  1. That's what you think, i beg to differ. Where's the positive outlook? you should know better especially if you've tasted the infinite nature and infinite intelligence within we have access to. Light spreads like a motherfucker, its only a matter of time before everyone and everything else catches up. Yeah maybe there's a lot more unaware than aware and on a collective consciousness level the numbers far outweigh but never forget the power of light and never forget how fast it has spread in a extremely short period of time compared to 15000+ years of darkness and illusion. Remember many years ago you could hardly talk to anyone about these things we talk about today, now look how many people are becoming aware and awake. It only takes 1 candle to ignite millions of trees. Yeah we currently live in a time where technology is surpassing human interaction and may have a generation or two of idiots but its not lasting long from my perspective because we are the children of the stars, we are creation of source intelligence we just have yet to tap into our true potential on a mass scale and since the beginning of time we know that in the end Light always wins. Its happened again and again i saw it all on my most powerful experiences and visions and its common universal sense to know this from within. Darkness cannot exist in Lights presence. Balance and Harmony is Inevitable no matter the circumstances as balance & harmony is creation in itself. Be the change you wish to see in the world and keep the mindset pure and direct and the universe will eventually have no other option. Peace & Love
  2. I bought a jar of dried root from the store but i have been thinking about picking them and making dandelion Jam or jelly how they say it in US when i find that recipe. Yeah Dandelions are one of the most medicinal herbs sadly most people don't even know about their benefits and just kill or remove them. They are very healthy for soil too as they bring deep minerals from the earth up to the surface providing nutrients to surrounding plants/foods that they cannot access on their own thus giving your veggies richer nutrients overall. Yeah well said, since he never done anything else i thought edible would be the closest thing he has experience with to a more "psychedelic feel" of course it is best to always start small but it also depends on the person. For example i don't enjoy getting high from smoking because its too much pressure on my mind and fuzzy where edible is more body load more psychedelic feel but yeah thanks for putting that out there.
  4. I have been having roasted dandelion and chicory root tea some mornings as a coffee replacement it tastes similar and makes me feel quite good.
  5. Try weed edible first then maybe MDMA or the other way around, then once you get the feel of things you can start of with lower doses of higher end psychedelics and work your way up from there to where you want to explore.
  6. I only use them when i feel a higher calling or at least respectfully. More profound or enlightening experiences come when its at complete unplanned, no-expectation, random times.

  9. I have a few times but i only leave the baking soda for few hours when i done it. I like to add few drops of essential oil like lavender, lemon, peppermint in a spray of water and mist around after vacuuming.

We are already Enlightened we simply created ourselves in this way to come here and play and experiment how it feels to be separated from infinity and see if we can find our way back without having the memory of our divinity activated.   11. That's it! The bodies intelligence is all you need to listen too. If that works for you, by all means The only time i would advice tracking all that stuff is when experimenting or weight gain/loss goals within a certain time period. Eventually you learn off by heart. Tools are optional and can be helpful if you want a idea but not entirely necessary.

I agree with Leo though, sometimes 5-20minutes is more than enough depending how powerful your confidence and belief system is cause if you experience 1 minute of infinity that can easily blow all your hours you did in the past away haha

  15. Yeah man it really boosts things up, they sorta work like bio-enhancers to teas. Sometimes i even add certain spices to hot chocolate to give it that spicy kick providing more energy as well as the other benefits

  17. I like to add spices to my herbal teas from time to time during the day or in between meals and they do work indeed!

I don't really agree with the whole calorie/protein/carb/fat thing tbh, i think its more about nutrient density than it is about calories from the experiments i've done over the last 7 years or so. I've did 1500 calories, 1800, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 and honestly i felt best the less calories and less meals a day i consumed. Also In the fasted state HGH and general health skyrockets so you don't need nowhere near as much because you absorb nutrients much better when you have not eaten for a long time and are consuming rich whole nutrient dense foods At one point i was only consuming 1000 - 1500 calories a day fasting 22-23 hours and eating 1-2 hour window and i did not lose any muscle mass training 5 days a week and i actually gained some strength and a little size and felt near my best, my mind was clear and sharp as a Japanese chefs knife and my energy felt very primal but i don't think this would of been possible without superfoods and superherbs although it just shows what is possible with nutrient dense foods and a more optimal lifestyle closer to how we evolved. 2c

You could also adjust them based on your needs or recommendations. Its very helpful and once you get the idea and learn off by heart then eventually you can stop using it altogether. Just listen to your body and this chart if i didn't post it already should help as well
  20. I've always wondered if you listen to the audio-book and read the book at the same time will have a more profound effect. I notice some videos that explain via text and speech seem to have more of an effect to the teaching/learning complex. Who knows

Do you respect other peoples beliefs? Do you judge a book by its cover? Race to you is just a color as age is just a number ect.. Those are some questions you can ask yourself

I remember most of my dreams, never really write them down but i think they are very important for our spiritual growth as many times i have lived in the future and seen it in dreams then it occurs in life weeks, months or years later where i would usually mistake it for a deja vu. At times i would dream of old friends and when i did finally go see them or talk to them we had a great time and those dreams usually stopped occurring. Other times i had leeches often that indicated i had to cut out some energy vampire friends. Herbs and Herbal teas do seem to enhance dreams for me as well especially chamomile, when i was young my mother gave me chamomile tea with lemon and raw honey 3 times a day and every night i slept i had the most magical dreams, so vibrant, so real, i remembered dreams within dreams, characters within dreams, lucid dreams, astral traveling ect.. As i got older i got hooked more into technology, junk food, and trying to fit in society as well as lack of nature and become less free spirited and more socially constructed when things started to get dark and memory and connection to dreams started to fade. These last few years that i am taking more care of my mind & body they have opened up again and becoming more alive and meaningful
