Mind always wins. Money matters not. -
‘My understanding’ huh? What’s that? All this stuff is ‘in’ there eh?

@Twega People can’t become enlightened, just like unicorns can’t become enlightened.

@Happy Lizard Well, ya, and others & relating to the world are like ‘colors’, ‘words’, ‘objects’, etc. -
God has love & understanding like humans have consciousness and awareness.

@Sib zibler Welcome. Take someone else out of the picture altogether. Not in your life per se, in your thinking, in how you’re sizing this up. Imagine there is no one which is going to make you feel good, happy, whole or complete. Look within for this, by feeling any tiggers or discordant thoughts, and letting them go via recognizing them as beliefs. Those triggers & discordant thoughts don’t resonate, don’t feel good. As they are let go, inherently - that is, without having to do anything or be with anyone - only good feeling remains. Feeling good, the thoughts of need no longer arise, and now you can share in the joy of our infinite being with someone, and they with you, without all that “drama” so to speak. It can be helpful to literally point to where feeling is coming from.

@itachi uchiha Let ‘red pill’ go altogether.

@Vibroverse Excellent. When infinite forgets itself it experiences finite, and likewise eternal experiences time (also finite). But infinite can not know finite. -

@Someone here Just throwing a two cents in here, I like the way you’re thinkin so to speak, and real from illusory is discernible, but thinking can only point. In the sense a car can get you to a concert, but not literally, only close, then ya gotta walk in. -

That there is a person, a separate self, is precisely what quantum mechanics reveals there isn’t. As there isn’t a “knower” to “know quantum mechanics”, there isn’t a “quantum mechanics”. Surely sounds crazy at first, but quantum mechanics is just beliefs, labeling stuff as separate, which got out of hand. -
You don’t have a twisted perception of yourself, as if there is a correct perception of yourself - you have no possibility of perception of yourself, or, of ever perceiving yourself. You already are yourself! ? Check and see! Notice how ridiculous it is if I say ‘you are not you’. Lol. You are not some ‘thing’ you could perceive. There is not a perceiver and a perceived, just as there is not a you and a universe. These are only thoughts, beliefs, the activity of a mind which is only apparent. This is often referred to as ‘the materialist paradigm’, or, ‘asleep’ in the apparent duality of the finite (this or that) mind. Basically, just beliefs. You are not some ‘thing’ you could learn. Just as there is not a perceiver and a perceived (nonduality, not two), there is not a knower and a known. That - the activity of thought - is what keeps that veil or facade going. Via daily meditation this thought activity settles, rests, fizzles out. Without that smokescreen of thought activity there is the clarity of Oneness (*not-two). These are beliefs…… ……‘through humans’, ‘we are embedded’, ‘the universe gets bored’, ‘human lives’, ‘mundane lives’, ‘the universe is big’, ‘the universe is powerful’, ‘the universe is running something’, ‘we humans aren’t the best’, ‘existence isn’t the best’, ‘time’, ‘the universe is wasting’, ‘resources are limited’, ‘this isn’t heaven’, ‘other species care’, ‘nature’, ‘should and or shouldn’t’, ‘the universe develops a them’, ‘dumb exists’, ‘there are some (which joke at)’, ‘there are levels’, ‘I could be something I’m not’……. Don’t add another belief… “my perception of myself needs fixing”. Inspect beliefs to let them go, effortlessly. Notice how every time you do, it feels good. This is because you are what the beliefs are made of. Unthinkable sheer M’F’ing Goodness. The thought activity ‘says’ there is good & bad, correct & twisted, etc, etc, etc, etc…. and this goes on and on via the belief in “a perceiver perceiving a perceived”. The thought activity implies the separation, but there is no actual separation, or simply, you are not “a separate self”… awareness is just believing the thoughts that it is separate. “What”…. is already…. A self referential thought. (But you can not think, yourself. Because again, you are already yourself.) ‘Catch’, as in notice, that activity of thoughts & beliefs, and bring it to peaceful mind, to rest, at… “what”. (Before that whole story of beliefs).

Instead of introspecting, they projected. Dad judged others. Mom judged herself. The judge mental thoughts didn’t feel good to either of them. Neither willing to take emotional responsibility, kept the cycle going. Dad had low self esteem, and made himself feel better by holding himself as higher than, or above others. Mom, not introspecting, deeply believed happiness came from outside herself, and thus it was critically important to her to control what is outside herself. You internalized these aspects, absolutely innocently. By internalized I mean thoughts & beliefs like ‘because of me’, or relating their issues to ‘how I am’. You’re in the exact same position every one of us is in. Keep the judgement alive in his place, or let it go. Love is greater, stronger, more powerful, more true and more real, than all of these things (thoughts). And it is always always always, in every single moment, in every possible situation, present and alive within you, if you will.

@Zen LaCroix Has to do with deep relaxation / letting go, being the flow of life vs resistant to it or ‘carrying the weight’ of worries or burdens. Consider deep relaxation of the bodymind on a 10 scale. What you believe is a 10 is actually a 1. Consider the same with ‘letting go’. Exercise, meditation, appreciation, fun, and laughter are great for being the flow of life. Double down on the fun.

@Persipnei It is the ineffable message ‘itself’! -
Nahm replied to Holygrail's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There isn’t even ‘visual aspect of consciousness’. That is also ‘made out of consciousness’ (and thus not an “aspect”). There aren’t “people” “assuming” anything. There is nothing “made out of consciousness”. Just consciousness. And not even. -
Nahm replied to Daniel347's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Daniel347 Yes but it is the same as with alcohol. The addiction isn’t technically to the substance, but to not feeling what’s suppressed, which the substance helps keep suppressed. When people have breakdowns / breakthroughs, notice it’s an expressing / expression, through and releasing, what was believed, about themself. It is the letting go of whatever that is / was, via expression. The addiction is to this experience over that experience. The this or that ‘factor’ or belief, is released. Inevitably there is the whole of experience, and not this or that unique experience. -
Nahm replied to Persipnei's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Persipnei Beautiful. Whenever sensible, just let it out. When talking in front of people, just pause for a few seconds. We all love that pause, it’s ok. We all feel it too. -

Yes ? It seems like there’s a God until “you” check. That there is not is the punchline. -
Framing as a 3 step process… step 1 is beliefs coming to the surface. Step 2 is recognizing a belief is just a belief, a repeated thought. Step 3 is letting it go because it isn’t true, it’s a belief, a repeated thought. What’s focused on (or not) is actually a thought, a belief. Not something that is true. There’s no suggestion here of ‘focusing on what you do not know’, but rather recognizing what’s already being focused on (the thought / belief) isn’t actually known. It’s a belief, that that is known & true, but it’s not known or true, it’s believed. That creates an only apparent in thought (a belief) separation. “The ‘knower & the known’.” But the knower is already the known. Not two. (Nonduality). There is, absolutely literally no one who actually knows, anything. The ‘substance’ of reality, consciousness, is literally Not Knowingness. Consciousness is infinite. There is no “other thing” which could possibly actually be known. There is the apparent and often believed thought that something is known about consciousness, but there is no separate or finite entity which knows it. Which actually exists, or knows anything whatsoever. That is thought attachment. Ignorance / bamboozlement. When not knowing seems to experience people knowing this or that, the actuality of that experience is not knowing believing it’s a person, and that as that person it “knows stuff about infinity, or consciousness”. “It” doesn’t. That is thought attachment. “A materialist”, if you will. Has pride & arrogance in this place gone completely unnoticed? Employ the ‘3 step process’.

@Hello world Thank you my friend. If what I said was to lofty, the watered down version is… you are feeling the way you are due to how you’re looking at things. I know it’s very convincing that it’s because of the things. But, to see if this is accurate, change how you’re looking at things even in the slightest, simplest most subtle ways, and notice how it feels. Also, there are suicide prevention experts available who are trained to help. http://www.suicide.org/hotlines/international-suicide-hotlines.html They are not only specifically trained in prevention, by helping bring clarity and relief to where you’re at. Much love, wishing you the best.

@Virgo That’s awesome. This presence is just this presence. It’s not someone’s. It’s not a state. It requires no will. It’s you. Notice, no matter what’s happnin - what never changes, never comes or goes, is the presence of, you. It wasn’t ‘yesterday’, that’s a thought. It’s now, it’s you.

Nobody really knows what’s good and bad. Some refrain from judging anything as bad simply because it doesn’t feel good to them when they do it. Some are soon to notice this and join in that joy. Hating somebody else, while obviously not ideal as it feels terrible, at least has some plausibility to it. Hating yourself is a state of confusion which is remedied by the simple recognition there are not two of you, you are already yourself. You are the very self with which these thoughts of judgment and hating are not resonating with. That suffering is the evidence of your goodness. Thoughts like that do not feel good to you, precisely because the truth is you are good. Those thoughts don’t feel good, because good is literally all there is. When we judge it doesn’t create actual bad, it just creates suffering for the one judging. Maybe you have went about life in a resistant way. Maybe it’s time to discover the magic of letting discordant thoughts go. Also, nobody really knows what anybody else thinks. One only knows what One thinks and believes, other people think. Even to say don’t care what other people think would be going to far, as there is never any actual experience of what other people think. Life is free-flowing and abundant and can change at any time. Life does not seem spontaneous when we claim it as mine, and believe thoughts as if we know what it is. It is humbling and most relieving to not know. If I was in your shoes I would employ every resource available. Trying things, experiencing things, and not just thinking we know what they are before actually trying and experiencing them is very key. Take this video for example. The title seems like you would think you know what it’s about, but watch it. Spend that four minutes and 55 seconds and your well-being. There is so much love for you here. Don’t let go of what’s possible, let go of limiting, separative thoughts that don’t feel good to you. It is because you are so you deeply and dearly loved that those thoughts don’t feel true.
