When laying in bed tonight, let all the muscles melt & sink into gravity over and over, then make slow relaxation waves, head to toe. After imaginaing it 4 or 5 times, the sensation will begin to be felt. Around 10 - 15 the increasing in the sensation is felt, and this is exponential. Around 50 waves and you probably won’t be able to handle it.

@Nadosa Don’t use the partial awakening as a means to beat yourself up man. You’re doing quite well. A wonderful life is already underway. ‘Building it as a person’ vs it is happening, and it is beautiful...? Look around, see the ‘life’, and look around, see there is no person to beat up, no person to beat on. “I was busy dealing with myself”, there are not two of you in which that could be truly taking place. When that panic hits, go to one of two places; go to the “ I “ which is experiencing it, or go to the sensations themselves. One will work, freeing from the suffering.

@Ingit Sometimes when I hear a new song, that I wrote it and sing in such a beautiful new way, trends having gone full circle evident right in the intonation, in the inflection of a vowel revealing that infinite beauty, it’s too much, insta-tears. I do recall “others”. I recall letting go of others, and being, alone, and in that meaninglessness, that depersonalization, arose a creation, purpose, life. @Nathan99 When reality is realized as dream, the ‘dreams during sleep’ stop happening. (There’s no more “awake” or “asleep”, and nothing for the brain to reconcile, no monkey mind during the day, or during the night)

@Annoynymous How long until you acknowledge you took the happiness of your life, and attached it to having or not having another person, and begin to see all those awesome feelings transpired in you, solely as the result of how you were looking at things? He/she, never actually caused you to feel anything. Practically speaking, bridge the feeling you had and are missing, by saying, what is something else I feel like that about? (Or at least a little bit like that about) Just enough so you can see that you stirred that awesomeness up inside of you with your perspective. That is awesomeness IS you. Stir it up.

Resistant energy can push away things we want most. A lot of stress comes from the tug of war between wanting and then holding thoughts about self not being able to have it. Awareness of those thought are rooted in self worth, self deprivation. Take responsibility for the “way it seems”. Rationally, you know there are about 3 billion or so of each gender, so there are internally millions of compatible options for you, so it is not the sample to pool from, it is your outlook, of your self. It might not seem true or possible right now, but if you do some work, your outlook on yourself will change, and like freaking magic, I promise, he / she is there, and they are perfect for you, and you are perfect for them, together, via your imperfections.
