  1. Hey I feel that too when I’m deep in the session, and I was wondering too actually.
  2. Did Jesus Christ embody Infinite Love?
  3. @Mikael89 It’s done out of Love In all serious though, count how many blessings you have had in your own personal life. Are you not in awe with how you were able to overcame those obstacles? Was there no Love involved?
  4. @Anna1 https://www.actualized.org/insights/infinite-love-awakening Try watching this video Also, thanks Leo for uploading that video on my birthday. I love you
  5. Generally speaking does age really matter, though? I mean, you’ve seen the ending of Return of the Jedi... you know, Anakin Skywalker redeeming himself?
  6. Do you think Ralston will understand it eventually? Or does he actually understand it but withhold from speaking about it?
  7. @Leo Gura Sorry if I’m sounding like a broken record with the “have you thought about...” suggestions, but have you ever considered having a separate YouTube channel where you specifically cover politics? Like having your own news podcast for example.
  8. In theory, what would happen if we caught a Hitler and plugged some 5-MeO-DMT into him instead
  9. I’m so lost. What are you guys going on about?
  10. I can relate to this in my own life and current stage. I was never suicidal, but definitely non-compliant with medications and even with the spiritual path. I’m now starting to find the strength to awaken and the less my ego. tries to control every situation, the more the true I reveals itself, even if it’s just a tiny beam of light..
  11. @winterknight Thank you again for your openness and honestly. I would still be half-assing this entire process if I stayed comfortable with my current ignorance. Thank you for this also. My ego is still self-pitying and demanding that this awakening process should be effortless and natural.
  12. You mentioned on your website that you struggled with existential depression in your teenage years. In a sense, I am starting to realize I have, and still am going through the same thing. It’s scary, in that, it seems that everyone else around me is able to survive and act in societal norms (work, friends, leisure time, etc) whereas someone like me is constantly crippled by a feeling of isolation and fear. Can you please share how you were able to endure those teenage years? The time before you met Swami Bodhananda Saraswati?
  13. @winterknight Damn, thanks for catching my misconceptions preciously. I honestly would be spinning around in circles if I still held those beliefs tightly. This is a lot more serious than I thought.
  14. Not to sound funny, but what if an awakening being got diagnosed with Alzheimer’s? Would they forget who they are then?
  15. @winterknight Out of curiosity, do you do any meditation or self-inquiry practices anymore? If not, when was the last time you’ve done so? Also, how could it be that someone like Eckhart Tolle could have have a spontaneous awakening... by self-inquiring about himself, all without having any serious intellectual framework of spirituality to begin with? Why do others seemingly spend an enormous amount of time building up this intellectual foundation, listen to masters for hundreds of hours, and do all sorts of non-conventional techniques to even get a taste of the true self? I didn’t mean to sound like I’m whining and making excuses as to why I can’t discover who I am, but is there a logical explanation for this?
  16. Does this apply to an awakened being as well (even though they found what they were searching for)? Is self-inquiry meaningless to them at that stage?
  17. So are you implying that if he discovered who he truly Is, he would have second thoughts about suicide and possibly not go through with it? Even if his condition persisted or even got worse?
  18. -Is doing self-inquiry sessions lying down being lazy? Or does it not really matter if one is sitting or lying down? -The definition of dissociative disorders and psychosis seems to have some similarities with awakening and enlightenment. Can you please explain how they seemingly seem alike, but one seems like hell and the other heaven?
  19. Why does it seem like every meditation practice (and of course the stereotype) is done in lotus position?! ?‍♂️ ?‍♀️ Go to a Vipssana retreat, it’s group sitting, listen to Headspace and you’re told to sit in a comfortable position, etc etc
  20. How about in extreme rare cases where there doesn’t seem to be a choice at that point?
  21. @Leo Gura Have you ever contemplated and seriously considered running for a leadership or presidential position? Not in the near future, but say when you’re like 60? Obviously you wouldn’t be able to run for U.S. president, but I feel like it’s plausible that the requirements could be changed 30 years from now.
  22. @winterknight Thank you. I will contemplate and do self-inquiry. One final question for now... so we are basically “born” into this “world”, and all beliefs we have about it are all wrong assumptions? It seems that everyone we communicate with on our daily life, based on your vantage point, is all talking fairy tales and believing all of it.
