  3. I've found that a vision helps keep you motivated, focused and directed. Currently, I have a vision for my life. But it's not my supreme/ultimate vision I guess, and I'm altering it and changing it overtime as I learn new things. I believe it keeps you driven and motivated, even though it's not the perfect vision, but it keeps you moving to the desires that you currently want. So I'd say, make a vision now, but as you learn new things, optimize it

Yes I think so, he's made some interesting judgements on Leo before about Leo being a cult leader and his channel being just a long-form suicide note. they were really strange accusations, which led me to believe they were just projections. I don't believe he's coral, i don't know what that is but I do notice good amount of classic orange and resistance to green I liked some of his information and advice, I got some insights on SD from him (integrating lower stages) and I like the way he takes ownership of his life That's my honest analysis

  9. Nathaniel Branden had moments even after writing many books on self-esteem where he really doubted himself Perfection is impossible. Even for the father of self-esteem Which makes sense. I eat everyday but sometimes I still choke on my food. Sometimes I still trip and fall when walking. Sometimes I stub my toe in a hallway where I've walked a million times. Sometimes I make mistakes when driving.

Does that mean it's really that challenging to do personal development? Such basic problems people are having trouble with, does that mean that those problems are extremely hard to conquer?" The level of problem is correlated to the development of that person. A person who has solved that problem would not be asking that question. There are different problems for different stages of development. Basic questions versus higher-level questions "how do I implement a habit?" Versus "how do I manage 12 habits?" "how do i start a business?" versus "how do I hire people for my business?" There are many basic questions being asked on this forum. I agree with Leo on this one I get to your point whenever my challenges are bigger than my capability. i continuously will have too high of a standard and keep failing it. i will get depressed, suicidal, and hate my life. however when i only slightly challenge myself daily, i feel so much more competent, capable and loving my life! it has so much to do with how big your challenge is. so set your bar MUCH lower! one problem I have is trying to do so many things at the same time. this straight doesn't work. and it's so tempting to want to do it all at the same time. what i'm learning is, i am consciously creating change in one area but with everything else, i apply awareness is curative! that way i can grow in everything remember covey's circle of influence and concern? just work on increasing it little by little. increase the bar higher and higher. and take failure as LESSONS not as FAILURE. failure makes you better I need someone to say this to me on a daily basis
