  1. What is your daily routine? What are you thoughts on having children? What is your social life like with this work? Congratulations on a million.
  2. I’ve recently broke up with my ex girlfriend of 2 years. The break up did not end well and there is no chance of being friends. She is unfortunately part of my social group/social circle. Whenever I am at events and she is there, she kisses other people, all over them and brings them home in front of me whilst smiling. This has been happening for four months now. I decline most events now and have cousins who I spend time with. However, I don’t want to completely cut all off the social group as I don’t want to let one person ruin all my other great friendships. My question is how can I deal with this? I get anxious every time there is a birthday or when everyone goes out as I dread seeing her all over other people out of spite. I try to ignore it as best as I can. I know she is not my girlfriend anymore and she can do as she likes, but it doesn’t stop the anxiety and brutal pain that comes from this. I think I have a real deep problem with sexual jealousy/envy. Are there any books or any advice to deal with this? @Leo Gura
  3. Im a 22 year old male and my stomach is so tense (if I run my fingers over my stomach, I can hardly feel my fingers because my stomach is so numb). Even if I get into a deep meditative state and try and relax my body as much as I can, my stomach is still so tense. It’s only got worse as I’ve got older (I’ve had it for years and years) and this is the worst it’s ever been. I don’t breath as deeply as I know I could because there’s a contradiction: I’m preventing myself from breathing out (holding pattern) whilst trying to breathe in. I’ve tried stretching and laying on a ball facedown which never works, and just hurts. I meditate daily it doesn’t loosen up. I’ve seen Leo’s video on relaxing the body, the repeating signals to release my stomach don’t work at all. It’s so frustrating trying everything and nothing at all is working.
  4. I've tried deleting the app but i can't go 24 hours without re downloading it again. Shall i just delete the account? I'm on it constantly without even realising.
  5. This may be small but i keep twirling my hair fringe and it literally falls out. How do i stop this annoying habit?
  6. Is it just me or does music sound clearer and more instruments are heard after meditating? Especially after a long session. Even when I go to bars and clubbing the music seems to sound better. By better I mean more in touch with it (similar to the MDMA experience, or even weed) Do you experience this? Any ideas why?
  7. Whats the best order to watch all of Leo's enlightenment videos? I haven't seen any yet and I want to get watching, whats the best order? Including the main videos and the rest relating toeEnlightenment
  8. Are you really THAT much happier meditating for years? Are you really THAT much for filled putting in the years of effort of personal development? Need some opinions of people been doing it for a year or longer, and some motivation to keep going haha (well i'll never stop but still)
  9. By everyone in your life. And at work - even your by your boss. Even be one of them people that everyone wants to impress
  10. Yeah I've been meditating for 3 months and it works really well. Hopefully I'll be able to resist the Internet more after a few more months
  11. Reduced stress Be more disciplined More creative More productive Sharper thinker Less Procrastination Performance at gym Better Relationships Happy in the moment Better decisions Less Materialistic Clear minded Resist impulses Free Therapy Better brain health Reduce memory loss Better Sleep Enlightenment Ego melts away One with the universe Drop fears and anger True Happiness More grounded Clearer sounding music Better tasting food Heightened Senses Life becomes a joy
  12. Yeah when I'm being productive I forget about my phone. But I procrastinate from doing work by using the phone.
  13. I guess I was being a bit biased as I have college friends and home friends. My college friends are motivated but my home friends aren't (I see them 4/5 months of the year). I can say they do demotivate me slightly when I'm home but I limit my time with them. Limit your time with them until you find new friends! (I just don't think people like hearing 'go find some new friends' so I found the middle ground) BUT remember you become like the 5 people you hang around with the most
  14. I'm currently 19 and at college. I find myself on my phone all the time because it's always more preferable to be sitting on my phone listening to music than doing anything productive. Mainly social media and group messages (and mindlessly on every app etc/changing songs). If I switch it off or delete social media I'll be disconnected because I like to know whats happening in my 'real' friends from my hometown. If I delete the apps I just end up downloading them again. If theres any other advice apart from deleting my accounts I would be grateful
  15. Me and you are completely identical apart from the fact my friends have an obsession with pot. I've changed my mindset from judging them and trying to change them to: if they want my advice and help, I'll give it to them. If it was hard for me to change myself, imagine how hard it will be changing someone else. My advice is do not lose friends because they are not like you, they do not know what you know and are not as openminded as you are. I read in a book once the mans mind is like a furnace and you can't keep throwing coal into it or it will burn out. It needs to cool down. See the time being with them as a break from all the deep intense self improvement - even if only for a few hours. If you are lucky enough to find more friends with similar interest and open mindedness that would be a bonus.
