  2. Do what makes you feel better. It’s not that you are or are not “good enough”, it’s that you would be happier without judging yourself and others like that. Stop and think about this now. You are focused on something that happened 8 years ago. That’s your choice You could’ve chose anything healing, loving, freeing instead. Let the thought stories about what other people think of you go. You’ve weaved them into how you think of yourself. Neither, in any case ever, is true. You are never “devalued” - what you are doing, is believing your thoughts. Be mindful of how you have been inattentive to negative thoughts about yourself. Just notice em. That is enough. Notice you do have the choice to agree, to believe those thoughts, or not. Over time the momentum will shift. Speed it up by loving your self, taking care of yourself, and doing things you like. Be alone for days, see that this is your perspective - nothing to do with anyone else. And for God sake, have a laugh at yourself.

  6. Sounds like you are using a kind of self disparaging internal punishing motivation model. Check out some Abraham Hicks videos on YouTube. Change your views on money. Leo has a video, The Psychology of Money (I think that’s the title) which is excellent. Check it out. It’s critical not to limit your deservingness. Careful flirting with ‘entitlement’, but self hate is the most limiting ‘force’ imaginable. Make a vision board and discover what you honestly most deeply want. Then begin the adventure from where you are to to that. You create it! Psychologically, there is a function of the brain which thinks from a ‘what society thinks’ perspective. THAT facet is the king pin bullshitter in the brain. The more you ground and root yourself in YOUR experience, and begin to become attentive of when you inattentively ‘switch’ to that ‘what society thinks’ perspective, the more confidence you’ll realize in your creating. If you’re interested in changing these perspectives, consider reading The Six Pillars of Self Esteem, and Loving What Is.......and then Ask & It is Given, and Think & Grow Rich. For day to day ‘pick me ups’ in terms of confidence, changing your psychology & state immediately, YouTube Tony Robins, “Motivational speech’s”, etc. And meditate every morning. Twice a day is much better. If you do these things, in 3 months you will be seeing everything so differently, you won’t even be able to remember how you were ever arriving at your prior perspective. You can never go wrong believing in yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to.

  8. The thought you need the ego to live your life in some way is a thought in which the content implies there is an ego. It’s a thought, though. Seems like you’re thinking if you let go, nothing else in life would happen. The miracle is, that it does. Impossibly.

  10. It maybe seem like your experience of being is similar to your experience of other people, but if you scrutinize & contrast those experiences, you’ll see just how different they are. It’s not the body at play with regards to what you’re asking, it’s your beliefs, attachments, identifications, etc. Transcend it in direct experience of both sides of the duality with food / health / well being.
