@Galyna I awoke doing nothing but meditating. Careful believing dualistic thoughts, such as states, possible & impossible. ? Likewise, depersonalization & nihilism are relative, unlike the awareness of and focus upon ‘them’.

@ShardMare You know a lot of what you don’t want. Make an opposites list, of what you do want. Use the time and the internet to get started.
