It’s doing nothing. You can do it man. When more nonsense like that arises, just let it go.

@bazera I’d start with a half a gram of shroom tea, and even just do that a few times, a month or more apart.

You are literally creating the thought story “God created me to suffer” and then saying it is hard to be positive (feel good). “I have to touch the stove, I have NO choice. It is hard to not have a burned hand.” It is always your choice, every single statement is created by you. Be. Positive. If you can’t, get the help you need to deranged the thought stories & sensations.

@lukej I hear that. Those high doses are nothin to mess with. Had a house I was in morph once, shift, and the foundation under it cracked in half. Miraculous, but, fear is your idea. In actuality it is literally Nothing. Separate the sensation by naming it as it occurs in your body. You will then notice you have attached a thought story to the sensation. In realizing you are repeating that thought story over and over, and the sensation has been misunderstood, you are freed. You are the Truth, as such you have Sensational Guidance 24/7. Understand it, love it, listen to it, align with it, purify your self, unify your self.

When you deflect that question to someone else (the kids), I hear, “move along Nahm”. And I say...ok.
