  1. That would have to float in space? Where did you get this idea from? Walsch?
  2. That wasn't so bad, a lot of these conspiracies are true btw, people in high power can become so addicted to it, become frustrated it doesn't work so well for them and can start to do twisted shit. But just don't blindly belief stuff, especially health related stuff, i.e. if wifi would be so dangerous, we'd see a massive increase in cancer in western civilization over the past x years, which just hasn't happened, though in general the more 'unnatural' the worse.. and the ego-stress is bad for you over long time.
  3. Or sit with the fear, that's a good practice in and of it self, a sign a that the pressure is high enough now don't you think? You need time to integrate psychedelics, you can call them forced openings. If you had a big opening on psychedelics, you're done for this life, you've committed to going deep and it will come back and you will have to integrate it in every aspect of your life (and that's no small task, all the potential of self-delusion and self-sabotage, etc.), so that just takes time, and being young especially, and having no stable self-sustained life or community, doesn't necessarily make things easier.. And if you think you can get away with sensitive topics, like lying to your parents for instance, whilst wanting to become truth, think again
  4. Breaking the ego by getting rejected by women, or gaining women and practicing loving
  5. ^that's funny. How do you know these monks aren't already enlightened to their satisfaction, how many have you met, (that have meditated so long)?
  6. Actually weed generally doesnt go so deep one feels a distinct need to integrate the experience, so in that sense it can be addictive. Its still a great substance, you'll know when ur using too much, or pushing the limit. I think no need to be afraid of addiction if youre a stable person, and if ur on the path, quickly enough sober reality can intensify enough so u shouldnt feel a dependance
  7. Your parents made your body and intimate upbringing, but they did not create the energy of the universe of all. I dont know how anyone could say they choose their parents and i bet almost no one has had such a dream experience, and even then, did you actually go through a selection process, doubt it, nor would you have chosen what was presented to you.
  8. It's kind of funny right, we've got all these big intellectual heads raving over the question, while they are all literally sitting in the answer of just 'not two', known by even a large amount of people in way for millennia.
  9. Everything is drugs, because everything alters consciousness in some way, drugs tend to change the whole filter.. And addictions are ego based, not really inherent in a substance. If you use weed as a sacrament, use it to meditate, I doubt you feel the need to do it again a lot, because you'll feel the need to integrate the experience and it shouldn't even result in craving per se. It's the perfect psychedelic light.
  10. How would you possibly know what is going to happen in the future, it's impossible, we can only speculate, the greatest masters agree with me. I definitely have things to discover but in terms of theories of what is going to happen 'after', you will never find a solid answer what so ever, sure some things are likely: life review, oneness, subtle dreams and reincarnation, being connected with emotional effects of our actions, a macro version of sleep-dreaming-waking as Ramana pointed out. But these are thoughts, mental images, we impose on the mystery of reality, right? Unless you can realize, a sort of, nothing will happen, cinema screen will change, but I won't, because you know yourself completely, then yeah, think that could be legit, but not in terms of what will happen
  11. Possibly u were both pointing same realization in some way or another but got hung up on semantics and difference in way teaching, I mean who knows
  12. No one knows whats going to happen in a second, and no one knows whats going to happen after death, and in fact no one knows what's going on right now.
  13. As for the value of psycho-analytics with a therapist, to investigate beliefs and point of view.. that sounds like much of what a good friendship is suppose to consist of, which has other benefits as well. I think having a sangha and or meeting the others/building and having friend(groups), is an important and perhaps underrated aspect of the spiritual life.
  14. Yeah. People used to smoke 10x - 50x extracts as the norm, get intensely super high for a short time, all get freaked out, or mostly freaked out, but traditional use was chewing the leaves (0x) and then you're suppose to get this mild-intense trip for 30-60 min. It might be a real nice psychedelic, that's a level just in between, weed and mushrooms.
  15. Any nutjob can have some understanding of non-duality. I used to follow Bashar, he's impressive, and there's some truth about his whole ordeal (but this guy is probably one of the 1001 spiritual ego's that tries to imitate him), but even Bashar talks shit sometimes, because you can't speak about the truth and because.. ? : even if some 'advanced' alien has positive intentions, and so does Darryl, how does Bashar even know if the correct translations are used? How do you even translate properly what some being wants to say, how do both parties even know? Aside from that, things are subjective. It's a mysterious joke of a process the uni made and you shouldn't just swallow all their words as truth, in fact any model of reality is false period. .. The worst part that screwed me over at the time was that I had to listen to my higher mind, and that the higher mind talks in imagination... that you should like, wait for images to receive. It's just bullshit, there is no higher mind, and there's nothing to achieve, no authority, imagination is just one of the ways the universe speaks, but there isn't a higher in it...
  16. Really liked this quote from this trip report: 'We do not serve God, God serves us, we worship God!' On that psychedelic note:
  17. You can imagine your fears into reality to some degree, and you can see collective energies or energies beyond your own mind. People who suffer from schiz. experience both to some degree. Seeing energies beyond your mind happens instantly, without your mental human thinking of it,, delusions come from your own mind activity, you need to become clear in yourself to discern. Some may say: 'it's all you, it's all coming from your mind', nope, there's also something as pure knowing consciousness beyond the human mind activity.
  18. I wouldn't say so, it's just a blessing imo, but I haven't finished the path yet. You may notice more suffering in the world, but if you don't take false responsibility, and stay grounded in your own god-devotion, you know that you can help them (eventually), or that they will be helped eventually, or are already being helped even. It does take big balls though and it certainly isn't always easy.
  19. I actually think that aside from the 1h - and do retreats advice, also equally or more important is some sort of routine with non-dual study as well, and consistent practice during the day (enquiry, mindfulness, japa), practicing loving/honesty (huge) (really confronts and heals, makes life easier as well, happiness), and also prayer is good. (Ideally a meditation sangha as well.)
  20. Meditate before and after sleep. If you want to do a powerful but hard technique, wake up after the first round of deep sleep for about 15 minutes, go back to bed, lay on your back, don't turn and be still and you might be able to consciously enter a dream or psychedelic state (if you manage to focus some on staying away and not give in to sleep, which is hard). This method is called WILD (wake induced lucid dream).
  21. No, not always, some animals like to play and show affection towards others, they also like to rest and meditate..
