  2. @sleeperstakes Known as nature's multivitamin, Chlorella has full spectrum of Vit B, all major vits and minerals, amino acids, powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, omegas, etc. plus it detoxifies body of toxins/heavy metals. You can take it in tablets, I mix a table -spoon-full in my green morning smoothies. Chlorella is single cell algae and is sold in a broken cell wall form for better absorption. Buy organic. I use Microingredients Suprerfoods and HealthForce Superfoods brands. I also supplement with 5,000 mg of B-12 and 500 mg of L-Glutathione (anti-oxidant).

  5. @Fibonacci Have you read Tolle's The Power of Now and/or A New Earth? His talks on YT are very good too. Look them up. When I started my journey a couple years ago, Tolle's material laid out the groundwork for my awakening months later. You need to do some healing first. Tolle himself quit his academic pursuits after liberation and spent months on park benches just basking in the being. Learn the art of Being first and doing will naturally flow out of it.   13. @Voyager I tried once a strong determination dry sauna sitting in 180 F and couldn't do it for more than 30 mins (recommended time is up to 15 mins). Had a wet towel on my head and plenty of water handy. Got good skin detox, but when my head started to overheat, I got out...pronto. It's cool (pun not intended) to try new things, but also listen to your body to guide you and don't go overboard when it comes to your health and wellbeing.
  14. @Vladimir Try Wobenzym N - it's a German formula super effective at knocking inflammation down. And read up on Chlorella, it's awesome at keeping body clean from any pollution from air we breathe to foods we eat. If you get it, make sure it's organic, broken cell wall kind. I've taken both and they really work.
  15. Most likely. Inflammation is responsible for 95% of all human ailments. First step - full body detox to rid the system of the toxins. Then - maintain clean diet of mostly fresh (preferably orgaic) veggies and fruit, clean water, no household chemicals, stress reduction techniques (like meditation), moderate exercise (too vigorous of work-outs flood body with free radicals that also causes inflammation). Google info on foods, etc that cause inflammation and try to avoid those (red meat, gluten, dairy, etc). Chlorella is excellent at pulling toxins out, use it in smoothies and shakes or take in a tablet form. Other awesome supplements for inflammation that work are N-Wobenzyme and Curcumin.   21. I initially went to a conventional oncologist who wanted to put me on all kinds of pharmaceutical drugs and procedures to 'fight' cancer. After a thorough research I found out that the leading cause of death of cancer patients is actually not cancer, but side-affects from conventional cancer treatments (chemo, radiation, etc). After having had surgery to remove the lump, I told the onc I was gonna go solo and try heal with help of natural holistic medicines like clean water and organic whole food from the earth, high quality supplements, fresh juicing, whole body detox, stress busting techniques, etc... to which he said I was going to die within next 2 years without conventional intervention (I had stage 3 at the time, but also whathe was doing is to scare me into agreeing to toxic treatments). Well I'm going on 6 years now cancer free, feeling and looking better than ever and keeping up with my 'let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food' mentality.
