The corresponding feeling is not “because of the pandemic, the new variant, people not getting vaccinated, climate change, abortion laws, pulling out from Afghanistan, dealing with worsening wealth inequality and just the general chaos that's ensuing in the world.” It’s the experience of thought attachment. We’re in the same world so to speak, and in this experience, that’s the emotion of blame, not a mentality or any thought at all. “no idea what I'm doing with my life and how shit is going to pan out because how unpredictable and bizarre everything is” That’s also thought attachment, belief, veil. An idea is just the start, not some thing which is supposed to or could reveal what you’re doing with your life. Put all aligned ideas on a dreamboard. You’ll see for yourself just how predictable this place can be. You won’t remember what it’s like to “have” a ‘doomer mentality’, just happiness, love, compassion and understanding. It’s not “other people’s fault”, and without thought attachment, being reminded of anything isn’t really even a thing. Don’t cope and avoid, feel & understand.

  4. @julienw Thought attachment is the root of emotional discord. ‘Sun’ is only a thought. There is no such thing. Similarly, scared is not an emotion.
  5. You are your own energy drain so to speak, but aren’t noticing this yet. Be willing to be aware of self referential thinking, and double negative thinking. Give it a google. Get back to your dream board. Utilize the emotional scale to understand and transcend, or, see through doubt. You’ve a habit of focusing what you don’t want. Not a big deal. Write a long list of it. Then step away, go for a walk. Then come back to it and write the opposite of each thing you wrote. That’s what you do want. Write that on the board.

  9. Preference arises, then is experienced, new preferences arise, then are experienced. Perfect. No judgment of self or process required. Address the fear & doubt by learning, understanding and using the emotional scale.

  11. Feeling is giving you all the answers, but is being suppressed with labels. Many people in fact completely understand from having transcended this ignore-ance, simply by no longer ignoring feeling, and understanding the emotions. The refusal to spend some time doing so is suffering. When one does not understand the emotions they are experiencing, one projects this, and it sounds like ‘no one understands me’. There is only for you to understand you. Nothing less, and nothing more is necessary, and nothing could be better. Take a permanent break from the conceptual, and spend time understanding the actual.
  12. (Sorry, missed this post a while back apparently.) No, ignoring would be the opposite orientation from what I would suggest. Notice to judge thoughts as negative is already to ignore the feeling. The Good is what’s felt. The thoughts are not negative, they’re discordant with that Goodness. You don’t have anything wrong, that’s similar to believing in negativity… feels off because it is off. Thoughts repeat, so to speak, attempting to meet with the truth, again and again. We call these beliefs. The resolve is expression & understanding using the emotional scale. This is bursting the bubbles of beliefs, and the alignment in doing so feels really good because… you are really good, and there is no such thing as negative or wrong. Awesome! Indeed that is how simple it is, and that is exactly how it works. It is crazy-awesome. Literally zero ‘mental energy’ at all. A preferential thought arises, and I just write it on the board, and that’s it. That thought doesn’t arise again, literally. There is a momentum to dreamboarding. It generally looks like: deflection & projection onto the messenger, then recognizing the discord of cynicism & skepticism, then openmindedness to ‘see’ the direct experience for one’s self (rather than only experience thoughts about it), then seeing that it does in fact work, then believing in and enjoying the process, then experiencing more and more ‘synchronicities’, then inevitably knowing this is how creator-creating-creation works, then just living in pure joy as a creator basically, enjoying the mind-blowing actuality all day ? and of course all the experiences you’ve lined up on the board. I’d write what I want to experience. The expressing is key. I would undertake no actions, but I’d be inspired, and quite literally moved by this inspiration. It’s more polluted than convoluted, you’re already good. The thought “figure it out for myself”, is a bit discordant with that very goodness, which is actually “doing” (is) all the “figuring out”. The thought that ‘you are doing’, or ‘you need to do x, y or z’ is discordant. Understand what conjecture is, to the degree you ‘take back you’re own way’ so to speak, by relinquishing the discordant perspective(s) you innocently adopted as your own. Learn, understand, and implement daily.. meditation, expression, and the emotional scale.
  13. @Vrubel All stomach & digestion issues are created by indigestible (discordant) thoughts & beliefs. People label the momentum of dis ease as disease, as if an outside force exists and is acting upon them, basically pretending something is wrong without recognizing the truth of the situation. This can easily be cleared up in one session, but can’t really be properly addressed in text or obviously I would. Link’s below if interested. Can only imagine how this could be taken or received, and any ‘but not mine’s’ which might arise, but, it’s true and to understand requires an actual conversation.
  14. Realize they aren’t yours. Understand what conjecture is. Stop adding more. Daily meditation & expression for years, maybe decades, and then take psychedelics.

  17. @Matt23 One not suppressing feeling & intuition naturally see’s this. Instead of feeling, narcissism is a looking to the black and white of thought, to maintain the overly inflated self image or ‘separate self’, or, to uphold the ‘knower’. Thus this thought attachment, or, ‘living in the black & white of thought’ veils the only-grey of intuition. There is the knowing of thoughts, in the ‘I know, I’m right’ manor, and in the relinquishment of this attachment to thought, there is knowingness, or knowing, void of black & white, yet with no thing actually known at all. The relevance of this is essentially listening to feeling, when experiencing information, and ‘listening to’ intuition, and not overriding it suppression / thought attachment, as not to be manipulated. The reason feeling & intuition ‘works’ or is curative, is because while narcissism might sound ‘big’ or complicated perhaps, it’s really just a utilization of intellectualism / conceptualism as a coping mechanism for fear. The ‘self image’ is the idea of a me exacerbated to compensate for the fear (self referential beliefs). It’s also easy to spot in that in this upholding of a self image, narcissism dictates there can be no intimate relationships, because that opens the door to accountability for behaviors, which would surely & quickly lead to addressing the fear. I believe that is referred to a ‘pure narcissism’, while ‘regular’ narcism dictates relationships are allowable, yet narcissism only attracts significant others of the vibration of unworthiness, which is the underlying vibration / beliefs of ‘the narcissist’. (Because ‘a narcissist’ is so attached to thought, it is actually believed the self image is them / everyone else is thus below them / not even close to their inflated self image). The self image would be that of a self proclaimed master, if you will, while the actuality is mastering coping utilizing the capacity of the intellect. Hence, again, feeling is curative. Thread wise, the easiest way to spot this is the hypocrisy, self righteousness, and denial of accountability (in narcissism these are only conceptual and have no ramifications on anyone). And thus, another easy way to spot is the utilization of love to manipulate people… as the conceptualization of themself (self image) is the fear, and relentless attempt of intellect to resolve this / be loved vs be loving.
  18. @Meditationdude ? Then you probably know from direct experience that isn’t actual, me lifting 1050lbs. I could be lying, I could not be lying and believing I did, I could quite innocently be misunderstanding or misinterpreting weights, but you know at 150lbs, I can not lift 1050lbs. You might even see that if I presented myself so to speak, in certain ways, I could convince some people that I did, and that convincing people might be innocent in the sense I 100% believe it, but it sure as hell isn’t actual. Maybe I had a certain experience & reaction to steroids which led me to believe such a thing.
  19. @Godishere It’s a sort of tricky thing to even mention or not because it could be taken as insulting, but I’m leaning with love and not thoughts when I say, if you’re mind is goin to the terror, horror, Mahasamadhi ‘place’, I just want you to hear and know that I’m a dial away. If you want to chat just say the word. I’m no answer or solution, just a friend (I hope ?).

  21. @Muhammad Jawad When one brings one’s concepts, expectations, conjectures & conditions to the inconceivable unconditional, one very much feels the resistance of the holding onto of one’s concepts, expectations, conjectures and conditions. If thoughts arise in the light this is meant sarcastically, keep letting those thoughts freely come & go. If you are not laughing & ‘finding’ (feeling) the relief, keep letting said thoughts come & go, in respect & humility of thought attachment. There is no such thing as a bad trip. Experientially, there is pride, arrogance, delusion, a finite mind, ego, and the suffering of not listening (feeling). Relinquish your own conditioning (beliefs) like states of consciousness. Trip smart and safely, but for the experience, not for a unicorn. What’s being so sorely missed is the seeking of the ego death experience is the resistance felt in / as the very experience, or, put another way, only the ego speaks of ego death experience. It is readily seen in no longer repeating it. Another consideration… there is no source of ‘how not to’. Have respect for thought attachment & the ‘misery loves company’ aspect of it. Stop underestimating.
  22. Go back my man, way way back, zoom way out. You’ve been believing these concepts for so long you forget they are concepts you heard of, learned, and there is no correlating actuality. Give acknowledgement to the discord felt, and not to the conjecture-conditioning. Don’t add (Mahasamadhi) to the beliefs & concepts cluster, let belief & concepts go altogether, let the habit of conceptualizing go altogether. Again, the ‘key’ if you will, is none of this came from you so to speak. You’re sweating discordant beliefs that didn’t even originate from you, and it still hasn’t been understood in the ‘normal sense’ of understanding, what conjecture is and how it works. I feel for ya, and while I hope none of this sounds disrespectful or belittling, I for one am making light of it. ?Schedule a ‘relinquishment of horseshit’ retreat. Reconnect through feeling. Law of attraction is all encompassing, or, biggest picture possible. Vibration, not just thoughts. It’s not more complex, it’s more simple. Simpler than thinking. Even if someone did precisely what you say, the money would never make it to you completely because it isn’t a vibrational match, and you are indeed the creator of your reality. Let the Nahm aspect / factor go (that’s projection of what’s emptying which is preventative of it fully releasing.) Write it on the board, and relinquish any doubts as they arise (by understanding the emotions you experience) and you will indeed, unequivocally, have a million dollars. Notice there’s more than one way of ‘hearing’ phrases like these: “A million dollars is nothing”. “You are nothing”. Do the emotional educating, it is literally worth millions of dollars.
