  1. @theking00 Start writing, let the emotions be expressed and let the mind begin to understand. Try therapy, reiki, get a massage, spend time in nature, read a book, etc. You can do this...you’re the King!
  2. @EvilAngel Someone “in the now” wouldn’t fight nonsensically. Meditation is extremely useful in quieting the mind. Clean up your karma, get in this now. It’s delightful.
  3. I agree. Convincing a kid there is a heaven and hell afterlife, and that God is judging them, imo, is child abuse.
  4. @Genghis Khan Sounds about right. Couple thoughts for you...Get yourself in a class with other people. Yoga, or preferably Reiki. Resonating with other people onto this is reassuring. Also, there’s a sort of ‘tight rope no net’ factor. With other people, facets of magic will just happen within you. You have to get yourself in that position. You can’t plan it, because you’re right about what you said with the verbiage of conscious / subconscious. Also, if it get’s crazy, just let it go and ‘back out of it’ by going fully to sensory (sight, sound, feeling, breathing) of your immediate environment. You’ll find this both grounds you and “increases” ability. And this stuff is crazy to “sane people”, so save yourself some headaches by not trying to be understood by muggles. Feel free to pm me anytime. Have fun, and, the energy or electricity of this magic, in case you haven’t realized, is Love.
  5. @rothko This is ridiculous sounding and I don’t care to explain it, but, eat blueberries twice a day. Throat chakra will open within a week.
  6. We know seeing & hearing, we can’t claim to know objects we see and hear. “Inside joke” indeed.
  7. @Aaron p You’ve come such a long way. Very happy for you. ?? @Farnaby I agree with Aaron. Whatever get one to sit quietly and relax, and ultimately it’s all pointing to self inquiry. If emotions get a little overwhelming, write on paper about how you’re feeling, draw pictures, etc. Let em out. I like practice of writing a story about a character who is you, experiencing, and write about how they’re feeling. Internally, it can be chaotic & overwhelming. From writing it out, and also reading, understanding deepens. With deeper understanding of the emotions, releases happen, and overthinking lessons more and more.
  8. Objective and subjective are notions of the man, who is the Truth. All there is, is Truth, so man thinks things like ‘Truth’, subjective, objective, etc, etc.
  9. Listen to emotions not thoughts and beliefs. Self honesty within is the path of true liberation.
  10. @Farnaby Agreed ?? And yes, the “meditative state”, is our true nature. So a point comes when it’s realized the overthinking was added to the existence / Peace. Video games are for one more ‘added’ and for another they are not. Self honesty is the Way.
  11. @Nidsson Unlearning is best done in a Reiki class. You haven’t let go of the past, it’s heavy lifting, it’s weight on your shoulders. Go get that unlearning / healing. At the end of the day, it’s how you think about yourself, and if you listen to the feeling which arises to the thought. Evidenced by your experience in the psychology sessions (not that you should stop going), as well as your projection “leaders”, and “authority”. Those can be dropped. Your intuition, regarding purging, is right on. Keep purging. Discover radical self honesty. Abe Hicks might be helpful. Also might be too far ahead of the game. Sending some love & healing your way, wishing you a fast & full recovery?? "Truth don't come from authority and hierarchy, Truth is yourself"
  12. @ajasatya The short & sweet ‘explanation’ is....MU!
  13. @Truth Addict @SoonHei @mandyjw This is the intended abundance.♥️ Love you guys.
  14. @Charlotte Your picture got me right in the feels. ??
  15. @ajasatya Right. We can not actually claim the understanding, without separating ourselves from it as, an ‘understander’. This is how every person and every word in actuality, is total bullshit. It is only the Truth seemingly “aware of” Truth. An image comes to mind of a scientist accepting an award and taking credit, as if there were a separate self which ‘did it’. (Not that the experience of receiving the award & ‘doing the work’ should not be enjoyed)
  16. @ajasatya In the sense the Truth is creating the models, by mentally “limiting out” all else (infinity), in the appearing mental sense. Ultimately, in the same vein that the person observing, is ‘a separate person’ to begin with....? (Or, nothing was ever actually limited, just knowledge believed to be know, and communicated and received in the same limited light)
  17. @ajasatya Am I hearin you right....in the sense, in the west there is a belief that the person is separate from the science, and also separate from God. This separate self which ‘understands’ and ‘has knowledge’, thus missing that there is no understanding of ‘moving the arm’ for example...and therefore there is no actual understanding of a separate “science”, nor “model”. Experiencing directly is one thing, but believing there is a me which “knows” knowledge is another thing all together...? Or more simply put, the connection between science & spirituality is being without the belief they and ‘me’ are separate to begin with? (This thought / expression isn’t separate, nor ‘actually explainable’ either) The models are false ‘ownerships’ of actuality. Same for the ‘predictability’ of what is in actuality still potentiality, ‘unowned’.
