  1. You had me at kind soul... You should learn how to change your own state of mind. Take ownership. State don't arise. You created them. Your choices led to that state of mind. Also, careful not to internalize. If something undesirable happens, don't make internal statements about yourself. Skip that shit and tell yourself "I clearly don't want this, so it makes me realize I want_______" If you can make it like 2 minutes focusing on what you do want (take lots of practice) then what you found to be undesirable becomes a gift of enhancing your clarity in regards to what you do want. You are the only variable when it comes to your present state of mind. There is no assertion. That is good to know. It seems like all this shit going on effects one's state of mind, but it gets interpreted first and that's what we're experiencing. (Highly arguable) Notice the tiniest little glimpse of the change from flying high to the downfall and nip it in the bud right away. Stop everything and contemplate. Be hyper aware of that relativity. Don't accept losing even .000001% of the flying high state without knowing why and what you did. Do A / B tests with everything. Like if you're feeling low, maybe it was sugar last night. Maybe it was thinking about something bummerish. Cut the sugar (A) for a week. Be aware of the difference. Until the permanent change happens, appreciate the the process. "Life", sleep, excercise, meditate, ready for anything; repeat daily. Not sure if you are at this point yet, but- does is help to tell you that this is all You doing you? Like, you most definitly are doing this life. It's not random. I take comfort in the amazement of that. Maybe it inspires you to know that there is a permanent lasting change and it is all so very worth it. Here's some stuff off the top of my head that I do, I hope something is useful... Thoughts trigger the "downfall state". Everything is relative. Try to isolate it to replace it. Use all relativity to your advantage. There is no actual suffering. That's probably not helpful right now, but worth contemplating. Rupert has a video or two explaining this. If you're thinking, in your mind and presence, you're in the past or the future. Eckart Tolle is big on The Now. YouTube. Is all of your space and surroundings aligned with where you are headed? Posters, paint colors, chalkboard paint walls, dry erase boards -to map out what you're doing / what you want. This is effective on many levels. Do you only talk about what you want? Life is like a buffet. Someone else might like the chicken. I don't really notice it. Have you spend multiple days without saying one word? Go to your profile here and look at your posts starting with the oldest. May help you realize how far you've come. Read books. Learn stuff. Don't watch tv, etc- The relative effect on us is not typically desirable and subtly elusive. Excercise every morning listening to positive stuff, or motivation speeches, or whatever, just make it on purpose. Breathe awareness 24/7 Eat what comes out of the earth. Eat as much raw food as possible. Don't underestimate that your thoughts are made out of your food. Get enough sleep. Listen to Abraham Hicks. That stuff is so good in the early roller coaster stages because all you have to do is listen. Shrooms. Lol One more thing...listen to ridiculous low range silly happy music and notice how effective it is. Shake It Off, and All About That Bass, that kind of stuff.
  2. Enlightenment is you don't exist, and You do exist, eternally. We can differentiate between reality and the illusion, and we can make a distinction between waking and dreaming, and we can be aware we are making those distinctions and that in reality there are no separations as there are no physical things. Good and evil are thoughts, not reality. Meditation slows thinking until eventual non-thinking. LIttle kids raised by a parent who is aware of these distinctions wouldn't have much to slow in their thinking. Perhaps as they get older, but not likely. I wouldn't tell a kid they are part of the universe, I would explain that the universe is a part of them, and I would elaborate on what I meant by "part", and "them". Enlightened people are light and the love. Of course they would have or not have kids, just like anyone or no one.
  3. In a way, every dream stands to enlighten as we sure do convincingly perceive that there are others in our dreams. They seem so real, but there is just the dreamer.
  4. @Joseph Maynor what is going on in reality? DO you recall your last dream? Who was in it?
  5. I might be in a position to offer an insight here, but I'm honestly confused. You said you know what you are, but then are expressing fears about letting go of the ego. What are you?
  6. It seems like anything anyone has a problem with, is themselves. The thing to do, is liberate with knowledge and awareness of one's projection. No?
  7. @cetus56 i noticed something you said and thought this may be helpful or relateable. When I reached a day to day state of non thinking, the first time I had an orgasm I noticed right away that there was not the change in my head / brain. As in, I realized that orgasms naturally were putting my brain in non thinking, when there was no change to be experience, it was immediately clear. . I'm struggling to put this into words. Lol. Hope you get what I'm trying to say. Anyways, yes, if you had a mind state just like during orgasm, ime, that was an experience of non thinking.
  8. @Max_V just a little thought, but, it might help to take a look biologically and discover that you're not alive at all.
  9. @Ilya everyone is already enlightened when you become enlightened because you then are aware that everyone is you
  10. @caelanb you might want to look into it ?
  11. Mysterious in the sense that it is not an experience happening in the universe it's a universe happening in an experience. I am seeing we all mean something quite different by being. No wrong answers or anything, just very different.
  12. It's mysterious af. I can't imagine anything more mysterious.
  13. @Heart of Space it's so much more than what you are describing.
  14. @emind cheers. it's the best. can become permanent fyi.
  15. @Santiago good luck with all that. If we're not all experiencing how and what we put our focus on, then I don't know anything at all. I am open to that possibility.
  16. @Heart of Space that's sweet! Anything on YouTube? Etc I'm already a fan.I would really love to hear some.
  17. @The Monk I love you too. I can't wait for you to have the breakthrough where you shit your pants.
  18. @JustinS omg! right?!?!? Can you even imagine Jim C taking an enlightenment stand up routine on the road!?!? We can only pray. Lol. Or maybe you're talking about Heart of space (@user feature not working) - either way, put me down for a ticket. I'm so in.
  19. @AleksM what about the mpg change from acceleration vs continued movement? It seems to me that accounts for the relative difference because the manufacturer incorporates that in their estimation. Acceleration of such a weight uses significantly more gas, reducing mpg. Wouldn't a fair logical comparison be to video the mpg readout before and after installing the device? Is that still skepticism or are you saying maybe I'm missing a creation level, like maybe in the sense if he believes it, and you believe it, then for both it becomes true? Not trying to be pressing but the universe suggests there is a lesson here, I just don't see it. Also, I listened to the other two videos and honestly, I don't get it. I understand permission slips, but I don't understand how aliens fit in. Anything you can reach me with on this stuff? Do you think my consciousness is too low to understand or accept it?
