@AlldayLoop Yeah the pressure was too much. He also had a family and 6 kids to take care of. Gone too soon, My Mom was in the movies as a child/teen and after her first major breakthrough, my grandmother pulled her out of the acting business. She was concerned my Mom wouldn't have normal life if she becomes a professional actress. I think it was a good decision on my Grandma's part. Here's a movie that won a major prize of its time, my Mom plays the main character's little sister. Her part is from 39:55 min - 41:30 min We're originally from Ukraine, so the movie is in Russian language -

I agree. The pressure of being in the demanding entertainment business and expectations of the idealizing fans must be enormous. Stars never have it easy, and Aurora is not an exception. -
@Marinus Thank you for sharing your inner work findings. So you developed Anxious-Preoccupied attachment to female figures in your life (charts below). You want to work towards the Secure attachment style now. Check out Briana MacWilliams YT vids, she's my favorite coach on attachment styles and how to become more Secure attached

@Western Buddha Diet is very important for one's mental wellbeing. They say that your gut is your second brain. There are foods that you want to avoid that cause inflammation and are toxic to your brain and body in general, and other foods that you want to make part of your daily diet - the ones rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, good fats, etc. Search other threads/posts on here that will give you more feedback. Here is one that I found that might be of help

@Finland3286 He spoke this of himself too? -
If you don't do extensive inner work on yourself, you'll keep attracting/being attracted to the same kind of person. After this girl there will be another one with same underlying issues, and on and on. Spare yourself frustration and do some serious shadow work first. When you become healthier and happier yourself, you'll attract same.

@nistake I grew up in a very nurturing and supportive family, so I always have that point of reference whenever times get challenging . They say one's formative years are the most crucial in brain development. However, I found that de-conditioning myself was still necessary, the layers were deep and stuff that was coming up as I was doing shadow work was surprising, to say the least. This is a life-long endeavor, even after awakening you'll have shadow work to do to become more uninhibited, free-spirited, joyful, and unafraid.

@inFlow Trying to please your partner and watch them get off regardless of how you're feeling at the moment might bring that zing back. Stay in flow (haha) during the action, focus on her, and see how it goes -
Natasha replied to inFlow's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@inFlow Been there, it's a phase. Once you go full circle, the desire for sex will come back, even stronger than ever. All those raw sensations, etc. will emerge as part/manifestations of the Absolute. Embody it. -

We love you too -
@Marinus I would say listen to your gut. If it doesn't feel right, then that should be a clue. Love should be easy and if you feel struggle with figuring this out this early already, perhaps that's a sign you two are not a good match, something is not clicking and the energy is not flowing. Also, watch out for a push/pull dynamic and mixed signals - not a good sign and you would only be wasting your time if you let it keep going like this. Excuses are just that. If she doesn't accept your invitation for the next date, I'd say move on.

These 2 songs, The Seed and I Went Too Far, are actually the songs that launched her career and made her famous -
@RickyBalboa You're welcome

@RickyBalboa I read a book awhile ago called 'If Men Could Talk' by Alon Gratch. One of the study cases he discusses in the book is about a man who was obsessed with woman's breasts. He traced this tendency all the way back to his childhood. Perhaps this would be a helpful read for you. If you live in the States, they should have it available at a public library. https://www.amazon.com/If-Men-Could-Talk-Heres/dp/0316178616/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1DUCMA2Z9FLUJ&keywords=if+men+could+talk&qid=1565053026&s=gateway&sprefix=If+

I posted a vid of Aurora singing it live, it's on page 1 of this thread. -
@Chumbimba This might sound far fetched to some, but I also don't have TV cable and cellphone (just my laptop and home-phone). Gave up cable and cell years ago to have more time to do what I love instead, like being in nature, read, do my art, and travel. After my husband passed away, I also sold the house and have been renting a nice little apartment saving on owning mortgage, maintenance/repairs, property taxes and insurance, etc. Bought my car with cash too. No debt, no problem. I know this life-style is not for everybody, but I do enjoy my debt (stress)-free living that gives me more freedom to enjoy life than when I used to own/maintain all the stuff I didn't need. I do have a good job and save up for retirement, though.

@assx95 Now knowing this you can start working towards developing more Secure attachment, so you can start attracting people with like Secure attachment. This is a highly subconscious stuff, so it might take some research and time to cultivate and adopt the new to you mentality. Briana MacWilliam is my favorite expert on Attachment Styles. She has good YT videos explaining all this and how to develop a more Secure attachment. Check it out.
-
@assx95 Look up Attachment styles, yours is definitely Anxious-Preoccupied. You want to work towards Secure. Usually Anxious style people attract Avoidant/Dismissive kind. If you want to attract someone with Secure attachment style to have a healthy happy relationship with, you'd need to become Secure yourself first. Here's the 3 charts basically explaining the same thing.

@Chumbimba I don't have a credit card and don't miss it. Simplify your life to bare necessities, don't worry what everyone else thinks you should or shouldn't have/do, and be content with what you do have. People use credit cards mostly to build their credit history to be able to make major purchases in the future, like a car or house. Better to save up enough to not need take huge loans out and then be enslaved by banks/creditors for years/decades. Renting is becoming a better option to owning these days. Can't take it with you anyways. Adopt essential living, and also what everyone else already suggested above.
