  1. Note: I hope I can explain my experience with a clear English Last week, I met a guy who suggests me to go and travel with him. He had to go there to meet somebody in order to get some advice in order to improve his trading. When he asked me to go out with him. I said Ok.... He called me on the same night to stay in his house as the following day we are going to travel. We traveled by his car. As the car was moving in the highway, he was talking eagerly about many subjects, here and there, but I was looking and almost crying inside because of the beauty of the outside world was so touching. We remained in the same place. the car was moving from one place to another, but for me, it was in the same place all the time. The mountains we passed by looked so beautiful...The same thing happened when we were coming back
  2. @Leo Gura Oh man!! I just realized I still have a loooong way to go.
  3. @How to be wise It was just a glimpse. I get that when I try to stay the emptiness I experience when I am meditating, I remain in the same place.
  4. Many of my friend do not see me anymore. More are leaving...and I also wish I could disappear once and for all
  5. You said in one of your posts that values are ego-transcedence I grow up as a Muslim, and we are told to remain virgin till we get married. Now, after questioning my islamic morality, I can see that it is ok to have sex outside of marriage. However, there is still deep feeling inside of me that it is not a spiritual thing to just go and use a girl for sex. My question is: Is it to use a girl just for sex?
  6. Not really Praying five times a day is very healthy actually, but not as much as realizing you are god.
  7. @ahmad ibdah You are right. This is why Muslims countries are the first to watch pornography, lol!! Our culture lied to us in many ways. And my father will get really pissed off if he knew he has always been praying to himself. lol Love, as I have experienced it, has to be SELFLESS. Anything that is done selflessly is Love. In Islam, There is something called " Al hub fi Allah" Love in Allah. It means that you should love only for the sake of Allah. Due to a lot of beliefs, this love got very twisted.
  8. you are right, my friend. It's very interesting how the ego always keeps mentioning others, but forget itself.
  9. @Faceless All of my prior relationships were inauthentic as I used to have a low self-esteem. As I am growing now, I am slowly detaching myself from others. What I have experienced cannot be put into fucking words!!!
  10. The more I seek, the more I isolate myself. Thus, losing my friends.. The moe I seek, the more I am honest. Thus, losing my friends...
  11. Say, [O Muhammad], "Praise be to Allah, and peace upon His servants whom He has chosen. Is Allah better or what they associate with Him?". [More precisely], is He [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? Is there a deity with Allah ? [No], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to Him]. Is He [not best] who made the earth a stable ground and placed within it rivers and made for it firmly set mountains and placed between the two seas a barrier? Is there a deity with Allah ? [No], but most of them do not know. Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there a deity with Allah ? Little do you remember. Is He [not best] who guides you through the darknesses of the land and sea and who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy? Is there a deity with Allah ? High is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. Is He [not best] who begins creation and then repeats it and who provides for you from the heaven and earth? Is there a deity with Allah ? Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful." Rather, their knowledge is arrested concerning the Hereafter. Rather, they are in doubt about it. Rather, they are, concerning it, blind.
  12. @Leo Gura I am laughing at your latest post on your blog Become a jihadi, you must hhhhhhhhhhh
  13. The reason why I asked the question is because I am watching the following video: Venerable Guan Cheng is an expert monk. So, when I watch his video, he said that you are not gonna get away with it if you just want to satisfy your ego, you will pay for it later on.
  14. @Angelo John Gage Yes, I don't deny that. That's not the Quran, though. It is the hadith. It may seem funny to you, but Islam at that time gave women rights. Arabs were known by buring their daughters alive. When the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him came, he stopped this evil practice. Rape was also like a norm, and the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him stopped it.
  15. That's wrong. It is not written in the Quran that the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him married Aisha at 9.
  16. " A. L. M. These are Verses of the Wise Book. A Guide and a Mercy to the Doers of Good. Those who establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter. These are on (true) guidance from their Lord: and these are the ones who will prosper. But there are, among men, those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty. When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty. For those who believe and work righteous deeds, there will be Gardens of Bliss. To dwell therein. The promise of Allah is true: and He is Exalted in Power, Wise. He created the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs. Such is the Creation of Allah: now show Me what is there that others besides Him have created: nay, but the Transgressors are in manifest error. we bestowed (in the past) Wisdom on Luqman: "Show (thy) gratitude to Allah." Any who is (so) grateful does so to the profit of his own soul: but if any is ungrateful, verily Allah is free of all wants, Worthy of all praise. Behold, Luqman said to his son by way of instruction: "O my son! join not in worship (others) with Allah: for false worship is indeed the highest wrong-doing." And We have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command), "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal. "But if they strive to make thee join in worship with Me things of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not; yet bear them company in this life with justice (and consideration), and follow the way of those who turn to me (in love): in the end the return of you all is to Me, and I will tell you the truth (and meaning) of all that ye did. "O my son!" (said Luqman), "If there be (but) the weight of a mustard-seed and it were (hidden) in a rock, or (anywhere) in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth: for Allah understands the finest mysteries, (and) is well-acquainted (with them). "And swell not thy cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for Allah loveth not any arrogant boaster. "And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice; for the harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass....."-The Quran
  17. @egoless I proved two things with a great conviction: The illusion of control The illusion of me controlling reality
  18. @Coufkir The book mastery is the first book I have ever read about self-actualization. In the book mastery, the author mentioned that the master practices for the sake of practice. So let's say, you are working on enlightenment, you are going to practice meditation, yoga, self-inquiry, for the sake of practice.
  19. Hi, guys : ) This week, I have been asking the question, what is my mind? I noticed the following; My mind expanded a lot to a point of where I started crying. It kept expanding and then coming back to its ( my mind) normal "state" I tried to FIND my mind, but I could not. There were a lot of hidden subconscious thoughts, I was aware of. Some of my subconscious thoughts are strong, and I can't easily let go of. As soon as I finish a long period of self-inquiry, I go out and everything looks beautiful, but I still feel fear in my chest Your contribution is very appreciated
  20. @Truth Addict There is a great chance Muhammad was not fully enlightened!! But surely he was a great spiritual leader
  21. I meant in the fact that people are unable to challenge their identity. I just look at someone whom I have known for years and he still have the same agenda, the same beliefs....
  22. Since I have been doing spirituality, I am being shocked at the fact that people remain as they are
