@EyeOfTheStorm Start with your whole body and end with nothing; biology, psychology, neurology, neuroplasticity, physics, general relativity, quantum physics, homeostasis, human adaptation, genetics, epigenetics, symatics, field theory, superposition, the LHC, potentiality, chaos theory, string theory, twisters, then the Planck scale stuff. Or, you could just take psychedelics. Then you’ll see the biggest picture in a matter of minutes or hours, but it will fade away after. Foundation is as paramount as any individual experience. Either way, you’ll see that what is sitting in front of you right now, is your own perception. So, avoid the traps of other’s perceptions, like philosophy, epistemology, religion, history, etc.

@EyeOfTheStorm 1. How can I really make myself wonder who I am? I mean I know that there is something that is “covered” etc. but how can I actually really make myself wonder? Skip The Who. Wonder what you are. Start with contemplating your assumptions, this begins the process of discovery that we take the most basic things for granted. Such as air. Your ‘who’ is a separate identity. Separated from other things, by air. Yet, it is the air which has always unified you with all things, not separated you. This is the level of ‘game’ in the illusion. You’ve been playing hide & seek. You’re the hider & the seeker. The game is only ‘won’ by surrendering. Surrendering is your ‘ace in the hole’ on a trip. Also, it is the air which is keeping you ‘alive’ ?

@Shroomdoctor I love your post. I’ve been singing for a long time. I made use of a ‘bridge’ I discovered. I learned about vocal warm ups and breathing to stretch out the diaphragm, and how the pitch is controlled there, not in the throat. A solid ‘practice’ in life, to connect, is to breath from the stomach 24/7. It’s a game changer in life, and after some number of days, it’s a total game changing for singing. Not that I am a great singer, cause ‘eye of the beholder’, but because it played a role in my liberation from the talent paradigm. A way to express my perspective now, is there are singers who are singing from their diaphram, and there are singers who still believe in talent. Also, when singing, the sound board or register of stomach, chest, and head MUST be engaged. The practice of this in singing leads to a new awareness of the body in general. Best of luck to you!!!! One more misc thought....have you learned guitar yet? Being able to go on a solo retreat, and just play and sing alone, man, I have no words.

Loa is a guide to freedom, to nonduality. (I am referencing Ester, not ‘the secret’) It takes some serious commitment, but one can learn to wield the actual nature of creation.

Just a thought on the retreat...a retreat alone, with a trip or two in it, can reveal “The Alone”....The One. You win either way, just a thought.

If it is met with acceptance, now there is an example. ❤️ We’re it not for the suffering, we would have no compassion, were it not for confusion, we would have no clarity. It’s critical to be able to make the distinctions between beliefs, assumptions, and experience. It is hard to believe in your current paradigm, that it is a paradigm. I know, I was once in the same paradigm. I have experienced both. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot!! ❤️ Contemplate what a paradigm is. It’s unbelievably worthwhile.

@Ilya use this perspective as motivation to meditate everyday. At some point, you will be free. They won’t be able to be around you without trying to deduce how it is that you are so liberated. Eventually, they’ll start meditating.

You might find your way to a major breakthrough if you can connect your dots. Again, you claim something has nothing to do with the truth, asserting you know the truth....so what is it?
