  1. You might also consider that you yourself, do not have an opposite. That what is absolute is ‘magical’, even to the extent it can appear as that which genuinely unknowingly asks about itself.
  2. You might find clarity in considering there truly is no right and wrong. That would mean you don’t ‘know it’s not right’, but that you believe it’s not ‘right’, which reveals judgement (you believing you ‘know’ right and wrong in an absolute sense). With the belief illuminated and therefore ‘out of the way’, you can intuit directly of the feeling. In knowing the feeling, when the feeling is bad, it’s readily seen that there is a belief being held, which is not true. “It's obvious that this feeling depends upon survival instincts, right?” Soon, it will become more obvious that the feeling is relative, that there is thinking involved, and the relative “bad” feeling is relative to your true nature being so good.
  3. @oMarcos Make a dream board. It will change your life. Reality will change right before your eyes. You’re not a passenger, you’re a creator. It’s quite a discovery. In aligning thoughts with sensation, intuition is discovered. In determining intention, and following intuition, unexplainable coincidences and synchronicities become the norm as all that you are wanting comes out of the woodwork. Desires, opportunities, and confidence you never would have imagined before become everyday living, and it is magical indeed.
  4. @Fede83 Yes, that is what I am describing here. 5. How do you feel about this reinterpretation.... Why not just be straight up? I’m imagining this, cool, I’ll make something beautiful. Why paint myself in such twisted and dark corners? Is my trickery so deep that I am actually the mechanism of creation? I mean it is I, and I am nothing. I am awake, sometimes I believe thoughts of identification. I’m afraid I could disappear. If I know who I really am, will I stop existing?
  6. Then don’t. This is conditioning. Readily noted by how you feel. You wouldn’t consciously choose to feel bad, so you are unconsciously ‘putting people down’. Write down what you said, then write the opposite next to it. Label how each phrase feels to you. Notice they are just perspectives, and you can choose perspectives consciously that feel good to you. Not that you should say the nicer thing to the competitor, but that you can feel relief right now in the clarity, and in knowing, for next time around, it’s just perspectives and you can choose them. Also, more from personal experience, other guys your age might be hip to the ‘putting others down is most often a way to feel better about yourself’, revealing weakness. Let your game speak louder, and your silence be deafening.
  7. It’s when two related things seem to happen in conjunction ‘against all odds’, which is to say the finite mind isn’t readily able to comprehend how the two things or events could have happened in the way they did, as it ‘must be more than a coincidence’. There are no coincidences, as there is not two things. Everything is connected, via you. If you go “there”, for you, you’re actually still “here”, so to speak. All comes and goes, you do not come and go. If the ‘coincidence’ is delightful, aligned with the intention and path you’re are wanting in life, you might consider if it is synchronicity. Also, sometimes noticing things like this is an invitation of the intuition.
  8. Absolutely! If you haven’t, try making a dry erase board / dream board. Putting anything wanted on there is like a practice of authentic self discovery. Very helpful in aligning uniqueness with it’s source, bringing that deeper meaning into life while getting to the root of the desire itself. ♥️
  9. @arlin It might be helpful to look at this like duality is not in the mind, but in the body. In the sense, there is one body, and it knows it is one, and it feels the dualities within it and is always naturally allowing them out. This can help with attention on feeling, rather than thinking, and allowing rather than ‘figuring it out’, connecting with intuition. What the body is organically releasing, the mind can tend to ‘hold onto’, using “i have to understand it” as a way to not really see it, not allowing the release. You might see it like the duality in the body only wants to have attention from you, it just wants to be seen. Once it is, it parts ways very naturally. Seeing that duality is in the body, positions the mind to simply observe & witness the departing, rather than analyzing it - which is a ‘holding’ on to it (with the attention). This also begins to reframe the biggest picture of relating to life, realizing the body is always in a state of naturally healing. (That there is a source of that healing). Meditation could be seen as simply setting aside time for this natural purification, without any need to ‘face anything’. Just being with the universe so to speak, and the creating & loving order of it. Also, it can be really helpful to write a perspective down, and write the opposite perspective next to it. Then label them by writing how each perspective feels, using one word. Getting it ‘out of the head’ and in front of the eyes can make it much easier to see that there is some truth in each perspective, but there is one clearly preferred in terms of how it feels to you. All dualities to be released are unique to you, and your feelings.
  10. @Fede83 You might say one sheds the surface level interests along with the surface level self, in meditation. Then there is a ‘flat’ stage, where one isn’t as reactionary, and isn’t motivated by or interested in the things of old like they previously were. Like cleaning the slate, so that the new can now come, and the deeper, richer, sweeter, more meaningful living begins. That ‘more meaningful’, means more specifically meaningful to you. A departure from what previously motivated you, and an entry to what authentically, naturally, inspires you.
  11. Forgetting and remembering there is nothing you’re forgetting.
  12. If only it were that easy. It is readily seen that you are not understanding what was said, and spinning another duality, as your focus shifts to comments about ‘my oneness’ etc. I pointed out a duality you’re holding of you and ‘life’. As incomprehensible as it may seem, that too is you. When one leaves the topic, for personal ‘oneness’ attacks there is no communion or potential for understanding. All that was uncovered was an ulterior motive. When you take a conversation to linguistics and language itself as the shield, well, it’s clear there’s no use in any more words.
  13. @Shaun Let me preface this with - I love you, you know I do....my wife is sitting, reading. She doesn’t share your concern. No offense, but she doesn’t give two shits about any of what you are worried about. Why is that?
  14. It was more in the vein of loosing up your perspective, seeing that you are the ‘connector’ of creative & analytical, if you will. No, I wouldn’t equate creativity to anything, more so everything. There are people who go on vacation, and after a day or so, feel a lot more relaxed, lighter, light hearted, energized, zest for life returns - and in that feeling, ideas flow more readily, creativity abounds relative to the more limited contracted state of “at work“. I’m suggesting this zooming in & out is not a product of where one is, or what one is doing, but that one can themself zoom in & out. It might be helpful in more of an exercise sense. An example might be, zoom out and new creative idea flow, zoom in and creative way to apply them flow. Zoom ‘out of the head and into the room’ and an outside the box idea arises, zoom in on a pencil on the desk, and a new creative application for an old thing, or a creative way of combining two things into, etc, arises. I’m not doing a great job explaining this, sorry, but the point is to discover you can “zoom in & out” in a huge way, and you can do this at will by letting go and shifting, trying out (for now) many ways of perceiving.
  15. @Nickyy You’re misconstruing what was said, and projecting & accusing quite a bit. Go back and read again if you like, or not. ??
  16. @Nickyy Not sure why the blankness. Just do a regular copy and paste (vs ‘quote’ function).
  17. @Nickyy Perhaps there’s a message in it’s blankness. ? ??
  18. @Shaun If this isn’t interesting, sorry for the hijack.
  19. You as the observer, life as the object which you as the subject, are observing. Or observer (subject), life (object). Once identification has ceased and life reveals itself as impersonal and therefore benign that is enlightenment. To say that there is duality inherent in that state is a misunderstanding of duality. The comment wasn’t in regards to a state. Again, we might be saying the same thing here, and this might be linguistic. Perhaps because actual duality has not been seen and transcended? ? Actual duality can’t be seen or transcended ultimately, because duality is not actual. It's easy to speculate what enlightenment would be like, but until you have had an actual experience of what reality really is, then you could be mistakenly assume that duality is actually real. Nor can one actually experience what reality really is. That again would be subject (you) and experience of object (reality). It's very simple, all that has to happen is disidentification, then duality is no longer the case. Just saying again, this could be ‘talking over each other’ / linguistic, but there isn’t a subject which disidentifys with an object.
