  1. Hey guys and gals. Just wondering what your thoughts are on reaching Enlightenment through feeding the good wolf and not the bad wolf within. I know through this you can reach happiness and that's one of the best Meditations. And also choosing love means there is no ego. But just interested in you guys' opinions. Thanks! ~ Jules

  9. @AxelK Thanks bruZ. I've been in hospital I know what it's like. And btw I have no ego, but I have the biggest ego. So your half right in that my ego is in the way. If your truely insane you will understand this... but you also won't...
  10. Hey... I suffer from a form of psychosis. I don't want to seek professional help because I don't want to go into hospital. Just want to hear you guys and girls opinions on it. Thanks Don't know what to do, But I do know what to do... Welcome to my world.

  13. For anyone struggling I with social anxiety have I got news for you! I've been recovering from Psychosis for year now which brought about a tremendous social anxiety for me. But I've discovered a secret hidden between the lines of Leo's words. It's about judgements. My anxiety was induced simply by me judging others therefore stopping me from doing what I was judging of others. Does that make sense? If not watch Leo's video on how to stop judging yourself. So what's the secret? Listen closely, simple think "don't judge, don't judge..." over and over not just in social situations but alone as we. Saying this means that you are both not judging others and yourself. You will not have to continue it forever as your mind will grow more confident and a habit will form and you will just know not to judge and not have to think it. So there's my little tip on helping those struggling with social anxiety. It helped me that's for sure and if this didn't work for you I'm sorry and will keep and eye out for future high yield techniques. Try this for at least 2 minutes non stop then notice your confidence grow as you realize and trust that your not judging others or yourself. Peace
