Yes many times, i prefer to make capsules its much easier than always having to make a cake or something unhealthy. You could always use healthy ingredients but capsules just so much easier and especially when you wanna have deeper experiences you know how much to take. @The Blind Sage Yes indeed. I source my seeds from Himalayan and other rural Mountain regions around the world where minimal breeding or manipulation has occurred on these seeds so the highs are always more "psychedelic" as the natural balance of chemicals is still intact. I never touch street or store bud. Always grow your own heirloom or land-race strains if you can, you learn some much -

Then you'd miss out on the psychedelic potential of the herb. You want to have a full spectrum THC/CBD/THCA/CBDA ect.. the plant in nature has all of these for a reason and if you get some organically grown, medical grade cannabis its been shown that its superior healing and protective effects neutralize any harm caused by its smoke. Its unmatched by any plant in the world when it comes to medical potential. If your still worried just swallow a full spectrum cannabis oil capsule or two instead of an extract because you miss out on soo much, terpenes, cannabinoids, enzymes, everything that has been created by nature is there for a reason, the (whole-body) is key and communication/energetic exchange is way off with only a singled out molecule. Here's a note i saved on differences of effects on 4-Aco-DMT and Psilocybin. It’s important to understand that ingesting pure psilocybin by itself is very different from the cocktail of chemicals a person receives after eating magic mushrooms. All the psychoactive compounds in magic mushrooms (like baeocystin, norbaeocystin, norpsilocin, and aeruginascin) work together to produce the overall psychedelic experience for the user. For example, researchers have noted that aeruginascin has a synergistic effect on the pharmacological action of psilocybin in magic mushrooms.7 Specifically, Jochen Gartz says, “Aeruginascin seems to modify the pharmacological action of psilocybin to give an always euphoric mood during ingestion of the mushrooms.” In the world of medical cannabis, this synergy is known as the entourage effect. Same thing applies to Cannabis Sativa and anything else naturally created by nature. There's so much more too it, science is nowhere near those who are in tune with this level of understanding. The sages and mystics have always been aware of these things. Synthetic and singled-out molecules lack depth thus lack healing potential to what we really need for a more (full-body) experience. This is why sometimes we feel out of whack and back to the same ditch shortly after synthetics because man messes with natural design and thinks he can do better than what's been evolving and perfecting life/itself for billions of years. -
I'm going to incarnate the most irresistible Leo Queen to Blast open his Heart and show him the TRUTH Too late, i sent the seed Leo, Not everyone craves sex, the higher you are on a vibrational scale, the more satisfied by just being in your own bliss you become. In a more Enlightened state(so to speak), even breathing satisfies the hell out of you. I remember i completely lost all craving for physical needs at one point which lasted several months. I was in awe, in bliss, in joy and in love 24/7. Do some psychedelics with a girl, see if sex interests you. You will notice things like sex and similar frequency activities only start to arise when you are coming back down. At the peak, you are fully satisfied with just your own beingness. Listen to Osho, he explained these things best.

Warning: Don't listen to Alan Watts when you are on vibing really high or in a deep psychedelic trip, you may just disappear

Observing the two, Leo is emitting significantly more light. How much light one emits is how much truth they embody Leo is no Jesus but he's doing he's best. If you are in tune with spirit, you do not need to even listen to anyone's words to recognize their energy, their aura, their radiance and their embodiment of truth. Just by looking, you see, you feel, you understand. Nature, Silence, Inner-Stillness taught me this. I am a master observer <3 and so are you, what are you waiting for? Embody your essence, embody your Truth! Come play with me! -
Direct Experience is the only thing that will give you the answer you seek. You can go back and forth like this for thousands of years you will still get nowhere.

On the contrary, when you are in tune with spirit and you see with your true sight(minds eye), you will find women who are also more in tune with themselves far more attractive than those who are not as you no longer see with the eyes but the spiritual eye, so to speak. You will notice aura's, energetic patterns and emissions and a elector-magnetic pull that you cannot ignore. This in turn, allows you to see the true beauty for who they are. I personally find women far more beautiful when they do not wear any makeup and are simply being themselves than those who are stuck in thoughts and illusory ways copying one another and following society's expectations instead of being their true selves. Soon as they start distorting themselves, i see and feel disruptive energy which in turn distorts and greys out their aura and true beauty from shining through. Once you awaken to your true self, the most beautiful people will be seen.

Yes i really enjoyed that book. It was written by a friend of mine who makes psychedelic music(man of no ego). Its short, simple and effective. I read all of it one afternoon riding down a long train ride and its a great book to have with you on travels, has some great tips and simple reminders.

These are your greatest treasures. Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to source of being. Patient with both friends and enemies, you accord with the way things are. Compassionate toward yourself, you reconcile all beings in the world. - Lao Tzu

Don't think at all, feel and let go and just be! Everything that is happening is natural, you will understand what it all means in time. Don't buy into the fear, its illusory, its you testing yourself to see if you are ready to level up If you buy into the fear and get caught up in the thought, it restarts until you succeed. Embrace with love and let everything go! Meditation is a Let Go. -

Yes they are healthy but they are more medicine than regular food because they are nor fruit or vegetable but "herb". They are good with cooking but excess can lead to overstimulative to your nervous system and taxing on the organs and also quite lethal to the gut microbiome. This is why many times after heavy supplemtation of garlic/onion when one is sick one has to replenish gut with lots of yogurt and sauerkraut to rebuild gut flora. I loaded up on garlic, onion and oregano when i became sick few years ago and it kicked the sickness away but i had to take probiotics to rebuild my gut because i was struggling to digest and absorb food after heavy loading of these herbs. Use as medicine, they are quite strong for daily use. Especially if you are on the spiritual path and value things like having a calm and centred mind and relaxed body.

Based on the writings of Matt Kahn i couldn't agree more with how he explains The Ego in his book: Whatever Arises, Love That. I read this book a while ago but i did not want to post as of yet until i re-understood the depth of his explanation. Pairing with my own observation and input... The Ego(the imaginary identity) is simply a (self-defence mechanism) resulting from an Inflamed/overstimulated nervous system. Coming into this world, our nervous systems are very easily overstimulated thus inflamed so for the Soul to protect its Purity, The Ego is created. When i observe very young children, i see little to no ego, pure love, pure joy, pure beingness. No judgment, no fear, no hate but simply the essence of source itself in human form, the true self, the natural self before the Ego is born. They may not be Enlightened and Know what what the Master knows but their behaviour, their natural "beingness" is enlightened/god-like in itself thus they simply know what they need to know when they need to know it. Reality just works for them because they are completely themselves. In the world we live today, almost everything we are introduced to, the frequencies in our disharmonious environments, the chemicals in our food, water and air supply, the technological bombardment and almost everything and everyone around us is (energetically over-stimulative) thus we become overstimulated too. When the nervous system becomes over-stimulated, it becomes inflamed thus The Ego is born, out of self-defence to preserve the purity of the Soul, of the true self. You also can notice where people live in tune with nature, in small tribes and villages around the world which are mostly disconnected from the modern world of excess chemicals, technology and general over-stimulation, you will notice most of these people are almost Ego-less and behave simply like Animals in the wild, in tune with nature thus more in-tune with spirit thus their true selves rather than the imaginary identity because hardly anything in their lives is (Energetically Threatening) to their Energetic Blueprint, the soul-print, so to speak. Go live in Nature away from the modern world for a while, live like a monk, like a hermit. You will notice how everything calms down, your identities start fading away, your mind becomes still, your essences is purified. You will naturally become more and more like the child you were before the world got its hands on you, you will naturally behave like Buddha, Jesus, Rumi, Lao Tzu and these Enlightened Beings who have successfully purified themselves thus one embody God is Form. The True self, The Natural self. Enlightenment is simply reuniting with the Soul, The True self and embodying and expressing who you really are but in an overstimulative world, this becomes extremely, extremely challenging thus why many on the spiritual path decide to be hermits and live in solitude because they do not like or agree with who they become and how they behave when they are amidst the chaos. Its like you trying to sit in meditation and be still in the silence while someone is blasting 1000w speakers of death metal music in your ears, goodluck with being who you truly are if you are bombarded 24/7 by frequencies that are disharmonious and the complete opposite of your natural energy/frequency. Somethings to think about

All negativity, chaos, disharmony ect.. usually stems from "resistance" to truth. If that is what you are asking? -
Heart intelligence is the flow of awareness, understanding and intuition we experience when the mind and emotions are brought into coherent alignment with the heart. It can be activated through self-initiated practice, and the more we pay attention when we sense the heart is speaking to us or guiding us, the greater our ability to access this intelligence and guidance more frequently. Heart intelligence underlies cellular organization and guides and evolves organisms toward increased order, awareness and coherence of their bodies’ systems. Throughout much of recorded history, human beings have understood that intelligence, the ability to learn, understand, reason and apply knowledge to shape their environment, was a function of the brain in the head. There also is ample evidence in the writings and oral traditions societies passed down through the generations that they strongly believed in an intelligent heart. Research into the idea of heart intelligence began accelerating in the second half of the 20th century. During the 1960s and ’70s pioneer physiologists John and Beatrice Lacey conducted research that showed the heart actually communicates with the brain in ways that greatly affect how we perceive and react to the world around us. In 1991, the year the HeartMath Institute was established, pioneer neurocardiologist Dr. J. Andrew Armour introduced the term “heart brain.” He said the heart possessed a complex and intrinsic nervous system that is a brain. Today, more than a half century after the Laceys began their research, we know a great deal more about the heart: The heart sends us emotional and intuitive signals to help govern our lives. The heart directs and aligns many systems in the body so that they can function in harmony with one another. The heart is in constant communication with the brain. The heart’s intrinsic brain and nervous system relay information back to the brain in the cranium, creating a two-way communication system between heart and brain. The heart makes many of its own decisions. The heart starts beating in the unborn fetus before the brain has been formed, a process scientists call autorhythmic. Humans form an emotional brain long before a rational one, and a beating heart before either. The heart has its own independent complex nervous system known as “the brain in the heart.” Although scientists say it is clear there is still much to learn, future generations may well look back and cite another important discovery as one of the most pivotal of the 20th century. The Books The HeartMath Solution and Science of the Heart details the programs used by hundreds of thousands of people to access and utilize heart intelligence to improve their lives, discusses this discovery. “Researchers began showing in the 1980s and ’90s that success in life depended more on an individual’s ability to effectively manage emotions than on the intellectual ability of the brain in the head,” says The HeartMath Solution, by HeartMath founder Doc Childre and his associate and longtime HeartMath spokesman Howard Martin. This discovery naturally resulted in people wanting to know how to infuse emotions with intelligence. Scientists at the nonprofit HeartMath Institute , which had been conducting research into heart intelligence and emotions posed the theory that “heart intelligence actually transfers intelligence to the emotions and instills the power of emotional management,” the book explains. “In other words, heart intelligence is really the source of emotional intelligence. “From our research at the HeartMath Institute, we've concluded that intelligence and intuition are heightened when we learn to listen more deeply to our own heart. It’s through learning how to decipher messages we receive from our heart that we gain the keen perception needed to effectively manage our emotions in the midst of life’s challenges. The more we learn to listen to and follow our heart intelligence, the more educated, balanced and coherent our emotions become. Without the guiding influence of the heart we easily fall prey to reactive emotions such as insecurity, anger, fear and blame as well as other energy-draining reactions and behaviours.” Early HeartMath research found that negative emotions threw the nervous system out of balance and when that happened heart rhythms became disordered and appeared jagged on a heart monitor. This placed stress on the physical heart and other organs and threatened serious health problems. “Positive emotions, by contrast, were found to increase order and balance in the nervous system and produce smooth, harmonious heart rhythms,” Childre and Martin wrote. “But these harmonious and coherent rhythms did more than reduce stress: They actually enhanced people’s ability to clearly perceive the world around them.”
