  3. Ultimately, you are indeed the only conscious one. There is literally no one else here. Everything is literally one. Its the paradoxical illusion. You are only pretending to be other. Ultimately, there is no other. Its one of those things you can only experience directly, it cannot be explained or described.
  4. In Ramadan you don't eat or drink all day. He still drinks water and supplements nutritive/adaptogenic herbal teas and few other drinks non-caloric fluids/powders for energy throughout the day which supplies more than enough hydration and circulation/energy for the body. I have done this lifestyle on and off these last few years. It definitely works, its the power of adaptation. You feel amazing because its simple and easy. The simpler the life, the more vibrant and alive and easy going it becomes. We really don't need as much as we are taught to feel great and amazing. In reality, Less is actually more and most of the time the feeling drained/no energy ect.. when doing a new diet or method of lifestyle is simply a symptom of detox and transitioning, it will pass.   5. Protein/Amino Acids are the building blocks of muscle. You can't build without. Creatine is a secondary supplement and not essential. Creatine will help retain water and increase performance and strength but its not absolutely necessary and if you eat a lot of protein rich foods and have healthy digestion you won't need a protein powder at all but in the beginning it is a nice boost. If you want creatine as well make sure to get Creapure AKA German Creatine is the purest form known. There is also BCAAs but again most protein powders should have added BCAAs and if you eat enough protein rich and whole foods in general and train properly you are going to build mass no matter what.
  6. If you want to find out what diet works best for you the best way to do so is fast from food altogether for at least 4 - 8 days. This will clean and clear the body and reset/rewire everything back to its original function. Then you can start introducing one food at a time, observe how you feel and go on from there. There is no better or more accurate way to know what is designed for your body and what works best for you.

  10. Do you take medication or pharmaceutical drugs or have a history? How is your diet and lifestyle? Do you eat a lot of processed foods heavy in chemicals? and did you eat heavy beforehand? Another thing is sometimes your too mentally strong to let go and mentally seeking/expecting something specific. This is where psychedelics can go bad. Let go of expectations and thinking and just accept and allow whatever it is to be whatever rises. other than that sometimes the mushrooms could be weak or poorly grown

  12. Well yeah its common sense, you're already deeply relaxed and in that state so you tap in effortlessly. If you want to astral project or lucid dream this is the best way i have found. Waking up few hours earlier than you regularly would very early in the morning and laying on your back or whatever works for you with the intention to lucid dream or astral project. Works for me almost every time. Astral Projecting will feel more like a DMT trip. It will feel generally much more real than physical reality where a lucid dream feels similar to physical reality yet you are completely aware you are dreaming so you know how to wake up and that you will and can wake up if you choose to ect.. You can learn a lot about the ego and what you feed yourself on a daily basis shapes the behavior of your actions in that state when you can do anything. When i was in my teens almost every time i would lucid dream i would have sex with lots of women. It was so fun and orgasms were mind-blowing but as you become more in-tune with your higher-self the lucid dreams become of a greater, more universally loving nature where its more about expansion and exploring like the dreams you would have as a young child. You'd be surprised how one can think he/she is all wise and enlightened yet still acts immaturely when you have direct access to do anything you want. Clear indication that there is a lot to be healed and worked on and that you are still controlled by the ego-mind in some ways.

Try sleep on the floor or on a harder/firmer surface maybe your body is not resting properly because the softer the surface you sleep on the less you actually rest because the muscles will end up holding the body not the skeletal structure how its meant to so you can regenerate/repair properly.
