@Andreas You don’t have to mentally reconcile something to let it go. By all means, help someone. But overthinking & stressing vs action, is unproductive and nonsensical. No? Otherwise, it’s just philosophy and ideology. Not to mention, wasting time & energy.

@Shakazulu I’m into fitness, and part of that is heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, etc. Never ‘boxed’ though. At least, not officially / sanctioned, in a ring. Strength training however is achieved from weights & diet. Boxer training is more maintenance & dexterity, balance, speed, focus, flow, etc. I’m on my third Boflex. You can find older models on EBay etc pretty cheap. Old one’s will work just fine until you max out the resistance bands. Even then, you can replace / upgrade the ‘weight’ of them. Make sure all the bolts are tightened. Also, a word to the wise, if you’re about to undergo strength training....don’t neglect any muscles. The one you skip, will have issues later. The boflex really shines here in terms of space it takes up, and in comparison to the money you’d have to spend on free weights to be able to do all the functions it does. Boflex has their manuals online too with suggested routines, etc. Very simple to use and very effective.

@rothko That sounds more like classic overthinking than throat chakra. Meditation, psychedelics, & self inquiry will clear that up. Have you had Reiki sessions? They align chakras you know. The finite mind is a limiter, a resistor. It does not produce or create, it limits infinite intelligence. So by ‘open up’, I mean continue deconstructing. If the finite mind were a ‘valve’, these practices ‘open it up’.

@theking00 Start writing, let the emotions be expressed and let the mind begin to understand. Try therapy, reiki, get a massage, spend time in nature, read a book, etc. You can do this...you’re the King!

@EvilAngel Someone “in the now” wouldn’t fight nonsensically. Meditation is extremely useful in quieting the mind. Clean up your karma, get in this now. It’s delightful.

I agree. Convincing a kid there is a heaven and hell afterlife, and that God is judging them, imo, is child abuse.

@Genghis Khan Sounds about right. Couple thoughts for you...Get yourself in a class with other people. Yoga, or preferably Reiki. Resonating with other people onto this is reassuring. Also, there’s a sort of ‘tight rope no net’ factor. With other people, facets of magic will just happen within you. You have to get yourself in that position. You can’t plan it, because you’re right about what you said with the verbiage of conscious / subconscious. Also, if it get’s crazy, just let it go and ‘back out of it’ by going fully to sensory (sight, sound, feeling, breathing) of your immediate environment. You’ll find this both grounds you and “increases” ability. And this stuff is crazy to “sane people”, so save yourself some headaches by not trying to be understood by muggles. @rothko This is ridiculous sounding and I don’t care to explain it, but, eat blueberries twice a day. Throat chakra will open within a week.

@Aaron p You’ve come such a long way. Very happy for you. ?? @Farnaby I agree with Aaron. Whatever get one to sit quietly and relax, and ultimately it’s all pointing to self inquiry. If emotions get a little overwhelming, write on paper about how you’re feeling, draw pictures, etc. Let em out. I like practice of writing a story about a character who is you, experiencing, and write about how they’re feeling. Internally, it can be chaotic & overwhelming. From writing it out, and also reading, understanding deepens. With deeper understanding of the emotions, releases happen, and overthinking lessons more and more.

Objective and subjective are notions of the man, who is the Truth. All there is, is Truth, so man thinks things like ‘Truth’, subjective, objective, etc, etc.

@Farnaby Agreed ?? And yes, the “meditative state”, is our true nature. So a point comes when it’s realized the overthinking was added to the existence / Peace. Video games are for one more ‘added’ and for another they are not. Self honesty is the Way.

@Nidsson Unlearning is best done in a Reiki class. You haven’t let go of the past, it’s heavy lifting, it’s weight on your shoulders. Go get that unlearning / healing. At the end of the day, it’s how you think about yourself, and if you listen to the feeling which arises to the thought. Evidenced by your experience in the psychology sessions (not that you should stop going), as well as your projection “leaders”, and “authority”. Those can be dropped. Your intuition, regarding purging, is right on. Keep purging. Discover radical self honesty. Abe Hicks might be helpful. Also might be too far ahead of the game.
