  1. @now is forever Reads like an ad for direct experience. You could know the answers to all of that. Homeostasis is the rule, but there are exceptions. You’d need to be outside of psychological awareness / thought to know the answer to your hypothetical psychological question.
  2. Yes! If you’re saying what I think you’re saying here...(after your op)....that’s a big realization. As in, thoughts are chair & trees stuff, not ‘you’ / awareness stuff. So yeah, the meaning, magnitude, importance, etc, - we assign. Is that what you’re realizing? I hope so cause it’s awesome.

  9. @Nadosa Thoughts are not a part of you. You’re free to make and hold that belief though, obviously. Thoughts are not your problem, if you were repeating positive thoughts, you’d feel great. There, in actuality, is no problem. Just a person thinking negative things, over and over. No favor is being done trying to equate this to enlightenment, or growth in self actualization.

  12. @Cara There’s no end to imagination. The brain deceives the one, with it’s implication of twoness (duality) - like “heaven & hell”, for example. Of course there’s no heaven & hell, because there is only you, one. It’s pretty obvious, as you’ve never experienced anything to the contrary.

  15. @Rilles .....Ok. This isn’t a social question, nor a ‘how do I’ _________ about friends. You’re a coke addict, and it’s about to ruin your entire life. Wake up. That is not what you really are. You could realize what you are, and all of reality. You could have everything you ever wanted in this life, and be anything you’ve ever wanted to be. Instead, you’re choosing a low conscious group, and doing cocaine with them. You have stepped right onto the slippery slope. Now, unfuck yourself.
  16. I hear what you guys are saying. Reality is realized to be a one’s own projection or it isn’t ; there either is assertion or there is not. My resolve is from what I’ve seen of my self, not a fairytale concept. Even person is the one, and every person is perfect, not good or bad. The ‘movie’ contains good or bad, the actuality does not. I also think this points a little at the depth Leo is going to. I think it continually (not on this post) gets minimized to an understanding from assertion and physicality, and ‘other’.   17. @SelfHelpGuy Find the win win, the symbiosis, be the “fittest”. Watch a video on YouTube called The Science of Persuasion. Figure out what the ‘mints’ are to give your viewers, so they happily express their reciprocity.

  19. @SelfHelpGuy Great post. Do for the experience on both accounts. For the ‘Now’ of it. No purpose, no point, no expectations. Plan, from that same Now. Random example; plan to have a second / vacation house one day. Make a list of specific things / amenities you’d love for it to have. Imagine it where you want to be, a rolling country side, a lake house maybe, a hipster loft downtown, etc. Draw pictures of it. Paint it. Buy something you’ll hang on the wall. Intend to manifest it, and know that it will. Stay present, imagine it, and be happy about it. Likewise, give to others your time, your attention, your compassion, your money, give them opportunities you’ve created, your knowledge & expertise from your life’s experience, your wisdom, your love, your sincerity - the two are relative. All there is to be enjoyed can readily be enjoyed, with the realization that what you really are owns nothing. All is fleeting and for fun. It’s a dream.
