I don't support avoiding the vaccine to "own the libs" the fact that you even project such ideas onto me highlights your inability to see things from a nuanced perspective. When I say "people beyond help" I mostly refer to extreme forms of mental illness that can lead to domestic abuse, death threats and violence. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink, they may even abuse you for attempting to help them. You can act all sanctimonious from a distance but until (like me) you have had direct experience of these people you haven't the faintest clue and should stay in your lane. I guarantee you would have a full blown mental breakdown trying to help these types. THAT is what I mean when I say some are beyond help. A literal psychopath is another such example. If we all did our best to help them we would drown alongside them and that is the harsh reality most people do not want to admit because of lack in maturity and humility. It requires getting off one's arrogant high horse. I didn't say don't protect the weak, I merely said in the process of helping the weakest there is a point where you must swallow your pride and give up for the betterment of the majority because many will refuse help; there is degrees to this, you cannot help every single individual when doing so puts your very life at risk. I do not like saying this, it is tragic, but until you give me some revolutionary model to help the most dangerous in our society I do not want to hear it. As far as right wing nut jobs go I definitely see their insanity and obviously disagree but when the mainstream lies and people lose trust they turn to them because they have no one to trust and that is a deeply sad failure of the MSM that they won't take responsibility for. Do you think there's a need for mandating past that point? To me the psychological reactance and distrust in the government that results far outweighs any small benefit. Instead encouraging vaccination rather than coercive bullying is more sensible and allows human rights to be more protected. Everybody wins. It is a very small disagreement I have.

I'd need a source for that personally but it would also depend where you live. It would be very very difficult to weed out these nuances in practice, there's virtually always a combination of factors that influences one's death from covid (old age, obesity, immune compromised, smoker, etc). That doesn't discount the severity of the virus at all!

If the media was just honest about this people could hold their trust in them and avoid the conspiracies thus there wouldn't be such a god damn shit show. I think creating a culture that encourages vaccines (alongside other methods) whilst hitting targets before opening up is great, I'm just against mandating past that point as it increases psychological reactance that otherwise wouldn't be there. God is completely and totally content within itself 100%, it dreams for the pure enjoyment of doing so, its value is inherent in and of itself. The idea that God is just dreaming for no other reason than to hide from itself out of fear is nothing more than a human projection. God does not need to hide from itself, it's people who hide from their essence. Illusion is God's mechanism, but that doesn't remove its beauty.

To be honest I feel like this aspect is almost guaranteed for most people and it was something I went through, albeit not so crushing a degree as you. Every single particular aspect of existence lost all meaning, including myself and my human life, but this wasn't the end (although I had been in some fucked life situations so letting it all go for the light was easier in that moment). This destruction of meaning towards any particular thing can result in an understanding that existence/God as an all-encompassing "whole" is infinitely valuable and deserves reverence in an almost religious sense, as opposed to any one thing being more "meaningful" than another. It really transcends that very notion of meaning in the first place because it is finite. For me peace is absolute, meaning is just a relative concept. Meaning for any particular thing is gone but the value of existence as a whole is not, and that value itself is infinite. If it's beyond concepts then of course it's beyond meaning, but to say as a whole existence is of no value I just don't see that. Remember that attaching a negative connotation to meaninglessness is itself just more meaning, albeit a very negative one. Meditation has helped me see that. It's usually better to sit in silence A LOT following such experiences as thinking about it too much will mean your ego co-opts the experience and forms its own belief system around it. In the end stillness is all there is, free of any egoic interpretation. Either you have absolute meaning or absolute freedom and peace, the latter means you as a human in a world can still decide what your purpose is whilst your essence is free, but to have absolute meaning would bind your human self to its ideal and you wouldn't have freedom. If God's dreaming was so utterly pointless why would it bother in the first place?

Imagine waking up from a dream but you still have to take part in it. You will lose all sense of meaning for a while, only to then expand and realise existence itself which encapsulates everything is infinitely meaningful equally so to a degree so deep it transcends the very notion of "meaning". What seems so special right now is a mere joke in comparison, yet what you will find will include those things whilst going beyond it.

It is alone because it is all encompassing, a very different aloneness than the connotations of that word. Alone in pure stillness is very different than me ruminating on the prospect of a single divine being being alone. God is not a being. That being said you as a human wouldn't wanna stay there, hence here we are. Being alone in our finite minds is way more terrifying to me. WAY MORE. FUCK THAT.

Here is an example below: Complaining about the government is now illegal. Yes, and the first mandated one to be politicised. It's actually the first vaccine to be mandated across all industries 100%, at least in my case. No unvaccinated person will be allowed to leave the house for the foreseeable future in my state. That is definitely new. People usually don't get paid either to get a vaccine, or win special prices like they are 12 years old. That is also new. Labelling everything as a conspiracy is merely a tactic to downplay that which you don't like to hear. Taking one side whilst downplaying and ignoring the other is a symptom of the cultural influence around us and increases the division we are currently facing, it's not the only thing but it is an important factor in why people are so divided right now. This is merely an ad hominem with no explanation behind it. What observable facts are even talking about in response to what I said? Like I said I am against mandating across all industries with every single individual in the planet. If you are so against the unvaccinated fuck em! Let em face the consequences, me as a vaccinated healthy person will be protected thus I have no concern.
