  1. Everything you said there, is a thought. You recognize it’s a thought (thinking), because you are not the thoughts (brain). You, are aware of this. That you can even comment on the change in state of mind, reveals to you, you are the awareness of it.
  2. @EmptinessDncing Try taking a piece of paper, write “thinking” on one side, write “awareness” on the other. Keep that paper in a prominent place. Use it. One side or the other. The earlier in the day the better. Use it to build even more clarity, momentum and depth in the distinction between thinking about a past event, and being present now in only awareness. Remember, you’re not the thoughts, so thinking should seem funny and light - equal to the function of your finger. Time for recovery is critical in intense athletic training; the space between is as important as the notes that make any piece of music; every wave is a peak and a valley; and there are seasons. These things are True of You, in ‘here’. So you might consider a retreat - from everything. A few days with no work, no learning, no personal development, forget about enlightenment, forget actualizing, etc. Give yourself a chance (out of all your familiar patterns) to remember, you’re doing the whole ‘show’. You’ll remember your awesome and you love being you, like, a lot. Might even be that the degree that you can deeply let go of all of it, the clearer and more joyful it will all be when you return. All you’ve done in your life has a chance to surface more fully. A trusting acceptance and eagerness of the uncertainty ahead arises once again. It’s for you, that’s why you called it the present. And there is more. Embodiment and consciousness work- in a dream, there can always be more. But from here, if I’m reading you right, the way is only light, childlike, innocent, free. Embodying unconditional love can not be done seriously. Also, it takes a full surrender - it takes all of the relativity.
  3. Now is appearance within nothingness. This is what you are, absolute nothingness, experiencing an appearance of you as people and things and universe, etc. It’s an experience of Self, in comparison to something specifically in the body, which is just a thought happening in the now. Any way you slice it, it’s you.
  4. @Andre Quinonez Here’s a couple scenarios for realization from comparison... Doesn’t meditate, doesn’t believe in consciousness work, mostly a domino; eating for immediate gratification, overweight, emotions aligned with senses and false sense of self, stress of this inhibits optimal functions of the body, taking viagra, etc. Identifies with stress, no clarity between sex drive and awareness. Meditates, does the consciousness work, realization of domino situation and liberated from it, no mental resistence - see’s fun is the only point, chooses food aligned with health and well being, realizes previous delusion of false self, emotions relative to absolute, no stress, sex is awesome and without inner mental turmoil of the desire rollcoaster. Genes are alive & well and selfishly fighting for survival in the dream. Awareness of it changes.
  5. @Haumea I’m guessing that’s what the implication of the blue pearl is.
  6. @Haumea Great link. It all read so true and accurate, that I’m wondering about the blue pearl.
  7. @Shanmugam Just messin with ya. ?❤️
  8. What a lot of people who haven’t researched Sadhguru deeply don’t know, is that he did a lot of the writing for Osho (before his Catholic period of course).
  9. @Barna Why did you want to get the masters in this?
  10. @John If you had a billion dollars, and didn’t need to do anything for income. What would you do with your time?
  11. @Barna What’s your master’s in? Software design?
  12. @Ether Letting go of beliefs - the false identity - takes exactly as long as the believer believes. The Truth is unconditionally patient.
  13. @Paulo Barbosa That’s good to hear. ? It’s so worthwhile. Down right fucking awesome.
  14. @solr You’re welcome. I know it sucks ass. Hang in there. ❤️
  15. @Dessehead Yeah. Most people get their heart broken. Most people learn it was their own misunderstanding, a belief, that the love they feel comes from another person. The weird thing about a belief, is the holder considers it to be the truth. Therefore, they don’t connect the dots that their belief, is causing their suffering. They appear completely unrelated, until the holder does self inquiry.
  16. @toth7 Start over, rebuild from the ground up. Everyday, exercise, meditate, journal what pours out. Eat clean. That’s it, for 30 days. THEN, if you’re ready, give thought to your life direction You are attached to thoughts. You’re identifying with them. There is no quick fix. Do the practices.
  17. @solr This too will pass. You did what you did because that’s where you were. It’s done. It’s serves as any event serves, to know the love that you are more deeply. Reality is fucked up. God does work in mysterious ways. Are you committed to doing your best now? Will you be making such mistakes again? Or have you learned? Take the learning, accept your imperfections, and begin to love yourself again. “You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.” -Buddha You deserve the love Solr. I know it’s fucked up. Life is fucked up. But you deserve love. In Truth, that’s actually your quote. Read it one more time, and this time, see that you wrote it for you, for this moment, now. It would be wise to use it now. Times like these have a tendency to draw a love from the universe that shows you that you can move mountains. Be patient. Keep practicing.
  18. @MarkusSweden There is nothing other than you.
  19. There is far more than the thought of the death of a thought. (That’s just a thought) The physical death referred to can’t be imagined or believed or understood. To point though, imagine being in front of yourself and watching your body and brain carrying on like normal. Then imagine being the space the universe is taking place in and watching an illusion much like you watch what’s going on in front of you right now. Then expanding to infinite nothingness which everything and nothing is taking place in, ‘within’ you. . The ‘physical’ “you” was left back in a dream, like an ant you passed by years ago without a second thought. It’s “dead” because it was never alive or dead to begin with.
  20. @Lynnel I exercise & meditate in the morning. I don’t have any stress from the day to let go of. No state to ‘unwind’ if you don’t get wound up.
  21. @Paulo Barbosa Practices. Build a foundation before taking another trip, this allows for the integration.
  22. @vanish Right. So when you say you can not be awake in the ‘physical life’, you are incorrect. But I acknowledge, from your experience, this is true for you. It’s just not true for everyone.
  23. @vanish If it’s meant for discussion, it’s really edgy and interesting. If you’re seriously planning to end your life, then it’s obviously not about enlightenment or awakening, it’s about your life. Obviously your aware you’ll physically die one day anyways. If you realize all is you, you wouldn’t have even made this post to begin with. Who did you think you were posting to?
