inspiration is the alignment of focusing on what you do want. What do you have in mind as good stuff? Specifics help, as that usage of good means good to you / what you want or prefer. Since you are yourself, what is meant by ‘pushing yourself’? That consideration might lead to the alignment of inspiration.
  17. Love is the absence of the person.
  18. @inFlow You aren’t in thoughts, and can not be ‘stuck in thoughts’. You’re appearing as ‘them’. The belief in understanding, that there is some thing (not you) to understand keeps the thought wheels turning (rumination).
  19. @inFlow ‘How’ is a thought. An appearance. Like trees, clouds, etc. The ‘answer’ is you. Other misc thoughts that are also just apparent thoughts, which resolve with you… God… reality… start… etc. You’re the ‘how’ (there isn’t a ‘how’). You’re that amazing.
  20. Try to catch / notice those ‘my ego mind’ thoughts, noticing that is thought / those are thoughts (and not this other thing ‘my ego’ which is doing the thinking). Awareness is directly aware of thought. No actuality of a middle man ‘doing the thinking’. Likewise, each of those are actually a thought, and I mean that in the sense or color of relief and hope it’s received that way. There’s not really a ‘zen devil’ which could be accredited with anything, and there isn’t a ‘state of consciousness’ that ‘you have’. It sounds like the breakthrough was delightfully without this self referential thought story, and now the thoughts, which weren’t really inspected, are again arising & repeating. A my ego doesn’t return or come back, as there wasn’t a my ego in the first place. It’s one thought appearing at a time. Look to see the one thought at a time, vs going into the content or story of thoughts. It’s likely because you sound (to most people I presume) like someone who is fully immersed in a cult. Not that I’m saying or believe you actually are, but I think it likely sounds like it to the people you are trying to forge relationships with. I hope that isn’t taken personally / offensively, as the intention is to offer you an honest observation & perspective as to what might not be ‘clicking’ in your life / relationships. These terms you use are microcosmic connotations that no one really relates to, and I for one desire more of you just as you are, not you with the thinking & reality views of another through you. Does it feel good to you to believing these things? How does that jive or not with people in conversations? What does feel good to you? (Proceed with that) As someone reading the thoughts you’re sharing who is not experiencing them, it sounds like you are telling the precise opposite story of you & your life… than what you actually desire to experience. It’s ok to know and feel with absolute certainty that this love & joy is your true nature and arising ‘in’ / as, you… and experience this love & joy that is our infinite being with others. Balance, equanimity… bring that pendulum back some. Spirituality ‘should’ imo enhance your life / experience in every way. If you want to ostracize yourself into a cave of sort, you’re heading in the right direction. If that isn’t what you desire, be very honest with yourself about what you want at this point in your life. Have a look at Maslow’s pyramid and look for more general basic components of building the life, like financial freedom, relationship building, etc. Google / research from there into specifics. If it’s hard to sit still look to express how you are feeling and ‘get it out’. Expressive writing, talking with someone, and any creative activities are most effective. Overall, I would drop conceptual spirituality all together, make a dreamboard, and consciously create & experience the life you truly desire to. Not what you may have come to think is the best or ideal, but much more so what you actually & naturally unabashedly want & desire.
  21. @Matt23 I mean just like counting how many calories one eats in a day is very eye opening & clarifying… logging, or writing down how each hour is spent is too. Like if the question is ‘how do I most effectively manage my time’, the answer that arises imo is to look with some scrutiny at how the time is already being spent. I think this tends to tell you everything you want to know in regard to any changes you want to make.
  22. @Arcangelo lol I wasn’t recommending it.
  23. @Godishere Ya I don’t get it either. Here apparently I seem cryptic, in rl I’m basically Will F. in that clip above.
