Focus on doing one thing at a time without trying to be perfect at it, but still trying to improve for the sake of improving or to enjoy the activity you're doing for the sake of enjoying it. If you live like this all the time, it won't matter how much you do, you'd be happy and content.

If you have to ask that question, then you're still not free. See, if you're free of it, you don't care if you do it once in a while because you're depressed/sad/ or just because you want to have some fun, you don't judge yourself anymore at all about it. Yeah you have associated your happiness to your streak, that's quite common. Don't do that, just try your best in order to be free, but love yourself and accept that you will sometimes lose control. It's ok, you can't be perfect, and you will never anyway, but getting out of the addiction to fap and watching porn, not even thinking about it anymore, is way too freeing to give up on it. It really holds you back on a lot of ways that you can't see because you're still in it You really can't have genuine relationships/friendship with women if you're not free of this, and you can't ignore 50% of the population. Don't fap at all, even without pornography. Don't bing cute/sexy girl on facebook/instragram/google or whatever else. Meditate everyday for 20 minutes. When you feel the urge to do it, do push ups instead (until your arms can't move), directly. Then go do something else for at least 20 minutes, don't stay on your bed. Don't go to bed if you want to pee. You have to do that and abstain from it until the needs to fap and watch porn wears off. Depending on your addiction it can take a while, months or even years if you were heavy into porn. You will do it if you don't give up and always try again directly and not weeks after you relapse

Ok it didn't work out in the end. There was a huge incompability that we thought was dealt and talked about in the beginning, but we discover that it wasn't really the case. That's a good thing, I learned a lot, on some deep levels even (I'm a sex God ?). For me it's true only when we have the experience, and even then it can be biased. After that it's just a memory, for the most part biased. So it's a biased truth which become even more biased the more time pass, which is still useful practically ofc. So even though I don't realize what the Truth is now, I start to understand how you can't ground yourself on anything, knowledge, even experiential one is just so elusive and formless.
