  1. Well said, there are levels to it. IMO Life is ultimately one big psychedelic trip or the big "game of life" whichever suits you best and when your little journey is complete you wake up back to oneness and that those who play and live as free as a child playing in the playground are those who grow and evolve the most in spirit or true form. Taking spirituality and self actualization to such a serious degree ultimately effects growth and natural universal flow as well. Just be and enjoy, we all make mistakes and we learn from them as at the end no rights or wrongs anyway, all that will matter is if you loved and lived truly and gracefully. We will all laugh about this and how silly it all was eventually. Lets move on.
  2. That is my idea of the enlightened, no rights, no wrongs, no rules, no judgements, only experience exists, only experience is? Like i said in other posts afterwards no one is questioning whether or not one is pro psychedelics but simply the inner-child curiosity within on why no balanced perspective is shown in this case which was later explained to an extent in helpful manners by others.
  3. You misunderstand me, i was expressing pure curiosity. I am sorry it appeared to you in that way as i may have been out of balance at the time but it was ultimately just curiosity within as i am seeking to learn more about this enlightened state or what is a true enlightened one because from experience when i had an enlightening experience myself i wasn't able to judge a single thing for several months as i saw everything as equal and as one so i was curious about this and thought id ask, didn't mean to come off negative. Being curious is our birthright ;/

  5. I am not butthurt nor do i value psychedelics as much as anything else i am all about balance and i value balance and honesty.

Spirulina and more whole RAW plant-based foods Less cooked but yeah try to limit cooking/heating and get into more fresh raw living foods, juice cleanse if you may, you will feel wonderful or if your up for it.. water fasting is said to heal everything but juice fasting is probably much safer and easier for beginners if all the other stuff doesn't work.
  7. Samurai Style Meditation i have had success with this technique in the past but i don't think its worth spending money on a product when pillows already exist I usually do it without that support product but if anything use a pillow or something?

  9. No i agree Mooji has taught me a lot but i wouldn't call him Enlightened if he is able to judge. Too me Enlightened being has reached a state of complete oneness and non-judgemental state as everyone is one and their children. Source loves the murderer just as much as the one murdered because source understands all is one. I guess the state fades away eventually cause i remember it was almost impossible to judge when i had my first experience with source. I guess too me that's what enlightenment means when you reach god-consciousness and judgement is not possible and only unconditional love can be expressed and experienced and all that exists is seen and understood as one and equal.
  10. If Mooji is Enlightened then why does he have judgement towards Ayahuasca and psychedelic use for aiding in spiritual development? Wouldn't an Enlightened being have no judgements whatsoever knowing all is in divine order and play in itself anyway, that all is ultimately experience? hence why we are here in the first place? Its understandable if he presents from a balanced perspective but it doesn't appear that way to me at least.

  12. Excellent as always Siim! I got off the one meal a day because i missed fruit too much so now i usually do 2 meals or eating windows in morning or early afternoon i have fruit about 1 hour before resistance exercise or sometimes coconut water then after training i have my post-workout recovery shake and then 1 main meal followed by 1-2minor meals/snacks. I feel great this way and respect for what you provide and share with us Siim I heard people that do this instead of protein powder use water with 3-5grams BCAAs during workout is that similar?   13. If its legal in your state for medical use i highly recommend it, a close friend also had similar results with cannabis oil. I Send you Love <3
  14. I don't think it matters, it happens when it happens. You can only prepare yourself better by practicing all this stuff in my honest opinion. I don't believe there is a shortcut from my experience.

  16. Don't be silly.. Of course we live and apply as much as we can but having the experience gives us the drive and passion to share with others what we know within. Its extremely difficult to remain in an Enlightened state all the time. 99.99% of people need multiple awakenings, its very rare to hit a home run on the first go. The least we can do is help others. We try our best, show some respect.
  17. We are all still babies, Including Leo. We do much better at giving advice from knowledge we have gained access too. I still believe most of us are just scratching the surface because the more you know the more you realize you don't know.
  18. Take it easy with melatonin 5mg a very high dosage, you can fall asleep with 0.5mg and often use can actually reverse the effect. Be active throughout the day, try long exercise and spend a lot of time outside working your body, go for a bush walk or hike all day then by the time you get home you will be hungry and sleepy and dont stay on electronics before bed artificial lighting especially blue light disrupts melatonin production and tricks your brain to thinking its daytime. Artificial lighting/screens severely over-stimulate the eyes and brain. Meditate laying down on your back, very deep, slow breaths until you feel very tired and then that may help as well as strong herbal teas. If not just do whatever you have to do until you fall asleep then try to set an alarm to wake you up 2-4hours afterwards then soon as you wake up don't go back to sleep until nightime, its going to be challenging but if you do make it to evening and since you only had little sleep you may be able to fall asleep early then wake up early and repeat the process until it becomes natural. Warm shower or even batter a bath with magnesium salts and 10-20 drops of lavender essential oil can help calm the body and mind down for easier sleep as well. Valerian and Chamomile are some good teas/herbs for sleep. Try to eat a healthier diet as well. Diet plays huge role in most problems we have today.
