  1. @28 cm unbuffed First relax. Shake your body like a dog coming out the rain, shake all the tension and any negative energies out. Second, pen & paper, and start writing down how you feel about people who have effected you in your life so far. Write knowing it’s just for the experience of it, no one will read it. Third relax. Have fun. Do whatever you genuine want to. No self judgement. Last, later in the day, pen and paper, and write down how you feel about yourself. In the same fashion, no judgement, no filter, really write how you really feel about yourself. The eyes see what is written, the mind begins to more deeply understand the feelings, and this “process” is most efficient, and completely effortless. (Head’s up, you might have a great cry as the falsities of all the ‘efforting’ pours out. That’s ideal. Let that shit out)

Love the adventure (which is a conscious being not physical objects separate from you) and it (actually You) responds in kind. To love the adventure, you’d have to fall in love with where it starts.   3. I can tell you first hand, you’re attracting this. You’re beliefs precede you here forumwise. Obviously they precede you in every “real life” encounter too - you just aren’t aware of it. LOA doesn’t give two shits about what you think, or what you pray. LOA is not a second entity which will give you anything, nor is it a separate entity, at all. (Notice you’re blaming LOA as if it were a thing, or person, or entity) You are not understanding of Ester’s message, nor Napoleon HIll’s (gathered from 500 of the most successful people on earth), nor Ra and The Law of One, nor of Jesus’s teachings, etc, etc, etc. Accomplished via refusal to inspect your own beliefs, and the resistant thinking which stems from the self beliefs. My God do I feel for you though, as you have misidentified belief for Truth.

Just gotta take the awareness of the thought story and surrender it, one more layer inward, that not only is the kundalini your thought story, but so are the “humans” which the mind utilizes to support it’s “credibility”, and maintain “separation”. Then awareness that “you yourself” are not “human” can be inquired into. Anything supported via “other people” is ‘thought story’ and is “preventing enlightenment”, but it’s not actually preventing anything, the thought story is itself the means of apparent veiling.

  7. I good inquiry might be why is the coming and going of anger easier to liberate (the triggers, etc), than the seemingly chronic or everpresence of, “anxiety”?
  8. @Fountainbleu Try either, then you’ll know what you don’t know now, and you can switch if you want to try the other. It sounds like you’re doing better and better. It’ll work out either way. Also you can also try writing each option on separate pieces of paper, put them a few feet apart on the counter, and when you stand in front of each notice if you lean forward or backward. Also write down, only for you to see, your feelings about people that have been in your life. Just write in simple terms whatever is coming to mind, unbridled and without self judgement.

Did it happen - a dream happened. What is that dream which happened, where is that dream? It didn’t happen. Well I remember stuff in the dream though! No, all the memories, are dream too. Even the damn memories in a dream of a dream within a dream are dream. There’s no dream though, actually. Nor is there actual. I hope in this dream you’re cool with finding dream. A helpful way to recall its a dream, is to notice clocks.
  16. @Joshaps Keep on the healing / health / self discipline lifestyle. Keep accepting all the help available, as you are. There is nothing you’re missing. There is something you’re adding, which you can inspect, and therefore understand & realize how you’re adding it, and it is overthinking, thinking against yourself, and thinking nonduality. Byron Katie’s The Work (app) is as simple and efficient as it gets in addressing residual hurt ‘from the past’, overthinking & thinking against yourself. (Those turn out to be the same) Nonduality wise, you’re thinking about nonduality, and or thinking the perspective ‘nonduality’. What will liberate, what I believe you’re looking for, is the understanding that ‘nonduality’ is. It already is. You know this, and you’re also “remembering the big O”, and thinking nondually. Nonduality is. Thought veils. There is no such thing as a True thought. You are the Truth. There is no such thing as a thought about nonduality. When all thought subsides, ceases, what already was prior to thought, is. It just now is, without the veil of thinking So how to be without thinking, right? There’s past experience which you’re torn between bringing up and dealing with - or - just letting go of / not bringing up anymore, yes? But neither is “working”, yes?

  18. @Aaron p A hangover ‘asleep’ is just a hangover, no over thinking. Just one thought - “I’m hungover...been here before, know what it is, I’ll do better next time.” A hangover while awakening seems like a whole different matter, because you’re highly aware of the low state the alcohol put your body and point of view in, and from that low perspective, you’re overthinking dramatically, trying to find an answer spiritually. That amounts to - beating up on yourself (overthinking). But it’s just a hangover. The answer is, this is what a hangover is like when you’ve been getting in touch with your emotions. Message from the body which is infinite intelligence (If you don’t believe me, just notice how it does all that it does without any need from the finite mind)....the message is, “Hey. Don’t do that again, ok?” Stop being so stubborn and stop creating this big story in your head. Just humble on down and say, “Ok”. And if you can muster it, maybe even, “Sorry, I love you”. Take your spiritual work, your “enlightenment”, your “repressed emotions”, your “seeking”, etc, etc.....and just put em on pause for a couple days. The bodily ramifications from the hangover will pass. THEN pick up where you left off. Right now, you just need to be in ‘take care of myself’ mode. Lighten up! This perspective / state will pass!
  19. Perhaps, you are not your idea of God, nor your idea of special. Maybe you can be humble enough to see you’ve never experienced God, nor “special”, making it possible to see you have only experienced God, only a “miracle” which is literally unexplainable. All that is experienced, is the relationship between you and You. Between what is seen, heard, thought - and the Truth “within” you. you know this Truth “within” you as emotions, feelings. Each thought “bounces off” the Truth, within you. your only task, is to listen to what it says. If a thought arises which dimishes yourself, and the Truth says to you, via emotion - “doesn’t feel good”, that is how you can know it not’s true. No need to engage, no need to avoid, no need to analyze - only listen. Then, there is no separation, no fragmentation, no relationship, no science needed, no psychology. And you will laugh, because you, were always, You.
