  1. You guys are beautiful. All this meaningless stuff we bring out of eathother. It really is so beautiful. Our 'ways'. So awesome. ❤️
  2. I think there's two ways; learn 'everything' until your ego explodes in collapse and just surrenders from exhaustion, or don't learn anything and spend that time doing the practices. I did both and the later, in hindsight, seems more efficient.
  3. @Wyatt I always say, if it's not Play That Funky Music White Boy, it's monkey mind. Non thinking is better. Stillness of the mind is all there is.
  4. I think that's like asking about the first person. It was a very slow change over a very long time. There really wasn't a first person, or first ego. That's the nature of it's trickyness. Also, there's no time, really, it's an expansion of literally not a thing. So, I just love the story. Given that anything could be happening, or nothing at all, this is all pretty mind blowing. Dolphins & elephants might have ego. They communicate using specific names, and doing a lot of what we do in terms of family and social relationships. There's probably some dolphin forum asking if there's a human without an ego. And a couple Aquaman jokes go round. I think you can deduce just from this forum that the ego in boundless. It's so pervasive and elusive at the same time. One hell of a story.
  5. @Bebop CHEERS!!!! Thanks for 'reporting'.
  6. @egoless you're not actually touching a chair, anymore than you're seeing anything with your eyes open or closed. It's electromagnetic field and exchange of electrical charge, and below that it's everything & everywhere until you touch it, then it's part of your experience, and 'there'. And it's all not anything, even the experiencer.
  7. Self inquiry - I think it's to be done 24 7. I'm always at a loss as to why people don't think of physics and quantum mechanics as self inquiry. 2) I don't see how there is non-permanent enlightenment. How could somone unsee what they're seen and no know to be the truth? I think (and I would love someone to help me get this more nuanced in plain words) that there's three 'categories': Enlightenment: Seeing for yourself what 'reality' actually is, and therefore experiencing what you actually are. Unforgettable. Un-unseeable. Mental / thinking / thought patterns: mood / attitude. Simply a product of the momentum of it's own process. Body: Basically, food & exercise (or lack of) determine how we feel in terms of energy. This is my dichotomy anyways. Would love to hear from everyone about this.
  8. What a post. Anyone else see the geometric shapes in the atmosphere? Also, I'm always hearing the electricity in the walls, and the different frequencies when different things are charging. I could do without that one. Sure is nice to have a place to be open about this stuff. Thanks once again Leo.
  9. @phoenix666 So you're question was how do you really feel like love (always). You already are it, and there's all this illusion - human - concepts - mental paradigms, that I was born, that I die, confusion that I am a person, etc, etc, etc ADDED to it. So in one broad stroke, the way, or the path, simply leads back to what we already are, minus all that stuff, which admittedly, is very convincing. It sure seems to me that you are well into the nuances of an outline I would have suggested. Your life is already a success story. In the sense, you've used practices to gain focus & clarity, and done the work of applying that clarity to your past to make more sense of where you are now. You're seeing the patterns we all go through for what they are. That's very significant imo, because it allows you to see a future that is wanted - that has nothing to do with the past. If you are not already, aim to be meticulous about only thinking about the future that is wanted and allow it to change ongoing, as you are changing ongoing. As in, the level of self honesty that you've already developed, that must be done with wanted thinking. (Some say positive thinking, but that's not specific enough imo) It needs to be and only ever be what you want. Positive thinking is far to general. How experienced are you with psychedelics? (I have only done shrooms, but it was enough for me) If you haven't tried them, contemplate how you feel about them. If you have, consider the effect is hyper awareness, so if you were at a bad place in terms of loving yourself, the experience may have been bad. If you've purified yourself of all that, the experience is likely to be loving & spiritual. I have practiced meditation, exercise, self inquiry, and studying the sciences, specifically quantum mechanics, biology & neurology, for around 20 years. Before that I studied religions and philosophies. The relevance is, IME, the shrooms, coinciding with amount taken, kick your brain into Limitless mode for a few hours, so you can realize (make real) all of what you've done and learned. I can't know if I would have seen what the illusion is, and therefore what I am, without all that learning, specifically QM. I think all of it culminates to make a foundation that freed me with about 8 shroom trips over 2 years, starting with 1g and ending with 8g's of shroom tea. (I have a trip report if you want to search it. It's a little sappy) It sounds like your're already well on your path, maybe just a few trips away from directly experiencing reality. Once you experience it for yourself (the Truth) you can't unsee it or unknow it. If you wake up the day after, and get right back to the practices, the physiological 'feeling' should stay. If it doesn't, imo, it's because you add unwanted thoughts & thought tree's- which are remedied by choosing wanted thoughts. It takes time and it's hard to know if you're 'there' on the wanted thoughts / focus piece before or after the shroom revelations, but those are the 2 main components. When both are aligned or harmonized, it's love 24/7. It's worth everything. You'll gain everything. That will make more and more sense as you go. Hopefully all this typing is useful. Godspeed!
  10. @Monkey-man Yes. And, completely depends on your connotations. But I would say try and unsee anything you've seen. It's like that.
  11. @cetus56 Hey, some guys spend their whole life in the closet, what's a couple weeks. I've spent a week alone in the woods a couple times. The sheer aloneness and beauty were profound, and ultimately empowering ime, not enlightening though (for me). I'm excited to read the two weeks in the hole report. That's some hard core David Blain seeking. But, the last time I had shrooms (tea), well....... I vote tea. Anybody can see you got your love on. You're ready for another visit man. "Life" is "short"
  12. @Voyager Do you have little kids? I do. If you don't, maybe you have some nieces or nephews or something you could play with for a day. It's retreatish imo. Little kids don't have dark night potential (typically) because they haven't added all that ego yet, so not much to undo, so they're the kings of fun and the masters of the bounce back. Maybe you're around some serious adults and your inner being is not impressed with their seriousness. Total shot in the dark. no pun.
  13. @cetus56 PARTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. @cetus56 reminds me of that joke....wanna see what a void looks like? (cause that's a void in front of you) these are the jokes Cetus.
  15. @Hero in progress you really got me with that Christmas!!!! Hilarious. ?
  16. @cle103 I'm really interested in your topics. I have had a few out of body experiences, but not on purpose yet. I floated to the ceiling once and 'wooshed' back in to the body. One time I walked to the kitchen and realized I was also on the couch, then, 'woosh' again. I'm really interested in hearing more about how you saw the code. Let us know, if willing, what happens next! Ever be talking to someone, and they stop being that person for a minute, and talk to you as the everything / one / no thing? That's the most amazing paranormal thing I've experienced yet. Other than normal everyday reality of course.
  17. @Deep What a great post. I am with you at the heart of all of it. It makes me appreciative of how all encompassing Leo's work is. ❤️Great video!
  18. @Principium Nexus I am loving this conversation. I don't feel the infinite in the sense you explained. I actually feel an opposite sense of space. I don't feel like the stars are real or super far away anymore. I feel like outer space and the atmosphere is a dome and the stars are on the dome. That's admittedly weird sounding, but I'm being honest. "Things" don't look real in the same sense they used to.
  19. @phoenix666 That's a great question. Thee question, really. Love is reality. When you remove everything else, you see what is actually illusion and what you are. If you want to give me an idea of where you are now, with choices, I will offer you my best to fill in the path from my experience. By choices, I mean where you're at - I'm talking about food, practices of meditation - self inquiry - contemplation, perceiving assertion or not, sleeping habits, watching tv or not, spend time in nature or not, been on retreats, time spent alone, time spent not saying a word, etc. I could ramble about all is love forever, but I'm attempting to make it relative to where you're at. I do really feel it. Always.
  20. @Principium Nexus I feel I relate. For a few years now I have a very different sense of time and space. I often don't know what day it is and am usually way off on what time it is. When driving these days, I'm lost without GPS on my phone. If I get off the experessway and make one left, I don't know which way I just came from. I find it all very funny, considering the upside. Also, I see the stuff inbetween the typical stuff. Do you see that too?
  21. Love is the reality.
