I find the word "weird" itself to be weird.

"Weird" is just our inability to make sense of something. Not something actual on the outside. Embracing the weird is the step forward towards deeper understanding. Resistance to weird is a fear of seeing something that you don't want to see.

For example, this thread you were trying to create a narrative where you paint yoruself as a truth holder and another person as someone who's just self evidently deluded by all measures. The thread was not driven by a genuine desire to broaden your capacity to understand people. Instead you were hoping that people by answering your thread they would automatically accept your narrative and play along with the story you created, that way giving you conformation and validation that you're this truth speaker who struggles to talk to deceived people thus establishing and cementing your position. The more people play along with this narrative the more validity it gains. And as a bonus secretly winning an argument behind his back by creating a small glee club where everyone agrees with you. Perhaps. But there's a reason why traditional way of using psychedelics were always combined with weeks or months of purification, prayers, isolation, meditation, fasting, puking, being in nature etc. Working with the subconscious is more than just therapy.

Words of truth are more like poetry and art. The function of poetry is to inspire the hearts of other people and make them open, not to submarine-sandwich them in a new thought structure. When their heart is open, they will develop their own thought structure inspired from within. They will become authentic rather than just parroting ideas.
