  1. @Shanmugam All guru’s, self help instructors, religion icons, preachers, pastors, fathers, self help coaches, me, you, and everything... are fake. They are pointing to what’s real.
  2. Thanks. I love you too. ❤️ Easier than you thought I bet.
  3. @Brimstone ah but waking up and enlightenment are quite different
  4. @Brimstone @Joseph Maynor you’re the uni-verse.
  5. @Brimstone the enlightened person already knows what is real.
  6. @Brimstone the Big Bang was your parents
  7. @egoless that's not reality, that's the illusion. But what if, in actual reality, you were actually eternal, and you dreamt yourself up an unbelievably convincing reality where you could do anything you wanted! That'd be sweet. Maybe you did and don't realize it yet. Maybe not.
  8. there's a documentary on netflix where a guy does this to reveal how gullible people are.
  9. If the riddle is three cups and a peanut, the punchline is, there’s no peanut.
  10. @phoenix666 lol. I hear ya. I never would have until an experience. But, ya...air sustaining your life is nothing more than an illusion, because you’re not alive, nor do you die, nor were you born. There is no you in that regard, at all. Just the One imagining a shitload of stuff like atoms, fields, emotions, and.... air. The One imagines a brain with such a limited imagination that it has trouble realizing the Truth. It’s not reality. Air is atoms. Your body is atoms. Your thoughts are atoms. Atoms are not actually anything. Take a deep breath right now, and exhale. Your chemical, atomic make up just changed and so did the make up or content of the air around you. Are you the same ‘you’ after that exchange? Did you just inhale you? Did you just exhale some of you? No. That would be silly, right? There is no you, just some idea or loosely conceptualized carved out amount of atoms that you’ve been referring to as you. That thing you refer to as you, literally changes with every single breathe, because it is not a thing at all, even in simple physical terms. The word ‘illusion’ fits well, because you are believing it. The mind blower is when you realize you are the illusionist.
  11. @Hafiz i don’t care for it, or anything other labels on myself or others, in terms of spirituality. ‘Seeker’ never felt right either. After experiencing the truth, the term spiritual doesn’t feel quite right either. What is the term for “someone who wants you to see the truth for yourself”?
  12. @phoenix666 the fact that our breathing air to sustain life is illusory is kind of a mind blower.
  13. @electroBeam I was diagnosed with manic depression around 20 years ago. Sounds similar. Tried several meds, didn’t help, side effects sucked. Daily meditation, exercise & good eating were completely effective. I think I had stuff going on from my angry dad. I learned a lot about that, and about what manic depression is and what is known about it. The understanding made the food part much easier. Try everything you can. I feel for ya. Blows.
  14. @AilinKyung The first step in a spiritual life.
  15. @Voyager I have an insurance agency, so I’m biased I’m sure, but man have I seen some horror stories when people do not insure themselves. Hospitals should not be this way, but they are. In terms of nonduality, it doesn’t matter.
  16. @The Monk I had the same problem. The answer I found is vegan protein powder with BCAA’s.
  17. @Claire Verlyn it’s food. The acne is made of nothing else.
  18. @John the challenge to the mind is that there is enough time in the day for everything you want to pursue, because time is relative.
