  1. @Thanks u'd make more progress if u tried to observe and go beyond intention instead of attention. Intention and attention always go together. What u intend to do, there attention follows and exertion (leaking out) of energy follows. Instead observe the intention, that will lead to a place of no intention, a state that can feel like "singularity". And it's less confusing then trying to observe attention.
  2. Idk if this answers your question but in phychology they explain that women chose strong healthy big muscle man because subconsciously they think this man will give best genes for her baby and they will create a healthy child. Same with men. They chose a woman with big hips because big hips show that the womb is large and healthy and adequate to carry a healthy child. Big boobs also mean something i forgot that shows a promise for a healthier offsprings. It's all about uncouncious survival and reproduction of healthy offsprings. Ensuring the survival of the fittest.
  3. That's a really good share, thank u. He even confirms my idea of how to test if someone is liberated. I couldn't be happier. What he sayed about dissolving the body is also amazing. That's why i like the theory of goenkas vipassana. It makes so much sense to me. I wonder if that stage ever comes from simply being aware of awareness/ do nothing practice.
  4. Samadhi is basicly not leaking any energy out. Desire is the source of leaking energy outwards. What u desire there u exert energy to or attention to. Exerting energy to and attention to is synonymous. If u don't exert any energy u're in nonduality. Or in other words, try not to give your attention to anything at all. It will take u to the same place of nondual Self. (Can also make u realize what attention is.)
  5. Attention is an exertion of energy to a certain place. If u observe attention and where u excert your energy. U'll gain the ability to contain that energy inside and not leak it unconsciously. When u become so concious that u can observe attention fully, u will hold all the energy inside pointing inward instead of outwards. That's where transmutation of desire energy into presence energy happen. An implosion of energy start to take place converting ego drives into nothingness/selfishness into noself. That's what turning inward means. Observing attention is the ultimate practice. And it's actually possible to observe it as an observable phenomena. U should try it
  6. Koharalan could give u advice. He's well experienced with kundalini symptoms and very open to talking and giving advice. Reach out to him. U have nothing to lose. I also heard that openning microcosmic orbit helps to draw all the energy from the head to dantien. And by this method daoist never have kundalini sindrome. Koharalan can tell u more about it.
  7. @Spiral Wizard he's okey i guess. I didn't get his describtion of enlightenment tho, very confusing. Seems to be awake to some degree and deservers recognition. I just don’t think of him as godlike. I think there should be more awake buddhists then him somewhere. I don't know many of them. I like goenka much more then shinzen. He has a very peculiar vibe that draws me in when he speaks. Almost like poetry of buddha's silence radiating. And even goenka was not fully enlightened but at least i could feel some grace flowing from him. Would be interesting to see a fully woke buddhist i think.
  8. Really? I wonder if he read it. I can't imagine him reading the book without arguing with it at every corner But im not recommending to read it to gather more and more information. The book is a living tool to open the pathways of love and Christ consciouness. Maybe that's why he has success with 5meo. But the state can be entered soberly. I wonder if he missed that fact.
  9. I think zen cultivates a single form of energy. But that form of energy is not the only one there is. They leave out sexual energy and outside energies and many other types of energies. Love is also a different kind of energy i believe. Zen is about cultivating primordial energy of awareness. Cultivating nothingness presence energy. Which is good. The highest form of energy is primordial energy probably. So they're going straight to the point. Very smart people. Kriya is also about that but there are all kinds of wacky things going on there also. They can create entities, do astral travel (leaving the body at will), do energy healing, have siddhic powers, explore wacky states of consciouness. It's very broad. Im not even qualified to speak about it honestly.
  10. No i didn't. I don't doubt what you're saying tho. I understand your argument that zen produces enourmous energy. I practice zen a lot. My body trembles with prana when i simply sit. I would argue all paths are about energy in the end. Even christianity.. in a state of love the energy is flowing and refining itself making the alchemical processes that transform every molicule and heals the soul. Etc. Love itself is the highest form of energy. (According to some wise dude)
  11. Mmmmm... idk actually also. ive heard few options here. One is total dissolution and nirvana. Means when the physical body dies. Soul kinda merges with the source and you're gone. But idk... it's hard to wrap my mind around this version. Ooor, u achieve a rainbow body, meaning you can be an ascended master like Jesus Christ. Float around in other realms. Aaa... i really lack knowledge here myself ?
  12. Yea it's a mindfuck when different traditions give different definitions of what the highest goal is ?
  13. In this context when i say highest goal i mean full dissolution of ego. Total wipe out of samskaras and defilements. That's very buddhist version of full enlightenment/liberation. Mystism is like exploration of different dimensions of consciouness.
  14. Every path is energetic by that logic. But zen is the path of awareness predominantly. Kriya is a path of learning to manipulate various energies in the body and outside of body. They are very different in many ways. I think im being fair in saying this.
  15. Shinzen has reached the final goal of buddhists enlightenment? I watched a few of his videos i think he still practices. Could be wrong And i didn't mean if somebody stops trying he had reached the final goal. I meant sadhguru has reached the final goal of liberation then explored all the facets of consciouness (mystism) and then stopped meditating and now just serves humanity.
  16. @Bojan V ? As long as conflict energy is gone im happy ? I'll give u a secret. If u read acim for a state of presence, it will pull you to a holy instant of love. Where conflict can't exist. That's the whole purpose of the book i think. Maybe u already knew that idk. Tcare ?
  17. U are male or female? My name is (salvijus) means salvatore in italy. That's why it cought my attention ?
  18. Tbh the question is about what makes different people to have different auras and energy about them. Not how their teaching style differes from each other. I think there arę very noticeable difference in those who practice energetic path and zen awareness path. A christian would have a totally different presence also. Mooji radiates a very powerful field of love all the time. I haven't seen such presence in other path people.
  19. @ValiantSalvatore your name is salvatore? That's a beautiful name
  20. @Bojan V thank u, i feel a whole lot better now
  21. @Bojan V it's about time u applied the teachings of no condemnation and seeing everyone as sinless to help the Christ presence within us transmute these energies of conflict into love ?
  22. @Bojan V im glad the channels of love are flowing again. A wondrous celebration for me to see anyone who's into acim. Amen ?
