Habit, monkey mind, the ego, desire, all of reality being an illusion...that’s a formidable path! On top of that, it can only be walked alone, and it leaves us unable to communicate what we find to anyone. It’s understandable that a newb might need to be told what mental masturbation is. It’s supposed to happen just like it does. Makes em feel a little self conscious about pleasuring themselves in front of everyone. They aren’t conscious enough to know they are, so it takes a few reminders. This is happening so compassion and love can be experienced. Ideally there’s a big smile & a lot of laughter behind saying ‘stop playing with yourself and get back to work! That’s the world we want, right? The one were we’re increasing our consciousness, and having fun? The whole process is really funny isn’t it?

Maybe he realized he wasn’t alive. Maybe he realized the Now. As in, there actually is no past, just the expanding now. Maybe he, and all the other spiritual individuals / gurus, exist only in your mind, in the form of a backdrop for this experience you’re having, which also doesn’t exist. So did he rise from the dead? To debate that would be to miss the entirety of Now. There is a a cute little Christmas house / Kleenex box holder in front of me at the moment. As I focus on it, the relativity of it to me becomes revealed deeper and deeper the longer I give it my attention. It seemed like an arbitrary purchase, just a product made somewhere that ended up in my house by means of my wife. But it’s not! It’s me!!!

Before I came into this life, I bet I asked for a trillion hours, and had to settle for 10,000.

@Spence94 If you’re feeling negative emotion, you are experiencing something with far less awareness than you are capable of using, and that does not feel good enough for you, because you know you know better and are not applying what you already know. How else could it be possible to feel bad? The very experience requires two points of relativity. One is the way you’re seeing it, the other is the way you could be.

@Jedd A good new hire is a highly coachable student who does the practices every day before arriving. They assimilate the information & organize it, making full use of it. They can apply their highlights of their own personality creatively to production that would otherwise be repetitive and monotonous. Attitude is everything.

@DEV we’re human beings. Not humans being X or Y. The being is nondual. The Self imposed duality ‘splits’ make for the unique specific experiences. The illusion is that we are “beings”, but I find, we are Being. Any definition is self imposed duality.
