  1. @lmfao It’s a bit bizarre to see that everything he’s said though out his career has been through the lens of materialism. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but it’s rather revealing. Money, notoriety, prestige perhaps, yet never for the message, never in truth. Weird.
  2. “My mind” / “your mind” is the dogmatizing of ‘no mind’. No mind is no mind. There never was a mind. It’s actual. There’s actually no separate selves, no ‘my’, ‘mine’, ‘you’, ‘yours’. No mind = no you. Pure truth.
  3. @Endangered-EGO There are absolutely no layers. No one has ever experienced an ego. The “layers” and “ego” are content of thought. Call “bamboozled!” and move on to what works. The direct experience of appearing thoughts is that of one ‘finite’ thought at a time. Thought A, then thought B, and so on. Thought A has no comprehensive relationship whatsoever to thought B. In unknowingly imposing or assuming a relation, we become “the knower”, aka, the sleeper. That apparent separate self (“knower”) seems to fill that gap. The actuality of that “gap” is actual you. (Awareness, consciousness, infinite being, etc) I would leave the thought paradigm, and move to the focus paradigm. The point of meditation is the quieting of the monkey mind, and experiencing life as you, not as a monkey. There is a pluthera of concentration and focus ever available, and it’s realized as the chatter quiets. All of the thinking about the meditation is still the veil of the knower. Looking to thought to resolve thought is like looking to a butcher to help you be vegan. It won’t be found there. In returning focus to breathing from your stomach, or trying different meditations to feel and or release emotion is more efficient. I would not recommend the Do Nothing practice until monkey mind is quieted, awareness is directly experienced, and emotional equanimity is established.
  4. @Ensho In one ninety minute session the trajectory of your entire life changes as you begin to fill with your being, and reality makes more sense with every passing day there after. Through text online, 99% of the communication doesn’t make it through. Awareness is aware of: feeling, perception, and thought. Avoiding & suppressing feeling over does thinking. Awareness experiences a warping of thought & perception. The solution is understanding, which automatically happens upon recognizing misunderstanding, misinterpretation, and misidentification. This is a very fun thing to do. But through text it’s whatever you’re making of it. The intention of my website (below) is an ongoing sharing of what I learn, and attempt to share online, with the lofty aim of bringing that 99% down to 98.9%. ??
  5. @BlackMaze Nailed it. I’ll feel my thoughts. I’ll assume you also experience thoughts, and that you feel them. But I don’t know. And thus I am free. A thousand times I fooled my self.
  6. No. No. On the top right corner write “I’m consciously creating this life, not sleeping through it”. On the top left corner write “Fuck Off”. If someone has something to say about your dream, tell them to look at whichever side they want.
  7. @BlackMaze The answer is make a dreamboard. Hold your hand behind your head, and move it around in circles. That’s what creating with thoughts is like. You can’t actually see what’s going on. Just a vague swirl. With the dreamboard, it’s in front of you, and with every passing day life, purpose, direction and the very best of you all come into alignment.
  8. It’s less that, and more simply, a one single step approach of reaching for the better feeling thought, in accordance with the next higher emotion on the scale. It’s recognizing you are in control of how you feel. Specifically, expressing that next higher emotion on the scale. What you learn is how to do this. What you realize is that you can always do this. What you laugh about is that you have always been able to do this, but the scale is a helpful tool. The joy you spread is your self, when you help others realize this too. Improper utilization of the scale would look like rushing to, or jumping to, the top. The one slow step at a time is the key. Every cell of the body mind recognizes this, resonates, supports, and learns this. Then it does it on it’s own, which is foundational for you, as you will then be creating some really, really great things & experiences. Thank you and yes, your intuition is on point. I am incredibly sensitive, and always have been, but didn’t know for a while. I though there were bad thoughts and negative feelings too. The discovery of truth is such a joy, and that is what started the co-creating of the book.
  9. @mandyjw Second nicest thing anyone has ever said to me.
  10. I did the impression, and found it wouldn’t do. A thousand times I fooled myself, to see how you are too. Re-press, re-press, re-press I did, until I was blue. Alas I found ex-pression, the here & now of truth. The I that knows an I which has, see’s not what I do’s. In truth I am the present; and past is of the who’s. Create I can, through the man, who gives his past his boot. In love I do illuminate, co-creating too.
  11. @NoSelfSelf I hear ya. Just kids though, really.
  12. @Conscious life Nothing can really be said to be infinity.
  13. “Consciousness is the one thing in this universe that can not be an illusion.” -“Sam Harris”
  14. This was the conclusion they came to. Yes, thank you.
  15. Feelin the love as well thanks. ? Yes, just because it feels better. It makes more sense the more you do it. Thoughts aren’t good & bad really. Breath work is great for slowing things down, and seeing what’s happening. Begin with the related thoughts you are aware of, trauma, and social situations. DO things that feel good to you, that I lift your vibration. Then look at your perspectives and thoughts about those topics and choose a better feeling thought using the scale. If therapy resolves problems, and you are experiencing problems, go to therapy and resolve the problems.? If meditating and letting thoughts & perspectives which don’t resonate with you go, like problems, deep stuff, and what can’t be done, then you don’t have problems, deep stuff, and can do anything you want. All roads lead to the body releasing conditioning, some cries, more insights, more clarity, some really amazing feelings, and making a dreamboard. Try therapy, meditation, releasing conditioning, & a dreamboard. You can do anything that feels good to you. Maybe exorcising, singing, writing. Anything. Look forward to experiencing all or any, it’s all for your feeling better. Give this a read, let me know if you have any questions.
  16. The latter then the prior. She ‘mirrored’ and ‘struck back’ with victimization. For sure. Collective consciousness wise it’s the whole club. Not yet. Lookin forward to it though. ? ? I don’t know really, so hard to say.
  17. @Tal Glad you liked it! What you’re describing sounds in some ways like the opposite of what Abe teaches. Addressing feeling is first & foremost, by choosing a better feeling thought to raise your vibration. Thoughts experienced which don’t feel good to you, are addressed by using the emotional scale, rather than thought to be of social relevance. Just for how you feel. Give the scale a try with any thoughts that don’t feel good to you. Love to hear back!
  18. Yes! Rings very true. On one occasion it had ‘seeped in’ to the spouse. She was mirroring more or less and didn’t realize it because it was a creeping in overtime. She was crying and kept saying “I forgot who I was!”. It was such a powerful & weird mix, expression wise of anger and love. Appreciating the input. This makes it a lot clearer to me in hindsight. I have noticed a prevalent theme that is unique, which your comment brought to mind. All three were compulsive comparers, but didn’t suspect everyone else was not inner monologuing the same way. Took a minute for them to untangle, because they felt bad for the comparing thought, yet masked it to themself deriving a sense of superiority. They literally thought this was typical of everyone, and that most people hid it, and they didn’t, which fed into the superiority complex. Messy. ?
  19. @Preety_India Thank you. Very clarifying. I have seen the uniquely reoccurring theme of increasing avoidance of relationships and social settings, and that makes a lot more sense now. Unfortunately those I’ve talked with didn’t address it until their relationships and or health had reached a critical point. The hypersensitive vs sensitivity makes more sense. There’s a weird theme (from like, only three people in my limited direct experience) in that they are actually proud, or affirmative of the behavior, which is interesting. They truly believe their own behavior is that of other people’s. But maybe they don’t actually and the facade is just fooling me. Hard to say. You are right though. More sensitivity with other people, more social interaction, and more sensitive in regard to their ‘inner talk’ makes the big change, and in the healing from within sense the body changes trajectory’s. The seem to either die or inevitably choose how they feel over what they think of themself.
