  1. @Arkandeus I’m suspicious no one is reading anything.
  2. @MarkusSweden Why is there evil and suffering in the world?
  3. Just for the record, the misogyny was a joke. I find it weird that it was read and missed.
  4. I’m intrigued, but I don’t understand. Can you elaborate a little on that? Thanks!!!!
  5. @11modal11 If there is no catalyst, then there simply is no catalyst. ??❤️ We are kids.
  6. @MM1988 Would you share with me your vision of your future?
  7. @Leo Gura That one’s going in the hall of fame. ??? I totally agree, it’s like someone slapping their own face, lightly, a hundred times a day, in fear of just taking the one punch that’ll wake them up.
  8. Yeah. It really is. The awareness won’t split to parts, so one is literally blind to the egoic desire. Shine the awareness on it though, poof!
  9. That right there is beautiful Jack. Yes. The ego (conditioning) would skip it. The integrity & care applied to the arising of and nature of thought is so rare, it initially doesn’t even register. It reaches awareness directly, of there simply is no communion at all. It’s painstakingly brilliant in that it is crystal clear the whole time. ??
  10. @DrewNows True desire is aligned with life purpose, the authentic dream life which is the ‘fittest’ with environment, society, etc effortless unfolding, unification, ‘connected’. Fapping all day, getting high, getting drunk, playing video games, are egoic desires / distractions from the whole / genuine desire. Then, deeper, is unconditional desire experienced now directly, a literal unconditional expression of awareness, like love, compassion, misogyny, etc.
  11. @Hamilcar Sounds like you saw into an empty one.
  12. @Mikael89 Meditation is helpful to slow the reactions, so you can have a look at the mechanism of thought-reaction, instead of proceeding into the reaction - then feeling tense, without realizing how you were triggered. What you discover are deep fears you aren’t even aware of otherwise.
  13. @Andreas No one on the forum is recommending thinking about it. Awareness & practice.
  14. The suspense between the neurology model and the thought/fear/self model is exciting.
  15. @MarkusSweden Just because you’ve assumed there is a thing called “physical”, doesn’t mean there is.
  16. @Hamilcar When you wake up in the morning and recall remnants of a dream, you don’t start thinking “how was that dream made, what was the actual process???” You just make the assumption - “I’m awake now, that was a dream” and you forget the dream. Same thing in play right now, but you are still asleep, cuddling the warm blanket of believing you are awake. Were it not for this, you would no more question this dream, than that dream, as they are the same, but you are the (apparent) difference. No you, no difference - all a dream, all your dream - not ‘you’ are ‘in’ a dream. Can you see how when ‘waking life’ is realized a dream, there is no longer a ‘you’ which would have dreams in ‘sleep’? Can you see how you are living a pragmatic safe (conditioned) life, and there is an ‘itch you can’t seem to scratch’? Upon awareness this is a dream, in which you, an apparatus for dream adventure, could write down some dream contents to experience, some adventures, some journeys, etc....well...... ”This” dream, is of a “you”, and of a “real”. ”This place is a dream. Only a sleeper considers it real. Death comes like dawn, and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief”. -Rumi
  17. @Socrates Consider taking a solo retreat, be alone, do practices & creative things for a day or two, or more, and then trip, having a day or two of the solo retreat remaining. Tripping in your parents house, with plans that same day, is likely to result in a discouraging experience. You need room, space, to be you, free, alone, away from the trappings of life.
  18. @Vladimir Bit of a different ‘angle’ but consider making a stop / start list, for changes in life.
