@Dodo that could mean whatever to whoever. It’s qualia. In my current connotations, there is no such thing. I have only to be mindful of my consciousness. To me, a low consciousness person is ignoring spirituality and stubborn to consider they are creating their own suffering. So, to me, there is no such thing as authentic low consciousness.

@Charlotte i can really relate. My parents are catholic and their emotional & physical suffering is shocking and perpetual. My brother works all the time, so i end up helping them a lot. They can’t see how they are behind their suffering and that is rough. The brownie is delicious though.

@BobbyLowell references to two different places in the processes and practices. Authentic self is to be mindful and free of low consciousness behavior, no self is an enlightening experience.

The nature of things is clever, tricky, and has a mind bending sense of humor. The illusion includes our thought trees and our seeds, wether we make a distinction between a thought and our experience or not.

@How to be wise you can start loving now, or you can procrastinate. I meditate, exercise, eat healthy, and love everything & everyone everyday. When I fall short, it’s because of me, so I learn and expand. Then I get back to it. You will either start with simple small changes towards wanted, or you will make things so hard for yourself that you have no choice but to begin the practices of health & spirituality. It will work out either way. The Path is obviously easier. You’re already making progress. You chose to try something new. Keep doing that. When you’ve had enough, punch out for the day. Be done. Sleep, meditate, focus on wanted life. Allow your meaning of ‘connection’ to develop and change. I love you, and good luck. You walked yourself into this, you can walk yourself out. Sometimes it sucks balls.

@Ryan_047 Some of the phases / processes I’ve been through in my life; everything matters a lot cause I have to make money, take care of my family, feed us, etc. Nothing matters because ultimately nothing matters. There is no ultimate point so why would I give a shit or bother at all. I’m stuck having to work and it blows. Nothing matters because I am eternal infinite love and I am unfathomably lucky to know that nothing matters. All pressure is off. All illusions others try to project onto me are gone. I can do anything I want simply for the enjoyment of doing it, because, ultimately, all is well, I am forever, and none of this means anything. Everything Is. I am a filter of matters / doesn’t matter. Whatever it is, it is.

You can’t deal with their negativity, it’s too contagious, only they can deal with themselves. To the extent you can, maintain your mindfulness and offer love and compassion, often that is silence. Increasing your consciousness is like getting the only brownie in the world. It’s delicious, but then you have to be careful not to think you can take everyone with you when you start noticing the gap. Just enjoy the brownie.

@John Iverson simmer them for 15 minutes, strain them, throw away the flesh. Add a tea bag and honey. START VERY SMALL. You don’t strike me as being ready in the first place, but who am I to even say really. Be careful. The shrooms themselves won’t harm your body, if they are the right ones to begin with, but the dumb shit people do can harm themselves.

@Alenka it’s hard because no one has as much data on this as you. Are you meditating daily? Strikes me like you are too into the illusion / life, and need some retreat / love / clarity. Ultimately, that is the only place you can get your answer. It would be all too easy for me or anyone to give the advice of - do what you want / what makes you happy. Don’t stay in a shitty relationship, don’t live where you are not happy

Do you feel like you’re right in the middle of the infinite love and the illusion of reality? Right where they meet, in the music? This song comes to mind. By referencing it, I know I’m tilting into the illusion, but...I feel like the lyrics are simple, and insubstantial....and then the wordless chorus - the simple sound that comes from the plight we all share, omg, it melts me every time. Just two humans in a room. No audience. And the laugh that come out of her at the end - nothing could have prevented that laugh. So beautiful.

It’s paradoxical maybe- when you do the music only for you, for your liberation - that is communicated and felt by the listener, and it strikes a chord and they begin to see a path to their liberation. @Chrissy j Make 2 cycles one. The foundational or primary cycle is the exposure to the illusion, and the comforting return to meditation, or the void of love. Repeat daily. The secondary cycle is only firmly achieved if it is secondary to the primary cycle. The secondary cycle is similar in nature to the first but on a deeper scale. Experiential; psychedelics, and not psychedelics. The culmination of these combined cycles is, within the illusion there is the desire for growth and expansion, and without the illusion the knowing that the IS is all there is and All Is Well. All is divine. All is you. Polarity, all be it an elusive illusion, allows for experience, but is enjoyed when on the foundation of nonpolarity.

@HII The set up is at some points a damn near impossible to swallow miracle. The punchline is you are all that is. Imagine being eternal all there is, there is no other, forever. Then you create a different yet same you, a human you, with a veil to your true nature. SO, you are lost af, and yet could never be lost. Then, out of that, another human merely utters a single sound to you, and you perceive it came from a second entity. It might take you a minute to adjust.
