  1. @Angelo John Gage You can have the answer to everything you wrote, but no one can tell / give it to you, because it is literally unbelievable. Unbelievable in the most literal all encompassing sense. God could give you a personal seminar and explain it perfectly, while Jesus is illustrating it on a dry erase board - and you’d be further from it. Truth is only accessible by means of direct experience. It’s not as tall of an order as it seems, getting there. You can man. When experienced, ‘your brain’ is ‘rewired’ just to accommodate it, and it is not possible to undo, not that ‘anyone’ would want to. The level of best case scenario is unfathomable, and you do die to see that you don’t die, and then you are awoke and living. Questions like free will or not, etc, become really funny. “This place is a dream, only a sleeper considers it real. Then death comes like dawn, and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief”. - Rumi No belief is true. Practices, theory, and or psychedelics are the way. It’s as if you must make a home for the Truth, that when it comes, was never needed.
  2. @molosku I had the truth reveal on a high amount of shroom tea, after around 20 years of meditation, etc, Though I didn’t know psychedelics were used for spirituality for that 20 years. So, looking at your picture, uh, how’s your practices & experiences with the shrooms? “Hero’s dose?”. It is a miraculous thing, how it’s painstaking to find the Truth, and then it’s everything everywhere all the time.
  3. A fully realized master simply levitates.
  4. “I dream of a world where we don’t fall in and out of love, but we all arise in love together” ❤️ Nice post man. Interesting how if the “I” presents a problem, the answer is meditation, and if the “we” presents a problem, the answer is love.
  5. @abrakamowse It was kind of a ‘for example’ exercise...but, yeah. I was suggesting doing this get’s things out in front of you so you can see it visually. Then you can question them. For example, most people would put “born” in the experienced column, but upon seeing that, and contemplating it, they would have to (if being honest) move “born” to the belief column, as they did not experience being born. It helps to realize actuality. It’s easy to believe the illusion (that you were born). So yeah, after doing A, you’d have listed what you “know” is real or true, and what you “know” is some bullshit. Once it’s on paper, contemplate each item. A lot, or at least some, of what you know is bullshit, if being honest, is revealed as an assumption / belief, versus something “known” from direct experience.
  6. Welcome to the forum! There’s no objectivity, only the illusion of subjectivity, until there is only objectivity, so do whatever you like for hobbies. Live as you like. Of course you could watch tv mindfully. You could do anything mindfully. Do you really want to watch tv though? Probably not. Fitness, guitar & singing, writing & songwriting, drawing and painting; flow & creativity can be developed, authentisicm more realized, deeper realizations - very worthwhile. ❤️ Ego is a category of thought.....and just like that - already tricked! Thoughts are things, like cars & trees. None are me, and all are me. Ego says “just these are me”, and Nothing builds a conceptual identity of other-than actuality. The true identity Is, and is unidentifiable! Who is there to identify it!
  7. @ChadT Approaches culminate and reveal, so try the approach that nothing is or isn’t science, is or isn’t spirituality, is or isn’t reality. Instead, these are labels you are labeling you with. Let go of details of what is observed, and focus on how you are observing. Consider the lens itself, rather than the image in it. If there were no labels in play, what would there be? Zoom in with distinctions for clarity, and use of knowledge in life, zoom out for peace & acceptance and realizations.
  8. @Stoica Doru Feelin you bro. ❤️❣️ So perfect in nonperfection, and so utterly chaotic in perfection.
  9. How could you not be? Being, and being with the veil, are nonetheless the One. It is God’s veil. Realized or not, it still Is. The most egotistical, “seperate”, hate filled, spiteful, ignorant, insulting, arrogant person - is as much God as the holy man. Realization is different (often), and varies to a very high degree. There is not “another”, there is One Being. An exercise to realize this might be to write down two columns, “God”, and “Me”. Write adverbs and adjectives in each column. Do practices, until you resolve the differences, revealing the differences are not in actuality, but only in thought (meanings, definitions, etc) God is not an idea of God, and yet it is also that. I am not an idea of Me, and yet I am also that. God even says stuff like “not a permanent state”. How do you see it that the wave is not the ocean?
  10. @khalifa There’s a documentary on some places that do this. People have gone 20 - 30 days even, if memory serves. Nothing we want to mess with at home, but yeah, apparently cures damn near everything. That’s some serious cleansing!
  11. @Alien Ice, choc almond milk, choc raw meal powder, a banana, and cocoa powder is a delicious shake. Great energy and mood.
  12. It’s people, doing it to themselves. It’s not that it’s right or wrong, it’s a caution of the act of perceiving through ‘right and wrong’. The only judgement one could be aware of is their own. @cetus56 Great video.
  13. @lmfao It’s the weight of the body on the crossed portions of the legs and ankles causing the circulation issues / numbness: Try this one (below). After a while, the tiny hip and back, etc, muscles should be read for lotus. Then in Lotus the cross is not bearing the weight of the body. Building hip stability; https://www.yogajournal.com/yoga-101/anatomy-101-understand-your-hips-to-build-stability Also, using a pillow and seat generally like this, allows the circulation to continue where your feet are touching the ‘floor’. Consider using something like this, and the feet together position (Chris Fanning pic) , and bringing the feet in closer more and more, and working that into lotus by crossing the feet and raising the cross over time. My apologies if you’re also doing nofap. Excellent diagram btw.
  14. @wakeel55 Fast forward all that and you arrive right back to the infinite perfection of nothing from which you arise. Enjoy the challenges, the contrast, the variety, the growth, and the discovery. ❤️ The bliss / frustration comes and goes, practices are key. I look at it like every increase in awareness, makes you more aware of what the hell you’re doing, what you want to be doing, what you want to stop doing, etc. Becoming more aware of this creates a fork in the road - give up and stay asleep or practice, do the consciousness work, and see what’s at the end of a rainbow.
  15. @Berjohansen Tips on this? It’s ‘happened’ for me twice, both I’ve yet to do it on purpose. Thanks!
  16. I experienced my own funeral, ‘within myself’, and when I saw Leo, I cried and laughed, and he looked over at my body in the casket and said “that’s not it!” And we laughed pretty solid. Thank you for all you do Leo. The breadth and nuance of your work is truly incomparable. ❤️
  17. @okulele I experience that too. My spine spontaneously takes weird positions sometimes. I think both are good; in some meditations, allow the spontaneity, and in others, stay still and disappear.
  18. @MarkusR Those are 3 solid suggestions! @pluto Great list! Here’s a couple outside the typical that I like. A good literal slap across the face is more useful than I think people know. Try it. Get’s ya right outta a mental comfy sleep mode. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ninOz5ValUM An instrument and singing is for everyone imo, no matter the skill level. It’s a solid way to connect with self, develop confidence and the ability to ‘flow’ (eventually). Not to mention the social aspects. Alone. Nothin beats alone in nature for a few days. Ideally with lots of practices and no speaking or technology. The right book, at the right time, can change a life. Seeing the other side of the economy first hand is a potential life changer too. If you’ve come here into lux, just sit on the street in the tougher parts of an inner city. If you arrived here into one of those tougher situations / neighborhoods, do the opposite and spend a day observing a posh town. The other side is very eye opening. And always burn the boats!!!!
