@SQAAD Break it down. The knowing of, the awareness of, thought, and sensation. Combining them and using the write off / label - ‘body’, defines a separate thing, object. Notice this is a definition you yourself create. There is not actually such a thing as separation any where in the universe (anywhere within you).

@Jack River Rather than no thought, aligned thought. Gravity can’t be known conceptually. It’s too intimate.

@studentofthegame I’d say the ‘wounds to heal’ are actually more going deeper into yourself, into the feelings. Maybe write some letters to her, wether you give them to her or not, pretend you are when you write em. Look for that place of realization where you don’t need her to understand you. I don’t think the fear is so much in losing her, but in being stuck never having said what you really wanted to. Grief can be enlightening. I’m sure you’ve noticed everyone grieves differently as snowflake. This is all the relative thoughts, beliefs, indenting, etc, one questions. Best to get it all out, express. The insecurity and jealousy or of this same vein. Self inspection, sensations and thoughts. Align them.

@Mark- Practice. Just walk around where there are lots of people. Over time you’ll be more and more comfortable with it. An “Oh. This is no big deal” will arise. Soon, you’ll see the greatest experiences in life, are with other people. Don’t be afraid of what you’ll discover about yourself, via relationships. It will be worthwhile and most awesome.

There’s only serious, if you say so. What is an opinion, other than one passing thought? One of the benefits of daily morning meditation, is detachment from the thoughts and opinions one formed an identity with. Without the identity, there’s nothing to defend. Without defensiveness, reaction is naturally realized, “replaced”, with creation. Then, you’ll be so enamored with the life you’re creating, you’ll want to be helpful, rather than be offended / defensive / offensive. Don’t underestimate your own sneakiness.

Because you are not neutral. It simple won’t do, because it’s a thought. Negative is on each of us if we created the concept, we can purify it too. It was created in, and is washed away in, innocence. You are the love, which can choose to believe a thought to the contrary, you are free to. In that way, meaning is created for ‘neutral’. But you are the love, and you just created that, by choosing it. I am suggesting you are the authority on all matters of love and truth. “The brain”, duality, thoughts, their usefulness, is very often revealed on very large dry erase boards. Uniquely difficult in ‘your’ case, maybe, because you’re actually humble. That’d make things a bit more tricky.
