The most amazing thing is that I still didn't had even 1 second of an enlightenment experience but I keep moving my hands intuitively to write those kind of post. The irony is strong in this one.

@IngitIf you realize what Misagh just said, even if it doesn't looks like much, you're in the process and won't be able to go back. It's the most crucial turning point of your spiritual journey, once that point is reached, there is no turning back. You can see this as the snowball effect, once the snowball starts to roll down (you seeing yourself as the witness and not the mind), then the snowball will roll endlessly until it gets to the pit at the end of the slope.

You don't need to think a lot for this. If you abstain from sex you will want it more, in a natural way, when it present itself to you. If you don't, you become addicted to it and crave for it, since your body will think it needs it more often than it really does. Same basic principles for almost anything in life.

It's not about making your ego life better per say It's about removing suffering prior to enlightenment. Enlightenment may or may not happen.

Maybe one day you'll be tired to make you suffer and actually get the balls to change your life.
